Howard Wright: great people and great service.
Eunguy Lee: I went there to get my first factory warranty service. I specifically asked them to check alignment and fluid, but both of them have never been checked. I still see alignment warning on dashboard and refilled fluid by myself. They told me it will take 1.5 hours but took 2 hours. That's ok but what did they do? Just changing engine oil? Facility looks nice and workers look professional, but not was the service.
Becky Craig: I cannot express how unprofessional the service department here is. For months they ignored my calls and texts. When they finally gave me an appointment they took items out of my trunk and did not return them. They threatened to charge me for issues that should have been covered under warranty. I don't know if the issue with my Genesis (sunroof) was too expensive for them to fix or if they thought they could be rude to me because I'm a woman. Maybe both.I ended up calling the national number and have been now working with another dealership to fix the issues under warranty. This service department is lazy and they don't want to help unless it's for a tire rotation or oil change.

Brian the sales manager was professional and down to earth, and Dave the Business Manager was very thorough and made the purchase of my GV80 smooth and seamless! John Szczygiel: Reached out about a GV70 that they had on their website. Emailed them to confirm it was on the lot and if they had actual pics. Was told it was on the lot and asked when can I go see it. Informed them I’m 2 hours away and can’t just show up. asked again if they had actual pics and not the stock ones on the website. Was told “no we don’t have any pics, when can you come down this week and take a look “. Right then I knew customer service wasn’t their strong suit. Reached out to another Genesis dealership instead.

Vincent Kline-Parker: I searched for a Vehicle for some time and saw that Glassman had a VW I was interested in seeing. I saw the car online Thursday night, and reached out via text. On Friday I called to get pictures and additional info. Ended up traveling 2.5hrs to see the car and purchased it on the spot. Judy was the absolute BEST, very helpful and easy to work with. I later picked the car up on Sunday which they cleaned inside and out. Very pleased with the car now months later.

Mo Bzeih: Ergys Gjini from the service department is absolutely phenomenal. Very helpful, timely, and professional. I continue to do business here because he is a pleasure to work with and has outstanding customer service. Definitely highly recommended.
Jordan Brown: We just recently bought a GV70 from Jose at Genesis of Dearborn and it was a great experience. Jose was super easy to deal with, kept us in the loop while our car was in transit to the dealer, and it was the smoothest closing I've ever had. It was a little bit of a drive for us (coming from the Ann Arbor area) but it was well worth it in the end. If you're looking for a Genesis, give Jose Dubon a call.

KEVIN DARBY: Although I did not purchase my Genesis from this dealership my experience was very positive. With the national shortage of inventory they didn't have exactly what we wanted (color). They did however stay in touch and continued to present options. Very professional and responsive. We just ultimately decided to wait for exactly what we wanted in exterior and interior colors.

N. Elder: Not a good sales experience. As the customer, I did way too much: found the car I wanted from online inventory; made the follow-up calls/texts for status updates; did the dealer's leg work in obtaining available discount certificate; identified applicable incentives, etc. So much for great customer service and valuing the customer. If I wasn't hell bent on getting the preferred model and trim line, I would have easily taken my business elsewhere.
