James Anderson: Racist and discriminatory is just the start. They violated my civil rights. Worked at the GM facility in Milford, MI for five years. I had 4 raises in that time. They're sneaky as well as cowardly. They're affiliated with Suburban Automotive.Promoted people who hadn't been around long as myself and others, not to mention while we were on furlough. Formed an all white female team of supervision. Hired the GM client's son which was definitely a conflict of interest and then promoted him 3 months later. Quiet about job openings as they become available. This company is the furthest from equality and inclusion. Lied about my position being terminated while on furlough. Threatened my unemployment compensation if I didn't agree to the terms of their separation from me.They actually swallowed 1500 dollars I was supposed to work off upon returning. They had the nerve to ask me not to talk bad about them, to never apply with them again, and don't reach out to anybody that still worked there. It's about hiring family and friends not the best candidate for the job.It's a dead end job that'll be contracted because GM shut the door on becoming salary for those positions. I can keep going but you get the picture. Stay away from GLS/SUBURBAN AUTOMOTIVE

Cale Western: Definitely steer clear of this employer. I was a fantastic employee for 5 months, but was being harassed by an employee that was worried I was going to be promoted before her. I made a harassment complaint with my direct supervisor and was fired the next day. They also held a meeting the week I was fired about a company restructure and told us everyone's jobs were ok. A ton of other people got fired that same week because they wanted to restructure and make more money even though they were bringing in millions from their contracts with GM and other companies. The absolute definition of corporate snakes.

Manuel Navarette: Booked a load with Jason Connor, was told that I needed to do a carrier set up and he sent over a carrier packet that was already filled out by another carrier. I wrote him back and he sent a blank one, filled it out and he kept delaying sending the rate con, after i threatened to pull my drivers he comes back with some excuse about how the customer came back with a lower rate and I needed to either go lower or cancel the load. Very unprofessional and not a proper way to do business.

This is the first time I've every heard of the packages going back to Amazon needing to be taped. I'm really disappointed at the poor customer service and attitude of a person in a leadership position. The franchise owner definitely needs to implement some coaching.
James McIvor: Howard printed our funeral program and did a beautiful job! I recommend coming here for any printing you need to have done. Howard will walk you through the process if needed and keep you updated. I can’t say enough about the kindness and service offered.
Carina: Lady here has an issue every single time she tries charging for additional packaging whereas other locations have ZERO ISSUE with how i packaged my returns! It's 100% personal at this point and Lisa needs to be retrained on treating cutomers equally and even asked if i moved because i stopped coming to this location but I specifically switched locations OUT OF MY WAY because of being discriminated against over and over!!!To the reply... AGAIN all the other UPS stores do NOT charge for scan and go amazon packages that do not require label. I even BOXED the scan and go package so I would not have an issue but you are so money hungry that you have to lie and say I needed to purchase a $3 bag which is committing fraud for a few bucks. Reading other reviews this is a very common practice at this UPS store and corporate will be notified for your poor business practices. Robbing people you should be ashamed of yourself!
Lexee Brown: Avoid this store at all cost!I frequent this location often, but not anymore.My initial visit was to have my passport photo taken. I then later completed my passport application to find out my photo was a hair to big for submission. I then had to retake my photo while submitting my application at USPS.I visited the store on 6/15/2022 at 9:13am and was provided poor assistance by employee ID 120984. This woman has a very nasty attitude and poor customer service. She decided it was in her best interest to argue with me about the passport photo their store provided that was too big. She then told me the store does not issue refunds that she could retake the photo. I reminded her that I stated I already completed my passport application and retook the photo so there is no need for a retake with UPS. The employee wanted me to engage in an argument with her, but it wasn’t until a line of 3 formed and she then decided to issue a refund.My dad also frequents this store as it is a convenient location for him, but I will let him know we will no longer be patrons of this establishment.I’ve worked in customer service and a store not offering a refund when then error was on their end is just unheard of.

Kristina Warden: This company pulls the usual bait and switch once they hire you. They lie in their job listings, and are always retooling the pay structure in order to pay their drivers the least amount possible for a route. Read on:Drivers be informed. They haul primarily automotive freight. If you read one of their job listings and saw "Dependable dedicated schedule," you were told a lie. Automotive freight is always volatile. If the plants are shut down, you don't' work either. In the past year, plants have been shutting down like crazy. I compared notes with another driver who wanted to refer me, and we discovered many inconsistencies. He was paid $230 per day for a route that was offered to me at $250 per day. This was not his assigned route as his route was yet again not running. He didn't discover the pay rate until 2 weeks into the run. He spoke with other drivers and discovered other changes in pay rates for other routes. For instance, He inquired about another route so he could have a "dependable schedule" and discovered that the pay was changed from $220 a day to $23 an hour for that run. He learned this by comparing what he was told by other drivers and what he was told by dispatch. This change effectively lowered the weekly pay by about $180 or more.Be warned drivers. Another bait-and-switch company that likes to catfish drivers.

Michael, one of their reckless drivers, accused me of “making up” getting hit by an 18 wheeler until I called the police.Dealing with this dishonest and dishonorable company to get my car fixed was so horrendous that I’m writing this review in hopes of making sure no one else has the opportunity to cross paths with this bush league trucking company.Dangerous drivers like Mr. Maccario speak volumes about what kind of company CLAW Logistics is, and from my experience, stay as far away as humanly possible.

caiden shafer: I drove for claw for 73 days, and got a ticket from the MSP and was told everything would be fine by Jay Rice at the Stevensvile Claw. 3 days later I was terminated by Paul the safety coordinator for getting a ticket before 90 days. The low review is for the way Management, especially Jay Rice, and Paul, went about the termination and never gave me a chance to explain the ticket, which is already in the process of being overturned. I was begged, and bargained with to come work for Claw, and feel like Paul made an extremely uninformed decision, based on 0 factual evidence. This company is extremely unorganized, and the drivers pay the price in more ways than 1.

markus 0385: Worst company I ever worked for. I worked as a logistic coordinator for 2 months and once i started i noticed there operations was not structured. There is no training your shadowing with someone who could careless if you learn the job. Beware of falisha fowler she is a horrible person to work with. All she did was complain and trash talk the company. She talked behind everyone's back. I hated everyday that I had to work with her. She talked down to me and was not a nice person. I couldn't believe they had her training people. Its a reason no one can last at this company. The management didn't even know how to work there own computer system. All they did was sit back and micro manage and call shots. They have the wrong people in management. It looks good and the pay was good but there is a few poison apples that can spoil it for everyone working there. Bad attitudes and poor managers. They need to get a better structured environment including people who want to train and wants to see the company grow.
Mike Thompson: Revolving door policy when it comes to their employee's. Truck driver beware! This company doesn't give two seconds of loyalty to the driver. Newer equipment is the only positive here. The management (Melony) is the other positive they have. If your hoping to settle here for convenience or local driver benefit I suggest you apply elsewhere. Pay scale is low in comparison to other local driving opportunities. It's been 4 yrs since i worked for this outfit and I have had multiple interactions with drivers that have worked for this firm. All have repeated my opinion. I give One star because it would'nt allow me to give less.

ali Jaber: Very unprofessional they booked load with me at 8:45 when the load was picking up at 9am I told them my driver not empty needs some time they told me it’s fine. I kept them updated the whole time about me not getting empty. I got empty at 12 pm told them I was waiting on my paperwork bc they doing count. The called me threaten me and yelled at me and said they will put frieightguard and they did for no reason when they easy could covered the load earlier in day and took me off
Arnold “Buzzlander” G: Carriers stay away from this broker. Nobody answering phones when the driver got issues. The confirmation indicating appointments but there are none. The driver got stuck at the receiver in Normal,IL (Rivian plant) for 24 hours. Nobody answered phones, promised to pay detentions-layovers but never did.
Xpress Freight Carrier: STEER CLEAR. Booked a load with Amer Hasanovic. Filled out their Broker/Carrier agreement, which is in PDF form and not online. Got them a COI from my insurance agent. Sent everything to Amer and never heard from him again. Couldn't reach him on the phone and he never answered my emails. This broker is nothing but a WASTE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME.
Rolkis Trucking Inc: We did not do their load, did not sign load confirmation, because the details they sent in negotiation email and on confirmation were very different. They got angry, did posted freight guard report. Do not recommend.

We have a driver stack on their load because they did not make delivery appt for 2 days and we CAN NOT reach them for 2 days, we send them emails and call them 100 times. No asnwer. AVOID THIS BROKERS

Russ Burton: You know what would be super?? If your drivers could find another route other than 28 Mile. Every single other gravel hauler company seems to respect that the area between van dyke and Mound is a residential area and uses an alternate route, except this company. They're a nuisance and a danger, often driving way too fast for the conditions. I've lost count how many times I've seen their tandem trailer trucks fly down the hill and have to lock up the brakes because they can't stop in time for a school bus or delivery driver. Take 26 Mile, it's not as residential. Or 29 Mile, I don't care, just reroute your g.d. trucks off of 28 mile. I'll pay you the extra $.15 cents it costs you.
Jackie: Your truck threw a huge rock at my car and busted out the windshield driving on M53. You need to prevent the rocks from flying out of your trucks at such high speeds. You could kill someone.

MrWallyrooster: Former driver here. Did you notice the sign on the front lawn advertising how they are always hiring for drivers?? The dispatcher, Tim Acton is very pushy and does not feel he needs to accommodate the driver if they need time off. All he seems to care about is his needs. Favoritism and long hours. Let's just say there is a reason for the high turn-over rate. Company used to be a lot more laid back before Mr. "on a mission from God" Tim showed up. If they decide to keep him around, perhaps they should just build a permanent "help wanted" sign out there on the front lawn.But if you have no life and don't mind working long hours 6 days a week, this is the job for you!! They could use a few suckers!! Check out the big mansion the owners built on 30 mile, 1/4 mile east of Van Dyke expressway. It's the one with a big huge gate across the driveway. Hey, someone's gotta pay to support that monstrosity!!!!!! Just squeeze the drivers for all they can give.
