I’ve ordered in the past from Kashat and the spices were very very good. My last order of spices wasn’t as expected from previous order. I reached out and Jeriann acknowledged my unhappiness of the product they have sent. She immediately replied that she will send out a sample of spices from their newly arrived shipment for me to evaluate. The new sample was as exactly how the previously ordered spices which is very good. Kashat Spices and Jeriann deserve my 5 star review for their actions. Please note that I’m 3000 miles away from Kashat Spices. I highly recommend Kashat Spice and want to give my thank you to Jeriann for phenomenal service.

Bruce Lee: Majority of the staff at this store is extremely rude, uneducated and act as if it's their mother's store. Burek is simply terrible! Mostly thick dough with a good amount of onions, pepper and a touch or meat (I don't trust it at all). Burek is not supposed to be like bread. Tulumbe and other sweets are 80% of the time dry (old). I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they're made once a week.I can't fathom why the owner Aco doesn't invest into training his staff properly. It's poor business management IMO.Yesterday was the last time I've visited this store. I refuse to spend my money in a store that's managed poorly, where employees have zero class and manners and the prepared food is subpar to other Balkan places around Detroit. There are other options even if I have to drive an extra 10 minutes.Goodbye Max's deli! Good riddance.

Cristian Teodoridis (CT): If you like Eastern European food, this is the place to go! As well as very cheap produce, you can get a wide variety of Romanian type food. Vegetable spreads, many types of pickles, specialty meats, sweets, drinks etc. This is the place I go every time I want to grill some Romanian skinless sausages (mici)! Fresh and frozen Burek also really good!.

Fuzzy Wuzzy: Small but wonderful. Fruits and produce are majority of the time fresh as expected due to nature of it having short shelf life. Place is super clean and full of wonderful international items, mostly eastern European. I love going here mainly for the fruits and veggies and thr unique selection of herbal and floral dried teas.
