Vanessa Smith: I received chocolate covered strawberries and Mini Cheesecakes for Valentine's Day ordered by my mom from here that were COVERED in mold, and completely inedible. I contacted the company, and so did my mom. She was told that she could not get a refund, but that they would make up a new platter for me. However, they would not deliver. I would have to pick it up. I have a newborn and a toddler, and it would be at least a 20 minute drive. I also have a broken foot and can't drive very easily. My mom paid for them to deliver it AGAIN. Completely unacceptable. I would have preferred they just give her a refund. I feel like they took advantage of a senior citizen. This is not how you treat customers. Apparently, it's not their policy to issue refunds or cover delivery of a new platter. But...is it their policy to send out completely inedible, moldy products to people? I guess so.

Shantail Jefferson: Husband bought a dipped strawberry arrangement that arrived with mold on them. Had to physically 30 minutes out my way to receive a refund. Very disappointedUpdate: They weren't able to refund me due to their systems but did give me a fresh dozen of dipped strawberries. Thank you to the manager!

I might as well bring them into the store and let them pick it out.If you have delivery questions you should be contacting the SENDER who IS SENDING the arrangement not the RECEIVER who IS RECEIVING the arrangement.Spent my hard earned money with them for nothing. Won’t be using edible arrangements anymore.

gabrielle walker: I’ve never felt more uncomfortable than when I went to this location , the lady in the front with missing teeth had hate and disgust written all over her face, I pray god take that from her heart just because the color of their skin , I wasn’t not trying to make it about race but clearly she was . I came to pick up my online order and add a few quick things, it was me and one other black young lady and you can tell from the look on her face when she thought no one was looking she was automatically irritated by our presence. When asking for extra strawberry’s it was an excuse as to why they didn’t have it and then I asked for a smooth and automatically it was nothing to make it with which was very annoying but I kept with a positive attitude and said I’ll just take my order when doing so as she was turning around her face completely change into utterly disgust and irritation, I don’t even think she knew I seen how she looked when he thought no one was looking . Teach that woman to love with her heart and not her sight , or get rid of her from being able to greet customers because no one wants to go anywhere and feel like they are not welcomed . Will be warning people about this location .

Kalin Vaughn: Very poor customer service…..I placed an order order online for delivery 11/14/21. I was charged for delivery and I received a call this morning notifying me that my order would not be delivered today because they don’t deliver on Sunday. We I asked the representative why did it allow me to pick delivery on Sunday she said actually we don’t have anyone do deliver your arrangement. I asked if I could get a discount for the inconvenience and get my delivery charge reversed and I was told no! I had to cancel my order and now I have to find something else to gift my mother.

Jessica Pfortmiller: The door clearly says “Curbside ordering and pickup available.” I called and asked if someone could bring the order out to my vehicle as my 10-month old was fast asleep in the backseat and I didn’t want to wake him. The store associate flat out said no one would bring it to me, and I also heard another associate say very rudely in the background “we are not doing curbside.” There were two employees working and only two other customers in the store who had already been helped. Confused by the messaging on the door and honestly aggravated I had to wake up my son for a 10-second pickup, which the store claims they were able to do via curbside. Will not be coming here again.

Sinaka Salzer: My boyfriend and I decided to have a date night with some chocolate covered strawberries from here. Although it was last minute, they kindly were able to for fill the order no problem. When I showed up a couple minutes before our scheduled time, I came into no one at the front of the house and everyone gossiping at the back of the house. I waited about 5 minutes until I reopened the door to get the bell noise to go off again. They still didn't notice for another few minutes even after having the door bell go off twice. Then finally I had to call the store and hang up the phone before they answered for them to notice me waiting for a total of a little over 10 minutes. Although I was a little upset, I happily took my strawberries and went upon my day. When it came time to eat the strawberries, the strawberries were so bad that they had a sour taste and were extremely soft. My boyfriend and I both disliked them to the point we couldn't even finish them. Every thing from the service to the order was terrible and I would never come here again. So unless you want your special event ruined, I would suggest never to come to this location.

I called up their today very respectfully to get the policy. This woman yelled at me and hung up on me. Was very disrespectful. Anytime that an adult can belittle a child to the point of tears….they do NOT deserve to work at this establishment. Fortunately their are plenty other options that are more resonable and respectful to their customers. I am very saddened to have experienced this blatant display of disrespect because me and my family have been buying from this location for over 6 years. I hope that this company is able to staff their location with professional and intelligent individuals.
