This is going to sound weird, but even watching them make it is fun. They use nitrogen to form the awesomeness in a cup. And it is awesome 👌 with explosive flavors and a unique touch that only pride in your products could produce. It's also a local family business. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. They have smoothies, ice cream, coffee, expresso and a whole lot more. All served with a friendly smile. Twizzlers has nothing on making mouths happy compared to this place of awesomeness.

Cheri: My niece, her best friend, and a group of friends visited Zoyo to get a last minute birthday dessert. Prior to ordering, they inquired about allergens. Her best friend (the birthday girl) has a severe allergy to eggs. The group was assured by the Manager (or possibly owner) that the frozen yogurt in question was free from eggs. They asked several times to be certain, considering that their friend has a extremely severe egg allergy. Immediately after she tasted one spoonful, she started feel her throat getting scratcy. She said.... "I'm sure that there is egg in this." At this point, the friends requested to see the ingredient list. Sure enough there were eggs in it. Very swiftly, her symptons progressed into an emergency. She was going into anaphylaxis shock. They Immediately had to leave to get her treatment. I met them to assist, as I was in the area. This should never have happened, especially since they asked several times. They were assured several times that there were no eggs in the dessert in question. All staff should be aware of the major allergens served, however, out of all people, a Manager/(possible owner) should be knowledgeable. There are eight major allergens identified by the FDA. Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. There are definitely more, however, anyone working in the food industry should definitely be aware of all ingredients (especially allergens) used to make their products. Eggs, which is on the major allergen list was asked about multiple times. IF the staff has not been educated, there should be an allergy sheet posted for the customers to view, which would eliminate the need for questions. This was definitely not a way to end a great birthday up to that point. Making such a mistake can cause major consequences for those who suffer from allergies. As a matter of fact, a mistake such as this could mean the matter of life and death for those who suffer severely. Most pharmacies are closed around 9pm (which they all were), so it could be impossible for people to make it to get meds if needed after a certain time. It was late. Thankfully there were individuals near who could jump right in and assist quickly. If you have severe allergies, I would recommend asking to review the ingredient list to ensure that you don't run into a scenario like this. If you are not 100% sure about a possible allergen being present, then just pass. The temporary gratification does not outweigh the possible detrimental impact. I hate that this happend, however, I hope that this incident is taken serious enough to allow it to be a teachable moment for all ZoYo staff.

Radhika Talreja: My friend has an egg allergy and we asked the manager which frozen yogurts have eggs and he told us that the salted caramel one does not. We asked him to confirm numerous times and he assured us that it did not contain egg. My friend took a sample of the salted caramel and began feeling her throat closing immediately. We then asked again to see the full ingredients list and as he was pulling out the booklet he again said that it did not contain egg and was actually laughing at us for not believing him. He read out the ingredients and it did in fact contain egg. This kind of treatment is unacceptable as he was probably just trying to get his money instead of actually caring for the safety of his customers. I am extremely disappointed by Zoyo and will not be going there again.

Alyssa Uka: Best Italian ice and custard place ever

Sunkast: Hands down my favorite place to go for ice cream. The custard is great. But the ice is even better. Always new flavors to try. And the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Brittney Lindabury: We used Rita's catering for our dessert at our wedding. It was so tasty and our guests loved it! I worked with Moriah to get all the details and she was so attentive to detail and she made sure our ice / cookies arrived on time and made it super easy to return the coolers the next day! If you're looking for a fun addition to your next event, I totally recommend the Rita's catering!!

Shaun Sikora: I remember a time when you could put a little Froyo in a cup and then fill it with Bobas, Chocolate Chips and all kinds of sugery sauces. You put it on the scale to witness that damage done to your wallet and your dad bod. Now, you get a similar cup, put in your Froyo, then select from a number of tiny jello shot cups filled with toppings. 2 are included but the rest are at the tune of $0.50. Gone are the days of a 1/2 cup of popable bubbles in your mouth unless you want to pay a fortune. Another victim of Covid and just doesn't hit the same.

christina parrish: I can understand that prices sometimes need to be raised. It doesn’t seem right to raise the price 30%, make the cup smaller, AND stop offering hot fudge, Carmel, and marshmallow. As someone who worked with the public for decades I can also say the customer service was lacking also. I’m literally kicking myself for tipping someone that didn’t even greet me OR say thank you. Disappointing

Larry B: Terrible selection and dirty.First let me start with over the past couple months they have been out of hot fudge and hot caramel. The excuse from their management has been they have been “waiting for more.” During this time they would put out a bottle of Hershey’s syrup in the meantime. I mean this is a frozen yogurt/ice cream store..... how can you continue to be out of the most important parts of it.I just went in today and they still didn’t have the hot caramel or hot fudge. Additionally there wasn’t even the Hershey’s syrup out. I asked the girls that were working there why not even Hershey’s syrup anymore? Her answer was “We can’t get it or are waiting for it”. I had to remind her that Kroger’s is literally next door.I mean come on... it’s a ice cream/frozen yogurt store. How hard is it to stock this stuff.And the place is dirty. Make sure you wear washable rubber shoes and gloves because the floor is very dirty and sticky along with the tables.My complaints may sound minor, but come on, at least stock and carry all the supplies that go along with ice cream/ frozen yogurtVery disappointing to say the least.

Kathy G: Never again! $9 for ice cream or yogurt or whatever it is. It was always pricey but toppings without limits and chocolate or caramel or some kind of syrup before. Today only some kind of peanut butter sauce, yuck!! Don't think they'll be in business much longer.

Karen Hines: Disappointed to say the least!! The previous owners really took pride and an interest in serving and helping our community…especially the surrounding schools. The previous staff was friendly and had great customer service…it’s a yogurt shop!!! The staff now is not friendly and can be rude at times.Orange Leaf use to be a place for a nice family outing, now I don’t look forward to taking my kids and will probably stop going there and visit another ice cream shop.Not sure what the hours are…because sometimes they close before the posted hours.They’ve increased the prices with smaller cup sizes. Not to mention the lack of toppings in the cups…they aren’t even half full.

Mary: We went to Orange Leaf Yogurt tonight to be met with disappointment. The sign on the door says they’re open til 9pm. We went in, bought our yogurt and then we were told the dining area is closed and no explanation. What? Had I known that, we wouldn’t have bothered. Next thing I know, I see the 2 people working there closing the place. Several other people walked up to discover the doors are locked. I don’t know what’s going on with this place. It was around 8pm and they’re closing. They’re supposed to be open til 9pm. If they changed their hours, they should update their signs!

QSTS KILLS: Says it’s open went to go get some frozen yogurt and it’s closed the doors are locked and lights are off and it’s 4:30 pm they should of left a sign saying closed

Kim Markel: The yogurt is great and there is a good variety of flavors and toppings. The store is very clean as well.My complaint is with the night staff. I have been in there three nights in a row at 7:30 pm, and when someone in my party sits at a table to put their toppings on their yogurt, we are told that they close at 8pm.There are at least three visible signs in the store stating that the store closes at 8. I think it is bad customer service to be told that as I am checking out. I have been a manager at a fast food restaurant for years and I get they want to leave, but as a paying customer, if I want to sit and eat what I purchased I should have the right to, without feeling like I’m putting someone out.

Because It SAYS that it IS still open on here... & whenever I call the number listed, it ALSO says they are open until 9pm & that they even offer curbside service... but the last FEW times I have been up there the store has been CLOSED🤨!! So what's going on?!? Are the hours just different, or is this location actually closed? *& if so...do we for how much longer?? Current updated CORRECT information would be much appreciated as I am getting quite annoyed with making this 20-30 minute drive out here for no reason!!😤WILL SOMEONE PLEASE UPDATE THE PHONE RECORDING, AS WELL AS THE ABOVE LISTED HOURS AS NECESSARY TO REFLECT THE CURRENT [CORRECT] HOURS OF OPERATION!Thanks guys.***********************2019 Review:Thanks for letting me get my Fro-yo a couple minutes after closing time...the staff here is super friendly & helpful & didn't have any attitudes when I walked in while they were starting to closing up (there was still people inside eating from earlier in the evening). Especially since I have a little bit of a drive to get there after the location right up the street from me closed last year😕...★But they have the BEST Fro-yo anywhere & it's worth the drive!

Stephanie Gerbino: Excellent. You pay by the size and number of toppings. It was 5 dollars to start for a med and 6 for a large. We each got 2 toppings (not sure if that was promotional or all the time). The frozen yogurt is quality and delicious. Personally I had red velvet and cookies and cream, then got brownie and white chocolate chips on the side. Both flavors were amazing and I preferred the brownie bites with it (just an fyi). But you can always taste test the icecream to see what you like best.
