He tried to charge me more than double what they charged me a year before for the same repair,then he tried to charge me $25 extra because he polished my ring (which I never asked him to do) do yourself a favor and don't come here! Brandon Toma: Brought in a necklace for a repair on a broken clasp, and found out a week after receiving it back that they had replaced the clasp with sterling silver instead of Gold so the clap turned black and my girlfriend got mad at me, I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was SO SAD 😭 It was noticeably damaged and I lost 2 diamonds from the band 💔 my perfect, beautiful ring was broken 😞 I brought it in to Lucido jewelers right before Thanksgiving knowing/assuming it would probably take FOREVER to fix it since it was the holidays. A few weeks later I got my ring back and it was shinier and looked BRAND NEW!!! I love it EVEN MORE after picking it up from being fixed. They were able to fix it internally without having to send it away. I felt so good about that too. The staff was compassionate, super friendly and I totally trusted them with my ring. R. Lol: I did many trips to this place and in each time I was treated poorly. Even the OLD MAN treat you as $count. I would rather drive 25 miles to Dearborn or Southfield than dealing with this unprofessional business with lack of respect.
Dhar’s Life: Poor customer service, the do not greet you! They only respond to a certain cultural group of people! I walked in and waited for more than 20 min and they decided to help the next customer that walked in who spoke the same language. Finally, I was greeted and shown something less than 2 min! I decided to leave as I was not being helped! No respect towards customers. No good byes or anything. If I could I would leave zero ratings! Go somewhere else where you feel welcomed and pay the extra money.
Kevin KK: BEWARE, SHOP ELSEWHERE!I am shocked at what just happened to me at this establishment. I was profiled from the moment I walked in the door. I Inquired about prices and the younger guy was talking to me with a very low and mumbled voice, and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I proceeded to ask to see a men's chain that caught my eye, the guy pulled it down for literally one second and put it back on the shelf. I was so.confused, as I didn't even get a good look at it. I asked to see it once more, and he shook his head NO. 😳 I have never been disrespected like this anywhere else! I dunno if this clown thought I was going to steal his stuff, but even if this were the case, they have those magnet locks on the door. Where am I gona go? I was a customer with money in his pocket, ready to spend it, until I met a business who profiles you and is Prejudice. Another thing, they're $5 higher per gram than the place down the road. I couldn't believe the price difference!

I have dealt with the old man before and he was nice and polite but the girl and the guy that work there need to smile a little bit they always looks like they really don’t wanna be there, always have the mad face on for no reason. I will for sure won’t go there again. i hope the ppl who is reading my comment to have a better experience with that place.
