Madison Mariah: Really Amazing beautiful dresses and Art was very welcoming and nice
Katie Koussa: the blonde lady told me that because i wasn't the person paying for the dress (even though i'm 21 years old) that i couldn't try anything on... didn't really make sense to me and the store is so small, everything is cluttered and they didn't have a wide selection of dresses. after i had showed her dresses that i liked that were pulled from THEIR website, she proceeded to tell me that i should look at their website to see what kind of dresses they carry... that's literally what i did before i walked into that store... i wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this place and i felt like i was being judged the moment i walked in thereEDIT: I did not say I was going to prom... you had asked me if I was shopping for prom and I said no, I'm 21 I'm shopping for my uncle's wedding which is at the end of June. So you clearly were not listening to what I said. No one has prom at the end of June... I never said I needed my parent's approval I said my mom was purchasing the dress for me and I would have liked her opinion. The whole point of me coming in was to see if I even liked anything in the store to then bring my mom in with me if it was worth it, when it clearly wasn't. Not to mention I went to a different store and they had the same EXACT dresses for way cheaper... Also you guys do not have over 900 dresses in stores... The store is too small to even showcase that many dresses. The "foul language" comment is just funny to me as well. Maybe you guys should consider being more friendly to customers that walk in, just a tip for you. :)

Dominique Love: Took my daughter here to find a dress for someone taking her to prom. Walked in and didn’t feel welcomed at all, no one speaks they just look at you. Proceed to look for a dress and grabbed a couple my daughter only got to try on one and when I try to take a picture I was told no pictures allowed but I didn’t see the sign until she point at it and I told her I was trying to show the mom of the person who’s taking her to prom and she said it was not allow and I’m like ok and the lady proceed to tell me that if the dress get damaged that they can’t return it back to the factory and that I should come back with the person because their short staff and basically wouldn’t let my daughter try on anymore dresses because I needed approval even when I tried to say a word she wouldn’t let me because I was going to just make the decision myself but we just left and will never return back here again and will not recommend this store to anyone. We found her a beautiful dress from UNIQUE LADY, you can take pictures also and they assign someone with you to help you find dress and they have some really beautiful dresses, top tier customer service, and you also get a free jewelry set to go with your dress if you leave them a review. And they make sure you’re the only person from your school who has that dress that you purchased by checking to see if someone from your school brought the dress.

Christina Rayne: The store itself is great. Has really nice formal wear and casual wear at good prices. The downside is it's location in Lakeside mall. There are literally no stores in Lakeside which is why I probably won't be back. If moved to another location outside of the mall, it would definitely be worth visiting.

They were running back and forth, helping customers, putting dresses back out on the floor for others to try on all while there was a line a mile long for the fitting rooms and to check out. The staff didn’t look frazzled and handled every minute of pressure like pros. Very impressed!

Bentley Clark: Tried to return an item that was never worn and associate refused to give me my money back because the shirt was “too damaged” is what she said. I literally bought the shirt in the same condition I tried to return it in. Never worn it what so ever and the shirt has remained in the bag since I’ve purchased it. When I purchased the shirt I could see the visible stains the associate was referring to but it wasn’t that bad or i wouldn’t have bought it. She then says they should have written it was damaged on the receipt when I purchased it and she would only offer me a credit but no refund. So your willing to accept it for a store credit but not a refund? If it was so damaged why would you accept it at all? Never going to this location again.

Sarah: Our experience there was very bad. The lady was very rude and charged for every little thing. Our bridesmaids dresses were all over the place, both of my straps broke and my train ripped, one girls dress was to big on her, and other girls straps broke as well, but one girls zipper came done all together so we had to sow it up. This all happened within an hour of wearing them. Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t recommend this place for bridesmaids dresses or any dress at that!!For our dresses to already break before we even got to the church is terrible! But your right! Your not responsible for the damages after we get the dress, but it just shows how poor your work ethic is.

I was so upset when I came back to pick up the dress, it looked like I did, it it was so sloppy! She tried fixing it and I still had to take the dress else where and pay extra to fix it because her tailoring skills are ridiculous!

She charges you for every little thing. She took a train from a different dress that she is selling for hundreds of dollars, she put it on a different dress and charged $50 when she said she wasn’t going to charge anything. The bridesmaids dress ripped between an hour of wearing them straps, trains and zippers. BUYERS BEWARE!! Disclosure I said this all to her face!

After being hustled at a different store, I went to Angels and was pleasantly surprised when Sue exceeded my expectations. She was able to find beautiful dresses within our price range. The girls are satisfied, look beautiful in their dresses and the quality is not comparable. Debra Kaszubski: We were treated terribly by the employees at this store. My daughter wanted to try on a dress that was on display because they didn’t have her size on the floor. I politely asked an employee if he would take the dress off the mannequin for her, and he abruptly said “no” and walked away. I found him again and asked why he couldn’t take the dress off the mannequin and all he said was “not today.” No explanation or apology. I am very dissappointed in Waltz as I had previously purchased a beautiful dress in this store and was treated with respect. They do not deserve our business.

E S: I paid for a size small dress in full and told the owner that I was pregnant and asked if I could leave it with them and pick it up in three weeks in case I needed to exchange it for a medium. It was the only size small dress they had in that style and color. She agreed to the terms, as per their policy, no exchanges were allowed. I come back to pick up my dress and she had a size medium placed on hold, not a size small. She then proceeded to yell at me and say that there are no exchanges allowed. I paid for a small, not a medium, and I wasn’t asking for an exchange. I was asking for what I paid for. I would rate the store a zero to reflect the incompetency of the owner, but that isn’t an option. The dresses may be reasonably priced, but the owners don’t deserve the business.

The prices were reasonable too, which is a plus! The best thing was the customer service. We were given undivided attention and no judgment (shopping plus size). We were able to find a dress, finally after shopping for so long! My family will definitely be back.

Zahara Al-Tememy: Nina is very experienced and helpful, she can estimate you your dress size without measuring you, that’s how long she’s been doing this. The dresses are all very beautiful and I came from the Midwest just to try on her gowns. I ended up buying one and it was a little expensive, but less so than a lot of others I went to in the metro-Detroit area.
Eunice Owens: Nina was not very helpful. I drove far to come here and she did not want me to try anything on, saying they wouldn't fit. I am plus size. She would tell me which items I could alter to make larger but she didn't think I needed to try anything on to get an idea. In the end I did try on dresses and ended up purchasing one. She needs to learn from that, you can't judge and book by the size...

Kristy Clark: Dan, the owner is amazing. I’ve known him for over 20 years due to my 3 sons playing football. (He’s the football commissioner for Sterling Heights Football League) Such a great guy!! He’s so great with all the children, & as they grow up they end up coming to him for their homecoming & prom suits. I was there today & he’s just a pleasure to talk to. Mari Planka: We were unable to rent a tuxedo from here due to having a destination wedding. However, the employees at Wesner Tuxedo walked us through exactly how to go about making our destination wedding successful in Colorado. We appreciated that they took their time to help us!

You'll never see them smile, I just dropped off my tuxedo no smile not even a thank you as I was walking out. They gave me a hard time with the fitting of my tuxedo, just absolute awful service. Do not support this place you will not be happy.

Robert Hodnicki: Cliff Notes: Best Customer Service Possible / Made sure fits were perfect / Would recommend to all.My cousin got married a few weeks ago. I live 2 hours away. Not too far, but far enough not to make multiple trips. I was measured for a suit near home and had the measurements sent. I had family pick up my suit and I tried it on 2 days before the wedding. Pants didn't fit quite like they were supposed to. I was OK with it, the owner of Wesner Tuxedo was not. He talked me through measuring myself. He then made sure to send a newly tailored pair of pants with another groomsmen for me. If those didn't fit, I had the owners cell phone number to call / text. The owner was going to come to the house we met at and fix my pants when I arrived on a Saturday morning. Luckily, the newly tailored pants fit perfect.We all looked great and the final cost was about $50 less than a National Chain.
