Kyle J: Foam is foam. You cut it and that’s it. However they incorrectly stated how to make measurements as well as doing an extremely poor job wrapping the Dacron. They used three staples and it was extremely bulky and misshapen and I had to remove it. The only option they provided me was to return the Dacron. So now I will have to recut the foam and rewrap the Dacron myself. You shouldn’t tell people to not account for the Dacron in their measurements as it’s a whole extra inch and quite firm.

So I looked online and found Foam Factory , reviewing their site I realize just how easy it was to order new cushions, they even help you pick the right material and whether or not to have it wrapped with daycron. So I removed the old cushioning and measured it submitted my measurements to foam factory and within 9 days I had new cushions. The new cushions fit perfectly and save me $580.00.It made it very nice because I needed this done before Christmas! I don't think the site could be any easier to use! Kelsey Burton: I'm going to start this with I'm happy with the product but the customer service was atrocious and humiliating to the point I was in tears. I perform with a church hand-bell choir and we line our tables with foam to protect our bells from damage and to ensure proper reverb from our brass while ringing. It was time to replace our foam and we needed 6 identical pieces. I brought in one of our pieces to be measured and instructed them it had to be exact length, width, height, & density. At first everything was fine. They brought the piece to the back did the measurements and came back. I mentioned I thought the measurements seemed small but was assured they were measured accurately and with precision. They even charged me an extra free for "exact measurements". I paid for the foam and returned at a later date to pick up the foam. I brought the foam to the church and was shocked to find the foam was not the proper length or width by almost 10 inches total. I loaded them back up in my car with the original piece that they measured and went back the next business day. I brought in the original piece with one of the pieces they cut and showed them how different the sizes were. I asked for the foam to be re-cut to the proper size. I did not ask for additional compensation or discounts, simply for my churches order to be made correct. The owner came over to me, a man named Sal, and he said I trying to swindle him and accused me of bringing back a different size. I assured him that was impossible as all the foam pieces for this are the same size. He called me a liar and said his measurements are never wrong. I asked if he was the one who measured my original piece which he said he couldn't confirm. I pointed out the lady I dealt with originally and she confirmed it was the same piece and that she helped me initially. He continued to be verbally aggressive and stated that I was lucky he was willing to make it right if I paid more money. While I waited for the pieces crying he continued to verbally harass and intimidate me while insinuating I was a liar and a crook. I've never been treated this way before. I was appalled, hurt, and very offended. My church will not be coming back here for any foam and I will be making sure to tell my friends and family to stay away.

Ed P: The seat cushion of our sofa bed was in bad shape. A comparable new sofa bed would have cost us more than $1000. In checking with local reupholstery companies, they would have charged about $500 for replacing the cushion foam insert. We found Foam Factory online and ordered a custom foam insert (with Dacron wrap) for less than $130. It worked beautifully and the sofa bed is like new. Highest marks!

You could feel the metal frame through them when you sat down. We aren't heavy people and we don't have kids. We work during the day, so the only heavy use was evenings and weekends. There was no reason they should have collapse already. Ashley Furniture sent us another set of foam to replace them. The same exact thing happened. Within a few months, they sunk. If you do not like the 'sinking in' and 'stuck in the foam/mud' feel of memory foam, you can create your own foam topper or mattress with different combinations of foam.They custom cut foam to size, and they even make topper and mattress covers. I could not find a comfortable bed, so after numerous failed attempts and returns, opted to create a foam floor mattress to suit my needs: The HD23 Medium/soft foam with a layer of HD36 Premium Medium Foam and a layer of luxury firm underneath helped to create a soft but firm floor mattress.The med/soft foam together with a 1" layer of their memory foam makes a great topper: it is soft, but medium firm, has some bounce, and you don't sink in too much. The foam they sell is rubber based, so it is not too hard and dry like some upholstery foams, and has some bounce, and is way better than memory foam. No more sinking into a foam mud for me. They have quick shipping, and good costumer support. Christina offered very helpful customer service.

And I can replace the foam when I kill it, if that ever happens.
