She rang up items wrong, was on her phone texting while doing her job, chewing gum obnoxiously, and didn’t have the decency to apologize for ringing up the products wrong or even saying thank you or have a goodnight.

Just Me: This is not about the pharmacies, the ladies there are amazing and super sweet.I normally shop in the store but have never ran into to a problem until last week. I bought stuff on clearance & the cashier typed in the wrong price for 2 of the items….no biggie, I went in today explained the situation and the older shorter gentleman started to give me a problem, even after seeing I was charged too much. Kept telling me they register wouldn’t allow him to do it because I paid the marked down price…..even though he could clearly see I was over charged. Then Emily comes into the picture already with an attitude, I asked about the scanning law which she immediately said it didn’t qualify because it was only their store that marked these items down. The merchandise was tagged at the sale price and I payed full price. Kindness goes a long way, if they simply would’ve just done either a price adjustment or an exchange with the correct price I would’ve been just fine with that. They were all rude & made me feel like I was inconveniencing them…..instead of me that had to take time out of my day to come in for an adjustment. Honestly I didn’t even care about the scanning law but brought it up because they were just being rude about it. Not even an apology for the mistake in the first place, they just made ME feel like it was my fault they rung up wrong. Get better staff or train them on customer service.

Caught her in a LIE about my doctor calling in a script and then yesterday intentionally only gave me one of my scripts out of SPITE because it took me too long to pick them up. I caution anyone dealing with this pharmacy and I personally will NEVER deal with them again!!

David C: Worst rite aid I've been to. The person who answered the phone at the pharmacy was mumbling so much I couldn't understand a word. They can never properly fill a prescription or ever have the common sense to check everything when you drop it off. A cashier once followed me around watching me. It was so strange. I will not be spending any more money at this place and would highly advise anyone to travel an extra mile to a different drug store on any other corner. There's a CVS one mile south.

The pharmacy is open late, and they have great prices on store items. They made sure I got the best price on my dogs medication recently and saved me almost $50! ArmyStrong 204: Use this place as my primary pharmacy pickup. I was prescribed hydrocodone and they gave me 20 instead of 30 pills... They said it's common to be prescribed 20 and that's why they must've messed up. Mistakes do happen and i'm sure it won't happen again.

Cheryl Holtzclaw: This store is always very clean and is very well lit. However, I spent 15 minutes in the hair care aisle and they don't carry any black hair care products at all. None. That is very disappointing and making me think maybe I should transfer my prescriptions to another store where I can get other items I need and don't have to make a special trip here just for my meds.

Mike D: Great place to get scripts filled there fairly quick and have great service, took me a few min longer then usual only because the power was out and I only had my credit card and no cash, it was about 5:30 and the pharmacy closes at 6. so thank God I waited for like 20 minutes and the power was back up just in time so they could take my credit card, I usually carry some extra cash but that time I didn't and I wish I did. So remember to always try to keep an extra 100 cash stashed in you wallet, or enough to cover your scripts anyhow 1 out of 10 I would say 8, power outage is no one's fault, although they should have battery backup systems just for the registers.

Conforta Animale, LLC: The pharmacy has the rudest incompetent pharmacists around. They refused to fill a prescription stating it had already been done. I had to physically have my insurance reach out proving they were never billed and the script was never filled.Was told on a separate occasion they had a medicine and is available. I traveled to pick up the medicine, they said someone called and told me they didn't have it. Never happened. The physician called in the medicine to the pharmacy after 7:30 pm as I was literally on the phone with the physician at 7:11pm. The male pharmacist said he had proof the doctor called it in at 6:58 which isn't possible as it wasn't ordered till after 7:30. Did not receive my medication and he walked away saying he wasn't talking to me anymore.They are rude, dishonest and try to cover their tracks. Do not recommend.
