Hussien Elhady: The rope on my 25 foot pole snapped and I called The Flag Shop after getting insanely high estimates to get someone to replace the rope and go up to run it through the reel.Amy took my call and answered all of my questions in great detail and thoroughly explained my options regarding the repair and possibly adding a light to the top of the pole instead of using the existing light at the bottom.Upon agreeing to the service Joe was at my house the next day and was very courteous and efficient in getting Old Glory 🇺🇸 up where she belongs.Prompt service, transparent, and reasonable rates.

John S.: I called them first thing in the morning and spoke to Linda and explained how my flag was wrapped around my eagle on my 25' pole. She was very knowledgeable and asked a few more questions and determined I should replace my rope, flag, and probably switch the eagle for a ball to prevent this from happening again. I asked when they would be able to come out and she had to check and call me back. She did just that and first went over all the prices for the rope, flag, topper , and said it could be more depending on the age of the topper and if they would need to cut it off or maybe it would play nice and just unscrew. I was more then happy with the price an and scheduled them to come out asap.About an hour later the wind had untangled my flag and I called them back and explained it's now untangled and I would not need service at this time. She was extremely nice and canceled my appointment.This was a pleasant experience and in the future they will be the first I will call. Thank you again.

Andre Stepho: Came at 5:45pm on Friday to return something. They closed their customer service department. Every time it’s always closed how are people supposed to return something? 5:45pm isn’t even late. Apparently they told me they don’t have anyone and that the employees didn’t come in smh. Only this location has this problem

Tamra Syracuse: Tried to stop here and get a propane tank refilled. I checked their hours and garden center states open until 8pm. Turns out the manager left early and he is the only one with the key. Call ahead to make sure the manager didn't have higher priorities than his job that day before you head here.
Raynebeau Noir: This location is on point with selection on the items I need. The only thing I hate is their card readers are trash. Self-check usually works, but it's a pain. You all need to fix that. I had a person try to ring me up on two different registers and say my card was declined. However, I had no problem on self- check. Btw, my bank account was NOT the problem. Never a balance issue.

Kathy T: This is an older store so it's a little bit smaller and doesn't carry as much stuff. I had a difficult time finding RV camper supplies it appears there is not much a selection. I have always disliked how small the aisles are as it's difficult for two cards to pass each other but this is just a general Walmart standard. Also pretty annoying that you go down any of the medical supplies and the annoying camera beeps at you. They still have pretty inexpensive items.
