Megan Michalak: Id give 0 stars if possible. They are absolutely horrible. I’ve lived here for 4 years, anytime I try to get anything fixed it’s nearly impossible. This place is very unresponsive and unhelpful. I’ve been trying to get issues fixed for about 2 years and whenever I follow up on it I get told “we will talk to the board” then never hear anything back. Then they work that they actually do, gets done very poorly and needs to be redone. But ironically people on the board and friends of the people on the board get their stuff handled. All in all, I would definitely never recommend anyone I know to move in the condos ran by them. Absolutely horrible.

B B: The wurst property management company! All they did is Snow plow and grass cut . They charged us 2 additional separate assessments payments for renewing the parking lot and changing the carpet . they lie to us they never Change the carpet or renew the parking lot . The only thing they did consistently Is Raise the Sociation fee Every year My Sociation fee is now almost double in just 4 years .

Charly Goucher: If I could give zero I would. BE AWARE THEY HAVE MULTIPLE LAWSUITS AND NEWS INVESTIGATIONS AFTER THEM FOR THERE SCAMS! I went in to get a new pool card( 50$ when they’ve been pocketing the hoa fees for the pool for 2 years since it was “closed due to covid”When I told the girl at the desk I am in contact with the news to investigate her words where “the news has already been here and other cases are already filed.I would recommend not doing business with them because they are terrible.
Eshaan Mangal: The entire management team including Sue are extremely unprofessional and have no kindness whatsoever! Every few months association fees rise with a pool that is still closed. Towing cars for no reason and coming up with rules like your guests can’t park “long term”.
Sam: This place is by far the worst condo ever. I have lived out of state and I have been to many condos and apartments, they are by far the pettiest. My fiancé lives here and has lived here for almost 2 years now. They have given us so much trouble. I drive a porsche and of course PICK my car out of all cars and tow it because it was parked in front of my fiancés unit. No one ever gave him a tour so we never knew “visitors” parking existed which by the way consists of 3 spots in the front and back. Now that i park there it’s become an issue too again only my car got a warning and NO ONE else’s. I have asked the other visitors who park there on a daily. When you call to speak to someone they have ZERO knowledge of anything. “Sue” is there go to person except, she won’t call you… and her answer to everything in email is i’ll let our association attorney follow up with you. Who by the way never does. We would like to speak to someone who owns this company. This is a condo not an apartment my fiancé should be able to have me over and I should be able to park on the visitors lot without an issue. There should be no limitations on how many nights as long as i’m not parked in any other spot. Regardless do not move here my fiancé and I hate it. I am a travel nurse and cannot just change my address. They do not help and do not care. They work with the tow company and try to take every penny out of you. They are PETTY!!! Do not move here!!!! I would give them 0/5 starts not even one.I feeldiscrimated against as I am the only one who is being picked at.

jack thompson: This company illegally had my car towed from my grandparents condo building and when I talked to a women named Kelly on the phone about why she was extremely rude and unprofessional and even laughed at me at one point in the conversation then told me to figure it out myself
Connie Wegner: Take their sweet time on helping when you need repairs. And act like your bothering them, when you call on an update of a work order your waiting on. Only thing HOA covers here is snow removal and lawn service. Been waiting on a repair of leaking roof for 3 and a half weeks. Really? almost a month. Not satisfied with the company.

Don’t you dare call for any service because you will be treated like trash. The only thing they know how to say is that the owner is pretty much responsible for everything and the money you pay to keep them employed gets you nothing. And if by any chance you do get them to come out it will be a year later. Please for who ever is in charge have a conversation with your team because they have zero skill and wouldn’t last at any job if this is the way they communicate.If you are thinking of buying a condo here or rest you might want to look else where. This building is built super cheap. Doors, windows everything is the cheapest they could find and won’t do anything to help. I have called them twice and the girl that answers needs to educate her self with the Bylaws because she have not a clue what they consist of.
Mike Ashley: I have unfortunately had to work with this company while helping a friend sell her condo. This team is very unresponsive, unhelpful, and unsuccessful.The property that they are maintaining is in poor condition with missing sod, damage and poor work done internally and externally to the buildings. The exterior wood in disrepair from neglect. When requesting repairs no timelines are provided and their employees seem to have an overall lack of care.When working with them to gather information for selling a home they were unresponsive and rude when escalating the issues due to the time criticality of gathering information for the buyers.While going through an FHA spot certification for sale of the condo - we found that it was ineligible due to finances of the HOA. This is not surprising due to how poorly the property is managed by this company.This team clearly does not seem to care about the tenants that they support.You may be looking to save some money by selecting this property management group. If you care about the community that you are supporting look elsewhere.
Mary Sears: We have been waiting since May1st, 2021 for roof, wood & flashing repair on our condo. JBC keeps claiming they have to get estimates each and every time we contact them. Its now August 11th, 2021 and still no repair. With all the rain this year we are sure there is more interior damage that we don’t know about yet… This is the worst management company we have ever had.
laith Ishaya: This company need to work on customer service skills for workers and they are acting like a mafia inside the building you called one they don’t transfer you to the other one because you already called two weeks ago and nothing happened they put you on hold for 10 minutes till you give up and when you ask for the last name Emily says she doesn’t give last name and when I asked for the other worker last name she said I can’t give you her last name like I’m asking for Social Security ( Emily and kelly )
James Mcmillan: I called and spoke with Nicole, she said to email the completed release form. I emailed the release form per Nicole's request and then was told it was unacceptable. Also I had to bring it with the completed pool form to the office personally and show my drivers license to get the key fob for the pool. I do not live there. She also said I had to bring the form the renter has to sign. They will not let him pick it up, He lives there ! He will pay the $40 dollars for the replacement. This is unreasonable. Cyndi McMillan
Ray Houthuysen: After two years, it was clear our organizations were stylistically out of synch. The structure used by JBC works for many, but not all.As we move on in 2021, Jeff and his staff deserve high praise for their professionalism and work ethic, especially during the lame duck period we are now in. Their handling of work during the pandemic was top notch.

Jack Sabelhaus: MPM is not abiding by the bylaws and ignoring my requests for escalation. Now attempting to put a lien on my property for $50.00 of an assessed fine that is not abiding by their own bylaws. I do not recommend this service.
Eric Young: I will give MPM this. MPM is under new ownership in 2023. The previous owner was the problem. Rick and Art are at the helm now. Both have treated me fairly and wanted to do the right thing, except for the previous owner who impeded them. I do think this new ownership is promising
Amber Thrush: Impossible to get anything taken care of with this company. With the amount we pay in association fees you'd think somewhat pay attention. Took 6 month to get a limb cut down that was hanging to low it was touching the walk way to enter my home! AWFUL company!
Brandon Lentine: The worst company at managing any properties. Will find any reason to defer at avoid repairs that they are responsible for in their contracts. Gail was very rude and aggressive.

John-Paul Konja: This place has the absolute worst customer service ever. I've called into every extension and have yet to speak to an actual person. I've called in at least 10 times over the course of a week and a half and have left multiple voicemails with no reply. This place deserves zero stars its an absolute joke. It's completely unprofessional to not tend to the people, who's homes you're responsible for.
Jackie Wilson: Don't think you will be heard or acknowledged. Condo board runs them and they are nothing but yes men that hide behind a website that doesn't even give confirmation of receipt your request/complaint/inquiries. Shop another company if your looking for administration. Money collected for no results. Management too old and needs new ideas. It's 2022 folks!!!
Charles M.: As a former board member of a property managed by this company, I beg all the properties to consider leaving this deplorable company. They tend to lie to residents, they get kickback from vendors and push them on the communities, and they cause issues among board members. This is just the start of it. People such as Deanna are very unprofessional and like to stir the pot.
andy w: One of the worst mismanaged company I have ever dealt with. When winter time comes be prepared to slip and fall. Many of the delivery drivers and I have fell on the sidewalks numerous time because they don't salt the sidewalks at all eve and it falls on deaf ears. You also have to pick up all the leaves and branches that the Lawn Service just blows to the side of the driveway. Don't understand where our association money going to also expensive. Landscaping here is hideous. Cobwebs everywhere on the exterior of the buildings.

They also lie about what is covered under the association’s responsibility for repairs. They should be ashamed of themselves as a company and as individual people for their lack of care and concern
Adam DeMara: Our decks are falling apart, they keep hiring companies to paint over the problem. I have a experienced the rude calls, where I call into politely collaborate on an issue, and it was an imposition that the management company had to pick up the phone. The only positive thing I will say is that the new manager Art is more responsive to requests/inquiries/issues!

Colleen Janis: Been in property management for 35 years. This fee paid company stinks. Unresponsive and Rude!! Been here since 1996 and has gone severely downhill. When you wait for over 2 years, me and my neighbors for 2 years + for repairs there is NO excuse! Basement has flooded 4 times, brick repairs, spider cracks in basement, air vent, siding falling off, cracked and weed infested concrete, and more. BUT. the grass is green. DONT MOVE HERE!
Vaibhav Shetge: If I could give a negative I would, and it seems like a lot of other reviewers share similar thought.In general the communication to and from these guys is extremely poor and lacks details. Unfortunately the work that needs to be done is much below the quality needed too. For eg, we needed our outdoor storage door replaced and that whole process for us took about 4 months!! This is with multiple followups.. One has to push several times to get a response from them.Here is a picture of some of the genius scheduling that these guys do. We are in a condo, so they scheduled a fall clean up, where in they come in and blow the leaves from inside the patio too...but they scheduled a roof cleanup after this.. the very next day!!! The entire patio was now covered with much more leaves then what they cleaned up the previous day... we got a clean patio for a few hours...Then someone said they will come and clean up again...all they did was pushed all the leaves to one edge of the area... no one came after that and I ended up spending couple hours cleaning the patio over.... I am not sure if anyone can be more incompetent then these guys.
Simon Rayes: If there was a lower rating I would give them that. They made a bunch of claims and when I confronted them, they changed their words. That wasn't enough, they went and hired a lawyer, and yet he made up more lies, and when I asked him for proves, all the sudden he changed his words too. I am not surprised, when I Googled them, I come to find out I wasn't the only one. And what makes it worst, they don't take the initiative to follow up with people and find out what happened or how to make things better or what can they do to fix their reputation. Therefore, what people are saying is true. I am very surprised that they are still in business.
