Sterling Heights Apartments: what do users think?
kathrina Jones: Walls are paper thin. I could hear everything. kids are so loud it feels like they are over my head and I’m on the second floor. Wake up to bumping and running around everyday. Been here for 9 years. The place are nice size.
Nahian Qurashi: we lived this apartment 3 years and we liked that place.very good location nice and spacious apartment.
Tanveer Mir: Best apartments. I lived there for almost 3 years and it was like home. I highly recommend it!
Nicholas Burgess: Well I will only speak to the office staff and management. Not the apartments themselves. My business did work for them for a little over a year. Not only was there CONSTANT miscommunication between the office staff and management, (each not knowing what one was saying to the other) which caused frustration and made work A LOT more difficult, but they decided to rip us off just before the end of our contract. They requested a layout of their complex where all of our “stations” were installed. We gave it to them on a Friday (over 36 stations valuing at $540) ...we arrived the following Wednesday for our regular service only to be told that our services are no longer needed. (Our contract states that cancellation has to given 30 days notice, and has to be done in writing via email or by phone, neither which were done prior to arrival) When we went to check our stations we noticed that ALL of them were gone. When we asked the office and management what happened to them, they suddenly became incompetent. “We don’t know” and “we didn’t do anything with them”.....👌 so 5 days prior they were there, we sent them a map showing where all of them were, then when we arrived they are all gone. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out what happened to them. Our contract states that all equipment installed on the property is owned by us and that any unauthorized removal or destruction is subject to a charge. When management (Crescendo homes) was informed of this they blew us off and refused payment. They stole our equipment, lied about it, and then refused to pay for them. VENDORS BEWARE. after trying to be polite with them and giving them a year to pay , they still refuse. We are taking them to court
ABillie ABillie: Noisy Occupants from the very grown people to the children (the children are a major issue) that run the halls and parking lots.Loud music played in the parking lots. No security in the buildings. Walls are very thin. Cars left in parking spaces either abandoned or not running with expired tabs. Laundry facilities a joke! At one point we had a homeless man sleeping in the basement. The list goes on... save your Money.
Wendy Bora: Appartments are in fire right now. Closing Dequindre
Yelondia Baker: These apartments are nice but its not secured at all. Each apartment duplex don’t have locks on the doors, or no buzzers to buzz in guess. At anytime anyone can come into the apartment duplex (because there is no locks on the entry door) right to your apartment door and no car ports/ assigned parking spaces for residents. It’s basically first come first serve on parking spaces. The leasing office hours are inconvenient (8am-5pm) mon-fri and if you work those same hours you are out of luck because they don’t a late day to stay open to provide residents support, the office is not open on weekends either. The office phone number provided just rings, it’s rare someone answer. This is why I rated these apartments three stars. And for these to be call Luxury Apartments I need more security and guaranteed parking no matter what time of day I come home and a leasing office that’s open either one late day a week or open on the weekends.
Robert Ruffolo: Been here 26 years. We will make your living here pleasure!
Alin Jazmati: Nice and clean
Alexander Adam: Lived here for about a year. The management is very nice and the maintenance team very good.
Jason S: Very clean and spacious. Affordable, very well worth the price. Management has always been friendly and helpful. I would recommend living here to any one in the area!

Cambridge House Apartments: what do users think?
Микола Курчій: Cool place to live
Kee Butler: Im so glad to move from this toxic apartment the noise, nosey neighbor, and rude managementI just received a bill over to the collections without any knowings and I had a $0 balance to pay anything from this old apartment since I left from hereIt’s so terrible would not recommend this place to a homeless person this is so sad ☹️
Tay Holmes: Let’s not start with the mold !!! The old pipes that makes your bathroom walls bleed that you have to clean every other day . My rent is 1125 for a one bed but all of my neighbors is 1050 so today we are going to find a new place hopefully I can get out of these apartments asap! I’m going to do the month to month. Til my other place comes through. I do not recommend anyone to move in these for over 1k the rent should be no more than 800 due to old pipes and molding . But the lady Jennifer in the office is nice .
Megan Alexsandrowski: I lived there for 2 years and at the beginning I didn’t have many problems but they used Covid as an excuse to raise my rate over $100 a month. It is way overpriced for what you get. The pool hasn’t been opened in 3+ years, the washers and dryers were always either broken or dirty, the air conditioner barely worked it was always extremely uncomfortable, my floor had to be replaced because it was so cheaply done. Now that I’ve left I still haven’t received my deposit back almost 90 days later. The maintenance men were the only nice thing about this place.
durron taylor: Terrible place to live
Eyad Farid: Stinks
Nola Williams: OMG 😳 DO NOT MOVE HERETHE NOISES, MANAGEMENT, & ENVIRONMENT IS SO TERRIBLE
hi Badkamikaze: Can't believe this is the third year the pool is going to be closed they charge way to much rent for what you get I will be moving soon
Mau Lee: Probably one of, if not, the worst complexes i’ve ever stayed in. Too many things wrong with the place to be considered quality. Every door inside of my apartment seemed to creek, the closet doors would come off the hinges easily. The flooring is uneven and you can hear through the walls as clear as day, I can hear my neighbor’s phone conversations ALL the time. The lighting isn’t the greatest, most of them not being white but a faint yellow. The water, from the kitchen sink to the shower in the bathroom, is very inconsistent. The pressure never stays the same, and can go from ice cold to hell hot in the matter of a split second. Sometimes it can even leave a smell because i’ve heard the plumbing hasn’t been worked on in YEARS. Cause for PLENTY of skin burns. The walls within the apartment are also paper thin, don’t even have to try to hear what my roommate is doing. Doesn’t come with any amenities inside. no washer/dryer, no dishwasher, no microwave. There is NO insulation inside of the apartment, so what comes in or is created in there, stays in there. You’ll NEVER be able to feel like you fully cleaned the bathtub. Communication between the staff is also very bad. I can find myself waiting DAYS for a response to an email, or I could call the office multiple times and receive no answer, but then would walk over to the office and see management sitting at their desk! POOREST excuse for an apartment, it is literally a space with walls in it.
Jason Harry: Don't rent here, seriously. You're going to pay 1k+ for a box with hollow walls, your water will be affected by your neighbors using theirs (shower go from ice cold to burning hot and back and forth), no laundry in the units and the ones on site are always broken and don't work well (dirty), they haven't had the pool open in 3+ years, the area to bbq is a plastic table with rusty poles and is chained to the public park style bbq, the bathtubs are coated in a material the flakes off so you'll never be able to actually clean your bath to bathe in it. Low water pressure, and this is all in a new remodeled unit. Also the flooring is a cheap tongue and Groove that wasn't done correctly so there are lifted points the float so when you step the floor goes up and down. There's more to list I just don't want to waste anymore time or money on this place so that's my review. Good luck on finding you're future home.
Kayla Kottra: The worst apartment I have ever lived in. Everything in the unit was cheaply done. Faucets were like plastic and broke from normal usage. Air conditioning unit burnt out after less than 1 year of living there and maintenance said they usually have to replace every year. Anytime it rained water would leak out of the ceiling fan and light in our bathroom - I was in a second floor unit so I know it wasn’t from a neighbor above me. Also the water in the shower would go from freezing cold to scorching hot without warning and I didn’t even touch the knob. There were many times I burnt my skin in the shower from this. There was also birds living in the roof outside my unit. The worst part about it all was Jennifer Ward from the leasing office. If you need a response from her don’t hold your breath. It took over 2 weeks just for her to forward me the updated lease when I added someone else to my lease. I followed up numerous times during that time frame and only received a response once I cc’d someone else who worked there. Don’t bother calling the office to leave a voicemail because you won’t get a call back. For the price they charge it’s ridiculous that they have such poor leasing management and unsafe living conditions. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is for the maintenance staff. They were always very friendly and quick to fix any issues when I called them.
april Gates: I've been waiting for over two weeks for someone to fix my bathroom ceiling water was leaking from the apartment above this is the second time this has happened with in a few months the smell from the mold is making me sick but yet they charge over 1000 dollars a month to live here if it's not fixed shortly bim.calling the heath department on them
Jonnie Dennis: I have never had a problem with anything here. I put in maintenace request and they were answered in an appropriate time. I have never had a problem with management either. I know that communication is the key but some tenants need to remember that we live in an apartment not a house. Let the children out to play and not in the apartment over other tenants head. I love my place I don't believe I'm going anywhere soon 🙏🙏🙏
Marco LaChapelle: Total LIES about late payment Forgiveness. The new owners charged my disabled brother$150 late fee for their auto pay systems failure.
Braxton Steward: I went to look at a unit and though the unit itself was beautiful the service and the grounds of the complex was horrible. My viewing was for 1pm, I called the phone a billion times to confirm which unit to go to, and I didn't get answer until 1:37pm. When I finally it to the unit that was supposed to be left unlocked, it wasn't, I called the phone an additional 3 times before a getting answer on the 4th. I was told to wait 2 minuets and someone would come unlock it, it took 5 minuets. The grounds outside the viewing unit was dirty with trash on ground.
YOAAL: Good place and ellyas good management
Adrienne Sedonio: Almost 3 years of living here and my family and I couldnt have asked for a better place to live. And good people too ❤️ the management and the people that works are very helpful and kind,as well❤️
Dwayne GotTheGlow: I havnt live there yet,so I will updated this in a couple months, but they are never in the office there should always be atleast one person working if they go on lunch. I email I get no answer back to my questions. Hopefully someone is there first thing in the morning what if someone want to look at the apartments or just get there keys before work like me. Day 2 of someone not being at the office when it says they suppose to be open this is not how you run a apartment complex.
Sharon Williams: 1/21/2020....REPLY TO YOUR NOTES. Management has changed since I moved here around 1997 or so. There have been several office managers; and one of them advised me of the new owners. Also when I moved in; late fee for late rent was not $50.00. And at one point; if you were not an habitual defender and only one day late; the manager waived that $25.00 fee. Please do not advise me that nothing has changed. I would not have remained at this location as a loyal resident if it was not nice at one time! Fair market rates should correspond with the conditions of the unit. Thank you.....I have resided at this location for over 19 years. When I moved here the office staff and management were kind, respectful and helpful. Management has changed and my current experiences are terrible! I have mentioned to them about the black spots on the walls of my apartment being mold and they said it is not. My next step is having a Contractor out to verify. My apartment has not been upgraded/renovated since moving into the complex. Yet the rent increases. And how silly would it be to move out of one unit into another at a higher rate. Especially with the lack of appreciate shown to their loyal residents. And now if your rent is a day late; one day...you had forgotten to drop it off.. it is a $50.00 fee! The one good thing is the nice maintenance men. Neighbors are loud, unsafe stairs! I am so displeased and I am looking to move.
Pacita Co: i love this place...calm quite.and great maintenace...polite staffwe have a monthly resident apprecitio..where we get togther and eat donut..drink coffee and tea..
Rho Leo: 40°s outside and no heat for residents. I understand it's not a "high rent" complex but that's unacceptable.(Updated 10/14)So I have read your reply- if it even is "yours", you probably hired internet PR- and I can tell you that your assurances to do "everything we can do" are empty. It is a lie.I don't even need you to do "everything"; and to be clear, it's not all bad at CH. The two men in maintenance have consistently been courteous and competent, fixing stuff in my place (sometimes even things that I didn't request, going the extra mile). Furthermore, there are other attractive elements to living at CH. But this last week was an absolute disgrace! We went without heat for a full week with night-time temps ranging from the low 40°s to mid 50°s. The temp in my apartment literally dropped into the frigid 50°s range (no fun to try and rest well/wake up with, trust me). This was not a one-night "we had an emergency" with our boiler situation (which would be understandable) but a full week of (we gonna take our sweet time fixing) unacceptable living conditions.Any boiler issues should have been addressed sooner, or at the very least faster, so that our residents didn't have to suffer like that. We have seniors and infants that live here, so please be responsible and make sure our residents have heat when it is cold outside.

Durham Apartments: what do users think?
Elizabeth Hakim: HORRIBLE! Heather is the worst, I asked her what’s the status on my application I submitted a couple weeks ago and she told me “oh sorry I just updated the website today and we can’t take people anymore I forgot to update the website”?! How unprofessional is that, I said “ok no problem did you send me an email?” She stated no at first and they are “too busy” to keep in contact with people for our status and we have to call them every day to see. I’m completely baffled, I asked to speak to her upper hand since she’s just a manager and she would not give me any names to contact or numbers or even emails, she hung up the phone in my face numerous times, I’m disgusted by this place and the management.
Anthony Bucchare: Been here since December 2022 and so far I love it here it's nice and quiet and I actually feel safe unlike were I was living before. Neighbors are friendly and rent is cheap, you can't beat that.
K. M.: My fiancé and I have been here for 2 years. We live with our dog, Ranger. This place is definitely outdated and we've had our problems with losing half of our electricity. Anytime we call the front office, they are quick to respond. Heather and Vicki are wonderful people. Rick and Tim are great maintenance guys who get the job done. They all are doing their job to the best of their ability. The whole, "my car was stolen, do not live here." BS is too dramatic. People, no matter where you live, your car can be stolen anywhere. Durham Apartments is surrounded by friendly neighbors (not all) and quiet. My fiance and I love living here!
Dana Hicks: I lived here for a year and a half and it was my very first time living on my own. It was such a great experience. Everyone in the office was friendly and it was a safe and clean complex.
Curtis: 9/4/22. Just wanted to leave this review for how outstanding and friendly everyone is. I have not yet moved in, but the application process from the start; they have been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process!Update to this review 10/4.. Place really is lovely. Office is outstanding. Anytime I have a question they always seem happy to help out. Had some small maintenance issues come up, they were very fast at responding and fixing the issue.I highly recommend this place.
Madalyn Julia: Hello! I just recently moved into this apartment- I’ve been living there for a little over three and a half months now… Let me just say it’s been the best time of my life!!!I’m going to start off with the office and repair man! The two office women are amazing, efficient, professional, and SUPER friendly! This was my first apartment and so I had many questions… They were able to answer them all! When I moved in, I needed a couple of tedious things repaired and the repair man came the very next day! He was super respectful when in my home and got the repairs done speedy quick! Amazing!!Now, the interior of the home! I live by myself and so the size is actually super spacious! The kitchen is actually quite big and the way the bookshelf separates the living room from the kitchen is just amazing! Beautiful design! The washer and dryer are a MUST! I’m able to do my laundry in the comfort of my home and there is a door to close the room off when cooking and so on and so forth! The bathroom is the perfect size for me! Beware if you are tall because the toilet sits a little close to the ground- if I had to chose something. Now the outside! IT IS SO PEACEFUL AND QUEIT! The area where I’m at is just amazing! The only sounds I hear are birds occasionally chirping if I have my window open but it is SOO quiet! This was a must because I enjoy a good sleep! The porch and patio are amazing as well! I have a little table with two chairs on the patio and I’m still able to fit more!Overall, just an amazing, cozy, safe place to live! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!
Keyera Lee: The application process was simple and easy around the time I applied. I applied at the end of Nov 2021 and they had something available for me Jan 14 2022 (moved in). Today is May 12th so I’ve been here for a few months now and I love it. The neighbors are nice, Heather and Vickie in the office are so nice. The maintenance men are very nice and friendly as well. Me and Rosie (my dog) loves it here. It is affordable and spacious. I have a 1 bedroom apartment.
Katelyn Burger: The worst, beware and try to find somewhere safer and cleaner than this place.
Candace Payne: The price is good but the apartments needs updating. It's gives me 1980's grandma vibes
Terry Pack: I have been working out of state from where I live for many years and this is the first time I have come across the policy of not leasing to a person unless they have been working a company for 90 days. I don't have a problem with company policy but the fact that this is not noted on their website or any of the "apartments to rent" websites just wasted my time calling them.
T J: Unprofessional. Office does not give accurate information, never answers the phone, very short with their email responses. Will NEVER do business with them.
Danny Dang: Bad news bears
Deborah Koss: Just quick visit to dau-in-law
martin martini: I drove a friend that's all to Durham apartment.
Beechie Koss: Visiting relatives for Thanksgiving
Love Venus: OUR CAR WAS STOLEN!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!We have been here for 8 months and the living conditions are bad plus we should have listened to the bad reviews. Our brand new car was STOLEN this week. We just had our baby in July and now my husband can not work because we have a stolen vehicle. Now we are trying to figure out how to get our son to his appointments along with grocery shopping, working, etc.Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Jennifer Richardson: My friend Jeff lives there.
Austin: Apparently they do not respond to emails, so if you are looking to move here I recommend calling. Why bother having an email address if you aren't going to respond?
Rain Bow: Don't remember going here
steven kauflin: Nice apartments.
Debbie Ford: I've been living there for 2 years now. I absolutely LOVE the place. They've always been kind, professional and helpful. It feels like HOME 😊!

Fieldstone Apartments: what do users think?
Eric Brown: THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED!! THE STAFF HERE IS HORRIBLE. VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXTENDED MY LEASE WITHOUT ASKING. THE APARTMENT WAS OLD AND OUT OF DATE
Rachel Ballard: I've had 3 different apartments in the area, and I lived here for two years. Angela in the office is the BEST, most helpful employee of an apartment complex that I have ever met. She is so kind, honest, and helpful. She went above and beyond for me while I lived there. Also, maintenance was always very quick to respond to requests. It's a great location, the pool in the summer is really well maintained, and the apartments are nice.
Courtney McPhillips: This was my first apartment, and I was very nervous as I’ve always rented houses.I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere in and out of the apartments. They strictly enforce the no smoking / littering rules which I really appreciated.I had a recently renovated 2 bedroom in the back row of buildings, which made it even better and more private off my balcony. The fitness center and pool is on the smaller side but very clean and well maintained, and the manager Angela is so nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Nan Howells: This is a great complex! It’s the best apartment I’ve ever had, and the cleanest I’ve ever moved into. My cat loves watching out the windows. The neighbors are quiet. Best yet was Angela in the front office who went above and beyond when I first moved in.I highly recommend Fieldstone Apartments.
Emily Anderson: I called and spoke with Ms. Tammy then later toured the model unit and it was a phenomenal experience! I’ve called and viewed many apartments, but this experience was the best! Ms. Tammy was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions :). The residents at Fieldstone Apartments are fortunate to have such a caring individual who’s passionate about her job in the office there. If I do become a tenant, I know I would’ve made a good decision.
Jimmy Mickens: This was my first apartment and it was great. Angela in the office is awesome and quick with responding to all questions. The maintenance guys were the best. The neighbors were quiet and friendly, shout out to my neighbor Steve!!!!
Robin Reed: Best place.
ajay baabu: I recently moved out of Fieldstone Apartments and I have lived there for 2 years. Angela the manager there was always available to help and highly supportive through out my stay. The maintenance team were very friendly and provided timely response. Its a beautiful, safe and quiet community. Having in unit washer and dryer is a big plus. Would definitely recommend this place at any day. Keep up the good work team !
Deepeka S Ajay: Nice apartment and quick maintenance fixes by the management.
A M: I LOVE living at Fieldstone Apartments. I have lived here going on 3 years. Angela and Britney run a great operation. The grounds are always kept neat and tidy. Nice, safe and quiet community. The maintenance is always prompt and courteous. They are so caring when they enter my apartment while I am work, and make sure that nothing happens to my cats. I have one of the updated units, and its everything I wanted and need. I love having my own washer and dryer. I can't think of one bad thing about living here.
Aisha Scott: Front office was always polite. In the rare incident something broke maintenance was always quick to come fix issues.
Grace: The apartments are great for the price. Lovrd there for 3 years and never had an issue. Management is very good especially Angela. She is very attentive and receptive to resident concerns. Maintenance attends to repairs in a timely manner and they are friendly.Lawn is kept neat and tidy. They do a good job of clearing the roads of snow in the winter time too. Overall very good apartment complex, quite and pretty. Recommend.5 stars for Angela!
Maurice Franklin (Moe Moe): Nice clean quite place my uncle live here
Dakota Herbin: I lived here for about two years and this is by far one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. Located in a great area everything you need to shop is located pretty close. The apartments are priced fairly and a steal for the in-unit laundry and the private entrances. All of the neighbors are extremely nice and this place has some of the best sound proofing I have seen in a apartment. Our unit backed up to red run which offered a great view of the woods!Furthermore, the staff if outstanding! Maintenance was always quick to respond and frankly just do an amazing job! Finally, I can't forget to mention Angela! She is easily one of the best things about the property!!! She is extremely nice, helpful, and frankly just a great person! Anytime we needed anything she was there and more than willing to the extra mile.Overall, I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a new home! Plus the pool is amazing!
Rob G: Was here for almost two years. Out of the apartment complexes I've lived in, this one was the best. Rent is fair at best but they do make it worth your while with probably the best complex maintenance team I've ever encountered. The neighbors are friendly for the most part and the office staff is great. Angela was always a big help for us and was always very understanding. If you show her the respect that her position merits, then she will move mountains for you. It's a very nice, clean and quiet area with nothing too crazy ever really happening. If you're a foodie, you might have to drive a bit to get some good food, but Sterling Heights is still evolving a bit so I'm sure it'll get there.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience living here. Some of the happiest moments of my life happened here. It's all about what you make of it 😁
That One Chick: Ok. Hang with me on this one... I moved in from a slum, so I was desperate. But this was not much better. Half the appliances didn't work....The neighbors, one in particular, was strange and harassed me, accusing me of moving their furniture with my mind and projecting voices into their heads and such. This was both hilarious and disturbing.Angela 'Ang'(the receptionist) was Ratchet and unhelpful. Good luck with her. Just call landquest if you want any thing done. And this place was so expensive. They said cause of private entry and in unit laundry. Just shop around. You can find others that are both nicer, larger and cheaper. If I wasn't desparate, I would have found something else.go elsewhere. The only good thing here is Maintenance. They are the best.
Elliot Schmick: I lived here for over a year. The grounds and all of the buildings are very well maintained, and any maintenance issues I've had (very few) were resolved quickly and professionally. The units themselves are nice and reasonably priced. Working with Angela from the leasing office was awesome; she's incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've never had any issues working with the staff here. I'd definitely recommend Fieldstone to anyone looking to rent in the area.
Jason Sim: I lived here for 2 years, and it was a great place to live. It was very clean and well maintained. I thought the rent was fair and the office staff accommodating. Whenever it snowed the maintenance guys were out there clearing it all day long. These will be the most snow-free parking lots you will ever park on. It felt like a safe and quiet neighborhood, and I would live here again if work brings me to this area.
Josh Johnson: Worst apartments ever. They lie to you on the phone and are overpriced.
Robin Malek: My 79 year old mother moved in not too long ago. From the beginning, I've felt good about it. Maintenance has been amazing, the office managers are great, and her neighbors have been clean and very nice. It seems to be a very safe environment. There are even people with very large dogs, yet they are mindful to pick up their pet's deposits. The dumpster is also emptied regularly, so there has been no overflow of trash. I would recommend this complex.
Robert Gunther: I lived at Fieldstone for a year. The apartment was very clean when I moved in, the neighborhood is quiet and the rent is very fair. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions or work orders I had. The apartment is located within walking distance to a few places to eat, gas stations and an urgent care.

Kimberly Club Apartments: what do users think?
Alex Boyd: Kimberly clubs maintenance team (with permission to enter my apartment) replaced my garbage disposal within 30 minutes of a "when you get around to it request". Didn't leave a trace, except for a note. I was out running errands and didn't even realize they were in my apartment till hours later. I couldn't even get my old apartment to save their property from water damage and mold.
Mohamm Al: Bad place , unsafe and dirty be careful don’t live here
Alyssa Purey: I have lived here for the past year and just renewed my lease back in march! These apartments are great to live in! Maintenance is very attentive to tenants issues as well as taking care of the property! The landlord is also very friendly and eager to help! She is very personable! As well as the other people who work in their office, they are very helpful! Jacob always has a smile on his face and makes sure your needs are met! The property is amazing! The 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units have washers and dryers inside the units!! For the 1 bedrooms, there is a building onsite full of washers and dryers. The space in the apartments are pretty spacious. The pool is also really big, and goes to 9ft deep! I love living here and only plan to move out when we find a house, until then it feels like home. I recommend Kimberly club! I would give it more stars if I could! :)
sarah mansour: Nice place for families And very nice hills. But the management is absolutely awful, it’s really hard to deal with the manager when there is an issue they also hang up the line. Although the maintenance is ok but it’s not the best. I have been here for almost 4 years and I have seen a decrease in the quality and decency of the management and the community but the apartment itself is nice.
TWMax65: The person on the phone made no sense. I have a big question to ask. Why would I pay at least $50 for an application before I’ve even seen the apartment?? They expect me to fill out and turn in the application first for an apartment but won’t even give me a tour so that I know what I’m getting myself into, even when they say that vacancies will be available soon! Makes no sense and I’m now not wasting my money here.
sean bain: I lived at Kimberly club in 2014 gave a written notice in July that I would be moving out at the end of August they told me my security deposit would cover any damages and early move out and I was done. In 2015 they acquired a default judgment of $2700 with my security deposit of 1260 not even included.. I have contacted them several times they direct me to corporate and they direct me to the law firm handling the case... that law firm is the Fishman group even as of 4-26-2021 I am still being directed to the Fishman group to answer any questions even after they were arrested for fraud for exactly what they did to me acquiring a default judgment. This place is just as bad as the Fishman group who were arrested them not willing to look into anything shows they were involved or aware.. again if this place could get 0 stars it would the only person good is Amanda she gets the 1 star but the company gets 0
David Johnson: Me and my wife have lived here for about 7 months. The apartments look quite nice and every time I have a friend or family member over the first thing they mention is how cozy it is. Our unit had brand new carpet when we moved in, and the cathedral ceilings and large sliding glass doors are nice although dirty. The neighbors are nice people and we have no issues with stolen packages or anything like that. As far as the staff, the leasing office staff has always been very professional and helpful on the couple times I’ve had to come in, and the maintenance team is fast and gets the job done even after hours. I appreciate the maintenance team that works on call after hours. The only things I can really complain about here is the appliances and weather stripping on the windows are aging fast and could use replacement. Other than that I’m very satisfied with Kimberly Club.
Nick Soehren: Okay so I've lived here for almost a whole year, the employess seem nice i haven't had any issues with them like many others have. But I would like to point some things out. These apartments at least mine just aren't nicely finished. Alot of the interior moldings are poorly done, also alot of stuff in here has so many layers of paint and there not painted well. It seems like it was rushed and done by non professionals. Also the windows really need to be replaced, i replace them for a living and these are just awful. When the wind picks up the blinds move it's time to upgrade them. It just seems like they could care less about making these apartments nice for you like you get what you get and dont throw a fit. I don't know i think they need to spend some money stop being cheap and fix this place up a bit.
James Doz: They were quick and friendly and kind. Can't wait to move in hope things work out and I hope I get some cool neighbor's
Kellie Smith: I've never had complaints with this apartment while Lindsey ran it. But now it's bad. The new staff they have is nice but they're never in the office. They close the office early or are randomly closed during the day. I miss Lindsey because this was NEVER a problem when she ran things.
Nathaniel Lee: My wife and I have lived here for about 4 months so far. We have had great service with Amanda and Katy when we went through our signing of the lease. Lindsay has been there for us when we had some minor issues and had them fix within the day!
Jacqueline Lawler: Kimberly Club is a great community, very spacious! Management is very attentive and it's close to my job!!
muzhiguinie: Worst apartment I've ever lived so far. Employees are rude and very impatient. It's like I'm wasting their valuable time each time I stay in the office. They will give out the plastic window/door isolation in the winter because of all the crappy windows/doors, BUT they will cut it into small pieces in order to save their budget. You know what? The result is the plastic isolation doesn't match the window or door size. It's totally useless then. What a great strategy to save money ! Thanks Kathy for the great idea ! Be ready to pay your beautiful bill of gas during winter time. Also be careful about the savage kids in the apartment, they fight and wrestle all the time. Their parent are really sweet to their kids, because they will leave kids play out side after midnight and they will just lay in apartment smoking hookah and get high. So don't be surprised when you wake up the other day and find out your car is full of small cut finger prints and scratches. There will be over 10 kids during summer time roaring in the community, they are not only from Kimberly also the apartment next. Also kids from the next community will play in Kimberly's swimming pool and kick balls in it. So if you like swimming pool just be ready to enjoy it with all the kids and their basketball/football/soccerball.I have a lot to mention. but just one more to talk is the design of the apartment. The furnace is inside bedroom (what?) Yes! It is!. So enjoy the furnace soothing sound every night and don't forget to buy your own carbon monoxide detector because they don't provide it if you want Kimberly as your last apartment ever !
Cindy Braxton: Looking forward to moving in!! Amanda and Katie are amazing!! I hope I'll be able to give another 5 stars after I move in!!
Dimitri Isabell: I have been here just over 3 years. I never had any problems with neighbors and any emergency or maintenance issues I have had in the past they always responded and were on site within an hour. The complex has been doing a lot of maintenance. Since I have been here I got a new water heater, a reglazed tub and a new balcony. They are flexible working with you if you need to be on site which is helpful.
Amanda Burns: The staff is SUPER nice and patient, I moved here in April and the first week I called the office with so many questions and they were very nice and helpful for each phone call. The apartment is small and adorable, the balcony is my favorite part (the balcony is huge). My neighbors are friendly and invited me over for tea the first month I was here to get to know eachother. Being my first apartment and the stress of living on my own for the first time, it really feels comforting to have a friendly staff and friendly neighbors around.
Tremayne Brittman: Recently moved 4 months ago, so far so good. Had minor issues that have been fixed such as tub stopper and one stove burner. Bigger and better than my last apartment so me and boyfriend are happy.
Andrew Wnuk: Been living here for 5+ months now. First the dishwasher is so old it’s leaving particle all over my dishes, therefore requiring they be washed by hand anyway all they want to do is use cleaner in it every time i mention it rather than replacing the old item that is falling apart. Second a burner on my stove didn’t work since I moved in, finally a couple weeks ago they replaced the coil however is now not level. Then they are attempting to invade privacy by requiring personal medical information they have no reason to have. I haven’t even gotten to the fact the tub stopper doesn’t work on a brand new tub installed the week prior to me moving in. If you want to live somewhere that has staff and a company who truly cares about you, don’t live here.
Andre Jolagh: They don't even deserve one star. Worst place you can live in.
Dileep Warrier: Terrible Experience. Would never recommend this management to anyone. We put down a holding fee on an apartment. About 3 weeks later, the management told us that the apartment we signed up for would NOT be available for us since the previous tenant was refusing to give them the keys back. After this they tell us to take one of the other higher priced units that they have available and when we told them that we were not interested, they cancelled our application and REFUSED to return back the holding fee.Does not make any sense how their policy works. They never told us at the beginning that it was non refundable no matter what. (just told us that it was non refundable only if we decide to back out of the apartment)Terrible management. Potential applicants BE WARNED !
Logan Dyer: I currently live in kimberly club apartments and have been overall happy with our apartment. We love our home. But our air conditioning went out about a month and a half ago and still no one has been out to fix it..... and our apartment has been sitting at a temperature of 85 to 90 degrees every day even with fans on and trying to let some kind of air in... Super disappointed in the leadership and management it's upsetting...

Sterling Park Apartments: what do users think?
Samar Ballouz: Everything was bad, the heating was out of order for three months, as was the air conditioning and the management was very bad.
Robert K: Stay away from this apartment complex please. It's control by very evil and wicked people. I wouldn't recommend living here at all. Go find a better place to live. By staying at Sterling Park Apartments, you will subject yourself to a low quality of life. We all deserve to live a good quality of life. Don't choose this place to live at all. Leave this place now.
Stephen Hooper: There were some red flags that warranted a change in the star rating. We decided to move elsewhere.
Katrina Rucker: Well, I've been here for about 8 months. The apartment is good. However, the manager needs to get his act together. I have an issue with Xfinity. I've been having problems with the internet since July. It keeps cutting of and I can't have access to the internet or the cable. My last bill was $227.00, and even though it went down to $133.35(I unplug the cable boxes. What's the use of using them if my internet isn't working because of the frequency blockage). Xfinity says that the property manager wouldn't allow them the access to the attic. But the Apartment manager said it was because they were destroying the attic, to which causes them thousands of dollars to repair. I don't know who to believe, but I think both the manager for the Sterling Park Apartments & Xfinity are lying to me. I don't trust the Property manager because he's a liar too.
Kayla Miller: I have been living here for 3 months and my time has been the worst.. every day I wake up or come home it’s always BUGS no matter how clean, dirty, hot , or cold it is there is always bugs which is disgusting!!!! And The neighbors are terribly loud and nosey.. it’s so much more to this experience but I honestly believe those 4 star reviews are a joke.
Raghda Essa: I had an issue at first but I got contacted and solved the issue. Thank you so much for taking the time to solve the issue.
Emanuela Bonny: We spent 2 years at Sterling Park Apartments and we loved it! We had a 2-bedroom upper appartment and it was great: a lot of space, tons of natural light, a modern kitchen. Also customer service is excellent: the few times we needed the maintenance they acted within a few hours.Thank you Sterling Park Apartments
Shweta Shetkar: I was with my family here for 2.5years and shifted as my job changed. And we really miss this apartment. For the family with requirement of 1bath and 2bed I don’t see any other better spacious apartments in Sterling Heights than Sterling Park apartments.Location ,Service staff and leasing staff all are great.Gina was always great to talk to about your problems in apartment. She made sure all things are taken care fast and smoothly. We would highly recommend this safe place to stay for any family of bachelors.
Nichole Delaney: Inquired about rentals via email and the response I received seemed short and a bit rude. Thought maybe I was just reading it wrong since it can be hard to convay things via messages. I arrived to take a tourand NOPE, sure wasn't wrong. Rude staff. Wouldn't give this place another thought.
Evan Mikhael: I love this place I stay 5 years there I don't have any problems after I move to my house I gat my deposit back thanks

The Preserves: what do users think?
sk1Tz: "I would not recommend this rental apartment to anyone. The maintenance is terrible, and the service is even worse. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean, and there were several maintenance issues that were not addressed. The management was slow to respond to my requests for repairs, and when they finally did send someone, the repairs were not done properly. In addition to the poor maintenance, the service at this apartment complex is abysmal. The staff is unprofessional and rude, and they do not seem to care about the tenants' needs. Whenever I had a question or concern, I was met with indifference and apathy.Overall, my experience at this rental apartment was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone who values a clean, well-maintained living environment with good customer service."
Joji V: This is my first and only year living here. Maintenance is the reason for the one star and the actions taken by the office staff. Residents were told mandatory installation was to be done in the attics. Maintenance came in left fiberglass all over my apartment, on my clothes that I pulled out of the closet and on the other side of the room. There was fiberglass on the stairs, in the hallway, at the front door. If you know you’re working with insulation they should have been extremely conscious of getting it everywhere. I cleaned out my closet as asked and left nothing in their way. Also they opened my window, took the screen out and left it on my floor. Other times entering they leave a trail of dirt from shoes and use the toilet without flushing!
Rashida Saleh: It's nice clean and quiet place I love it
Brea Talley: Five stars for Day the maintenance employee !Day was super helpful, extremely friendly, and even explained everything to me regarding my maintenance request . 10/10 would recommend Day he’s great !
Julie Kriebel: Unfortunately, I would have to give this apartment community just one star due to the lack of customer service provided by the office leasing staff. I originally reached out to them through apartments.com and received a message that they would reply soon, which they never did. I then called them directly and the leasing agent was supposed to send me more information on the apartments, which she never did. So I called back 3 or 4 days later and she was once again promising to send me information, which she never did. They appear to be very nice apartments, but I don't make a habit of chasing companies for my business.
Chris Griffin: I have been a resident at The Preserves since last summer and I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire staff and maintenance team! The Preserves are “Pet Friendly” and the beautiful landscaping makes you want to get outside and take a walk around the community. I definitely recommend this place!
Maria Canelas: I’d give this place ZERO stars but unfortunately I had to give them at least 1 star to write this review. I recommend any one considering residing here stays far away from this place. My husband and I resided here for 2 years ... unfortunately we couldn’t move out sooner because we were house hunting. The staff is extremely rude (specifically Heather). We moved out and left the apartment clean and even touched up the walls and patched up any holes left behind. Yet, they still kept $250 from our deposit for “repaint” plus $36 for “drip pan replacement” Seriously? Drip pans? Their lease states that normal wear and tear is acceptable but that is FAR from true. They will not let you get away with any sign of normal “wear and tear” from simple signs of LIVING in the apartment. We couldn’t WAIT to move out of this place. I would’ve probably resided here longer if the staff hadn’t made it such a horrible experience. Thankfully we officially moved out in January of this year or they would’ve probably kept more of our security deposit with some sorry excuse. NOTHING is “luxurious” about this place and it is not right for them to falsely advertise that they are “luxury apartments.” We are currently trying to get the rest of our security deposit and they are refusing to send is back the $250 that was unfairly kept. We had even purchased paint ourselves to leave the apartment in great condition (the paint retails for about $60) to retouch. This was clearly a waste since we are still being charged an additional $250 for “repaint”. Also, they make you get your carpet professionally cleaned before moving out even if there is nothing wrong with it. We were charged $77 for the 1 room with carpet. STAY AWAY. Take it from a 2 year resident of this place. Your peace of mind and comfort is more important than anything this place has to offer (which is not much).
Yazin Ghazala: When a friend recommended The Preserves for me, I hesitated for a little bit. But after I took a tour in the place, saw the homes and the beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing gardens, the clubhouse and the pool, I did not give it a second thought. At the same time I started work at Beaumont Hospital, which is a mile away from the Preserves, which was very convenient for me. The staff were amazing and very welcoming, specially Crystal. When they knew that I work at Beaumont, they told me that they offer $50 monthly discount on the rent as it is a preferred employer.During winter, there was no delay in removing the snow. During summer, the pool was very clean. The rental office has computers and printers that residents can use. The gym is very well equipped. It was the greatest rental experience for my family.
Kerry C: All they want is your money, the staff does not care about you once you sign the papers. You would think they would be kinder during a global pandemic. Good luck getting your deposit back, even if you leave your apartment spotless!
Omar Kaakeh: Please do not move to here, because the management is very bad!Update: ok, I called, have you listened? Is my problem solved?Did you refund me the full amount paid? Please stay away from this community, before it's too late.
Con Currier: Don't plan on moving anytime soon!
Cur Con: Phenomenal place to live!
Connor Currier: Awesome complex with a great staff
TJ Currier: Great place to live! Very much enjoy living here!
Bianca Bahri: Great apartments and such wonderful people working there! Between Crystals lovely smile and support at the front office and the maintenance guys Brian and Matt who always come as fast as they can with being so professional and respectful. Really glad I chose these apartments to live in!
Olivia BOYER: I came to the preserves with less than perfect credit. Hoping to find a place to call home. The ladies in the office worked with me and I am proud to say I have been living here over a year now. The amenities like the basketball court, swimmimg pool and gym are great and make living here very family friendly. Since day one the office staff has been prompt and courteous whenever I had an issue or concern. Also it's convenient because everything I need is right here on the property.
Denisse Acosta: I want to advise everyone to NOT trust The Preserves! They advise you that low credit is not an issue and state, that with low credit the worst thing that could happen is that you get approved “with condition” , and the free month that they are offering, would be a concession they will put at the last month of the lease. This is COMPLETELY false statement. They do this in order to keep the application fee of $50 per person, hold the $100.00 hold deposit (charged with the application) until accounting department cut a new check for you, meet goals and make commission for bringing applicants in. This is all based on blatant lies spewed to the prospective resident. Please understand that these accusations are not unwarranted. I am a Property Manager myself and clearly expressed the reasons of my poor credit, shared all credit issues and even showed my personal credit score to the leasing agent, Kristal. Earlier in the week, she gave us a tour and she was very nice during the tour and even disclosed she might apply to my company for a job because they don’t get benefits.Today I went to submit the application for me and my partner. We sat down to have this frank conversation and AGAIN asked Krystal if she thinks that we could get approved after showing my credit and disclosed a personal situation about my partner. We stayed that we don’t want to waste her time, our time and our hard earned money, if what we shared would cause us to be declined. Kristal assured us that it would not be a problem at all and again repeated that the worst thing that could happen is getting an “approval with condition “, which means that I might get a higher security deposit amount and the free month special will be placed at the end of the lease. I believed her and paid her $200.00 for the application and hold deposit.A couple hours later I saw a missed call from the Preserves, but not message. I called 3 times with no answer so we drove back and waited for her inside the open club house, as she was showing a unit. This time, the leasing agent Krystal, wasn’t the professional and great customer service representative, that she was prior to us being declined. She definitely was motivated by the commission because she approached me like I was convicted for a felony telling me that I was denied because of a fraud on my social security number. It was so strange to me to hear that because I just got approved to buy a brand new vehicle, one month prior and this has never been an issue. Ms “judge” Krystal, now more serious, very short and lacking of customer service confirmed my SS number and told me to contacte “that” number with my case number and for me to figure it out why I was denied.I called and they told me that there is NOTHING wrong with my SS but The Preserves has a very strong guidance that doesn’t allow more than 2 fail accounts even though they are more than 7 years old and my income is more than enough to pay their rent. They also stated that my credit score was too low by their guidelines. I advised him that the Preserves representative, stated that wasn’t an issue. He reiterated that it is completely against their guidelines for approval and if I was advised this, that was incorrect.I feel used, lied and scammed. This is not the way to make money, The Preserves. Do NOT train your leasing agents to lie to people that clearly expose their situation and trusted your persuasive way to charge the application fee. Be honest ,and tell your prospect the strict guidelines and NEVER EVER tell that the worst that could happen is to get an approval with condition. It just shows lack of professionalism and hunger for money. Fair housing, does that mean anything to you ??! Not sure about that either. I hope this review helps others to avoid losing their application money and be treated like a criminal. Good luck and enjoy the money you conned from me, The Preserve.
Lexee Brown: Originally lived in the Preserves before moving to the Preserves North and I would not recommend this complex to a family member, friend or colleague. We have been dealing with disorderly neighbors for 6 months. This is a smoke free community, but we can smell marijuana rising into our apartment from the neighbors below. Our neighbors play loud music and are outside being noisy at 12a or later. The front office is aware of the various complaints, but have refused to handle the situation. In addition, parking is very poor especially in the summer time as non-residents are taking up parking space to use the basketball court. Would avoid moving into this community at all cost!
kyle lauer: Biggest issue I had here was directly related to an employee of the the complex living beneath me. I complained multiple times to the office about it smelling like smoke/weed in a smoke free apartment. Finally sent an email directly to Judy just to have the said employee reply to the email saying that she had spoken to the tenant (I Never specified a tenant in my email) and they had assured her it wouldn’t be happening again, that they had some infrequent guest that was the smoker and they were told not to do it anymore. Do you really think I’m that naive? I could see you smoke in your garage, I could smell it when your windows are open when I left my dog out. Then the icing on the cake is after dealing with smoke the year we lived there, we get charged 300 dollars for a partial wall repaint. The apartment was cleaner when we left than it was when we got it. Seems like that is probably their standard thing to charge you more “repairs” for the next renter when they probably did nothing. Overall do not recommend if you don’t like high prices and empty promises from the complex. I also feel bad for who ever get stuck with unit 21b next, they will be in a off and on cloud of smoke.
