Monica Williams: Excellent all the way around! From the first phone call to the estimate to the work done. It was a huge job with a few difficult obstacles, but they worked through them with me. The property is safe, and everything looks good. These people know what they're doing, and they do it very well. Hard working and diligent crew. This is the 2nd job I have called them for, and I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and courteous both times.
Linda Krieger: Tri County Tree came out today to bring down a 40 year old Pine which had a lot of meaning. The crew was outstanding. I was sad to bring the pine down, but the moths that attacked the pine a few years ago make her weak. The crew was understanding, professional and efficient in the entire task. We had an enormous, dead, ant and poison ivy-infested tree looming over our brand new house and not much cash. The quote came in with the best price, we had nothing but pleasant interactions with their employees, and they did such a great and quick job. We just called them again (and only them) after the ice storm destroyed another tree in our front yard and I had ANOTHER great experience. :)
Rose Sinishtaj: 5/5 We have called tri county tree and firewood to cut and trim trees in our condos for the last few years. Every time they come out to give a quote, their price is fair and they do a great job. The crew comes in, gets the job done professionally, and they always use safety measures to ensure no one gets hurt.They have advised us on which trees are dying, which could still stay, and they trimmed many trees that went over the roofs that went over the gutters. Trimming the trees helped the property look better and they stopped blocking the gutters. This company does what you need, trim, cut, grinding the stump of the trees, removing wood chips. They are very professional, get the job done quickly and it's always done right.

Scott Wagner: I have used them on two occasions now, once for firewood and another for tree trimming and both of my experiences were excellent. The firewood they delivered was well-seasoned and ready to burn immediately in our fireplace. I can't say the same for the few other places that I have used previously, so we'll definitely be using them in the future. We then had them out to trim a few trees and to remove one. They came with a full crew and had the job done in ~40min. It was impressive to watch! Furthermore, the price was really good for both the firewood and the trimming. They have earned this 5-star review in my mind.
matt blankenship: 1 star because they failed to finish the project.I paid for a tree removal and stump grinding.They only did some grinding and there is still a lot of the stump sticking out of the ground.I have reach out to them multiple times to get them to finish what I paid for.They would have got 5 stars if they finished the job.

Larry M: Ordered two face cords of firewood. Some good hardwood but a lot of junk, some of it full of ants. Was not seasoned, almost impossible to get to burn in our fireplace, slow burns and hisses. Very large pieces of wood, could have been split into smaller pieces. $110 per face cord, called to complain about the unseasoned wood and was told that they would sell me a third face cord for a $10 discount that they guaranteed was dry. I guess the point is to get it right the first time or make it right, not try and sell me more. Have been buying firewood every year for 20+ years for my house and my cottage, this place just lost a good customer. I’ll be driving to Algonac to pick up my own firewood this weekend from my cottage guy and save this stuff for next year. Would have had much more respect for this place if they would have just told me they were out of seasoned firewood for the year. I don’t recommend this place.

Their prices were great and by far the best around the Macomb County area. They were able to remove multiple trees, stumps, and roots with the entire area cleaned up quick! If you need stumps ground down or removed and have trees with nasty roots going through your yard, give them a call you will not be disappointed!

Any kind of update/call from them regarding why no one showed up or what the estimated amount was would have helped avoid current situation.Old: They don't answer calls. But they did call back and we did schedule an appointment for tree removal estimate. On scheduled day no one showed and didn't receive call for rescheduling. Per tier which if you've been there you'll know that's on par with buying from a party store, normally the old man(the owner) is there any has his family and or high School kids helping load up ,today just had some rude 20 something there hopefully next time I'll call ahead and the the old man will be there and get things back to normal, hopefully this isn't the new standard theremembers working

My kid learned more in 45 minutes driving around the yard than he ever did in driver's training!Not sure if you will get the driving experience, but you will definitely get quality firewood at a great price.
