Tony Manfredini: I was referred here by the landscaping company that installed my pond. I called today at 3 and spoke to a man named Bill. He was nice. He stated I needed to let him know the temperature of my Koi pond to make sure it matches his. No big deal. I told him I would be driving an hour to come buy some Koi fish and would be there around 6:15... Bill said “no problem we will be here” . I was just about to make the long drive, but thank god I called first at 5:30, because apparently they are closed (nobody is answering the phone)! And don’t do an owner reply like u have to others that I cannot afford your Koi, I have over 7 figures in the bank. What a shame.

Kaiden: OK so first of all I called these people inquiring for a Koi fish. Then he tells me that I don’t have the stuff before I even told him the things I had. Then he calls me ma’am after I tell him I am a dude he calls me ma’am two or three other times. LOL van when I asked him about a Koi fish he goes and hangs up on me after all of that LOL.
