K D: Positive:ProfessionalismThe service tech was attentive and professional in his duties. The only issue I have is that when a service company has a contract for a whole building, and they charge every tenant a service call / truck charge of $85, it seems a bit underhanded.
Molly Ging: Scott Lewis came out to service our fire extinguishers was incredibly polite, concise and extremely helpful. He asked me multiple times if there was anything I needed more information on or if I needed any instruction on how to use/maintain our equipment. It was very obvious that he takes his job seriously and wanted to be as helpful to us as he possibly could.

Nasraden Algehaim: These guys are liars and will charge you extra without a breakdown. be aware and always check the time they start and finish. This review is not fake, you guys did work for me at my store and the owner did phone me, he threatened to put a lien on my building if I didn’t remove the review.

Joy Q: Obviouly they have enough clients who they know will use them forever. Cusomer's time means nothing to this company. They promised to do an inspection and finally did after several months and tons of calls. They promised to provide a quote a couple weeks ago, but they didn't. I called today again and they promised will send a quote today and of course they didn't. Tired. Can't trust this company.update according to owners review: Of course we won't call you for services anymore. If your reply makes you feel better, Sure! You may also just tell who calls you multiple times we don't need your business, because you can only service people who sure will give you 5 stars review. Ok!

Xiang Long Tao: Have a small fire and fire suppression system went off Monday afternoon (08/30/2022). Call Gallagher around 4:30 pm, their closing time. Gallagher arrange the technician out Tuesday 8am next day morning.Technician Steve is very knowledgeable and trustful. Service were great.
Ed Topp: My system discharged in the middle of my lunch rush completely our fault. I called Art in a panic hoping we could get back up and running before our dinner rush. He had a technician out and had us up and running within a few hours. Unfortunately we had to close for the day to clean our kitchen from the system discharge. I was amazed at how professional Art was during my time of panic we missed our dinner rush but Art did everything he could to get us up and running. I'm giving 5 ⭐ because every since I've become a customer Art and company have fixed my issues and have been there when I've needed them. I just want to thank Art, Alan, and Roger for excellent service I'm definitely a customer for life. Thank You Gallagher Fire for everything.

During their peak hours, why would he service them and step right where food is being prepared. I thought it was a bit much to bring out the ladder and going in the ceiling but when he stepped on the grill I was outdone.

Jacob Schroeder: My church had multiple fire extinguishers serviced by this company, one of the fire extinguishers had to get fixed twice for leaking wet chemical all over the floor, five other extinguishers were under charged or over charged and failed yearly inspection from a different company. Customers Beware.

Tony Crimando: I go here to get my propane tanks filled or to buy new ones. They're incredibly friendly every time I go and they even have punch cards! I don't take my tanks anywhere else. They're quickly, friendly, and affordable. You really can't beat it.

We got a quote from another company initially (that had a lot of fantastic reviews) but they did not even bother to call to discuss the quote with us.I then called Fire Defense for a second opinion, and not only were they more reasonable with the price, John called the plumber and electrician to coordinate timing so that we didn’t need to. They were a one stop shop to get us compliant. They were in constant contact with us so we knew what was going on. That is customer service! Seriously, go with Fire Defense.
Viji Thomas: I have used Fire Defense for Fire Extinguisher Service at my church for many years. Because of that association, I used their Fire Alarm System division to inspect and reset a unit at the church. The person in charge of the fire alarm division is Daniel, who would not call back in spite of leaving two different voice messages the first time when I was connected to his voice mail regarding scheduling a visit.They sent two trucks to inspect and reset the unit. Two guys came but only one guy did the work and the other person was learning. They spent hardly 2 hours. When the bill came it was $906.83.I was surprised by the bill and I sent out an email and the bill came down to $600 some and then I said the hours spent was not 4 hours but 2 hours, they made it 3 hours including travel time, making the final bill $487.58. I paid this amount but will never be using them. It is ATROCIOUS to charge customers like they have done.

Mitchiyoshi Uyeda: I’m a home brewer, so I constantly need propane for brewing and CO2 for kegging. They refill both (instead of exchange), so it’s ideal. They’re fast and always professional. I think most of my homebrew club prefers them to anyone else.

Daniel Fick: Usually get all my co2 tanks for brewing recertified and filled here. Still got one of my tanks refilled, but the other needed to be recertified and they tried to charge me over $80 to swap the talk out.... I also get my propane filled here. They have a punch card. 10th fill is free.

In addition, they fill to a full 20lbs instead of the 18 (or less) at the exchanges, it is a great deal.They also will re-certify your tanks at no extra charge.For frequent users, they have a reward program that you get a free refill after so many.
Michael Spears: Great place for Homebrewers who keg to get their CO2 tanks filled. Fast, friendly and great prices compared to AirGas. And they will fill your tank on the spot, not make you exchange it. Also, $21 for a true 20# propane fill too is a good deal.
