Michelle Habib: The first time I came here I did a facial and felt incredible (with Tia). During the hand treatment she massaged my shoulders and neck and explained what she was doing, introduced herself and was very kind. Today I went in and unfortunately I did a facial, wax and pedicure. She didn’t even say who she was (I found out when I was leaving). She left me in the facial room for a long time with nothing being done (waiting for the mask to dry I guess) I just felt so uncomfortable. The wax was ok but it wasn’t as clean as mine usually are. And the pedicure was done using a couch and a large bowl (no professional pedicure area). I wanted to enjoy it more than I actually did. I would like to add however, the receptionist at the front was incredibly kind and sweet!

Rachel Gross: Not very accommodating, rude on the phone. I'm not on the client list bc I haven't been there before. I called to make an appointment and a lady answered the phone very rudly and snapped at me and said there were no available appointments, which is understandable but it's not understandable to be very rude to someone who's trying to get services with your business.

Mariyan Orow: This spa is really nice and I was recommended by a few people to come here so I booked an appt for a facial today before my birthday next week to pamper myself. I was a few minutes late because I couldn’t find the building (about 5 minutes) and the first thing the lady said to me was that she would have to cut my facial short because I was late. I told her that I understand and was late because I had to find the building and she just told me to fill out the paperwork and come on back with her. The facial was fine but she just felt unwelcoming and the whole facial felt very rushed. She didn’t introduce me to her so I didn’t know her name until I checked out and during the facial everything felt like it was rushed and just done too fast. I felt very unwelcome and during my service and couldn’t relax. I don’t think I will be coming back here in the future honestly.

YoGirl Roz: I will love to give more Stars, 5 is not enough! Dillion was wondering! The Deep Tissue massage was The best. Tika's Facial had me looking 10 years younger lol. But it really gave me a glorious glow I never had before.

I told her that I needed an evening appt & she told me that she had a 9’ o clock available. I said , I didn’t know you were open that late. She said, it’s for morning. I said again that I need an evening appt. Then, the phone kept cutting out & I could barely hear her. I called back & once again we had to go over the evening options. Once that was figured out…. It felt like the ….. Who’s on First Skit. As to determining the exact service I’d be getting.,It was too exhausting to deal with, and she wasn’t very friendly. I felt like I was bothering her by calling and having her have to go through their schedule.So, I give a thumbs down. 👎🏼

Delaney: I don't usually make Google reviews but my experience was so bad with this business I thought it warranted it. I bought a Groupon massage and called to make an appt. and gave my card information for cancellation purposes. The day of my appt. I receive a text from Layla saying she can't use the Groupon because the lady that originally took it moved to Texas (how would I know that?). She said she could match the price even though I already paid for it on Groupon. I had to reach out to Groupon to dispute the charge. When I asked her to confirm my appt. cancellation over text, she read it and did not respond. I called the business to confirm cancellation because they had my card information on file and she was rude and hung up on me. There seems to be a lot of reviews with Groupon related issues, they just shouldn't accept Groupon.

S S: Awesome experienceLayela was great and very professional. I went in for a back facial. She knew the technique well, though i was late..she did not rush through but attended me nicely. Her back facial was great, she used scrubs, oils, blueray, steam, serums, hot stone massage etc.extractions were not painful at all. I loved the whole experience. Bonus she has a cute yorkie..so fun!Will be back soon!!

Brittney Laurent: I always try to give positive reviews, but this time I wish I could give this place a 0 star review. I made a spray tan appointment via Groupon last Wednesday for the following Tuesday. They charged my credit card as a ‘holding fee’ after already buying the Groupon and the website said they would email to confirm my appointment. No email or phone call came. I called everyday for the next 6 days to confirm, but it always went to a personal voicemail box that was full. I showed up to the appointment time and the door was locked but the “Open” sign was lit. I rang the Ring doorbell and knocked on the door multiple times, and even went to the Jet’s pizza next door who’s GM said the owner hasn’t been in all week. Needless to say, I’m beyond frustrated and frantically calling other businesses so I can look beautiful for my wedding on Friday. I sure wish Laila could’ve been more helpful. Luckily, another business saved my wedding day luck with vastly more professionalism.
