King Hannosh: Matt took me in 20 min before closing and was able to reinstall my rear view mirror in under 5 minutes. He was very friendly and professional, definitely recommend this shop to anyone and it was only 20 bucks!
Trevor Hurley: This was the first place I called to have my windshield replaced. I was told after I had it done "they were a bit pricey." But. They answered my call early in the morning, said "we can get you in today, or tomorrow. Whatever is more convenient for you." They then said "we can have you ready in about an hour and a half. But we can move things around if thats too long for you." I kindly told them to take their time. Lol. Great people, fast and good service. Even if it is "pricier" Id be happy to pay the difference again. 5 stars

k ch: I think the glass replacement price is unbeatable. Though after I came back I had tp spend 2-3 hrs to get the inside wobbling cover reinstalled and both outside side strips aligned and fastened with some glue, the shop service was quick and passable. Technician Mat is a nice friendly guy. Would come back and recommend.

Jennifer: A friend recommended this place for a small piece of furniture glass. I called, spoke with a live person, (no machine), their prices were very competitive and they were friendly. They also offered to transport the glass to their Troy location which was more convenient for me. The team at the Troy location was just as friendly and they even put the glass in my car and made sure it wouldn't break as I transported the glass (which was a concern of mine). 5 Stars for both Troy & Madison Heights locations.

Alexis Swanson: I cannot say enough good things about Bob and John R Glass. We needed some mirrors for our redesigned wet bar, Bob came to the house, assessed our project, and gave his expert opinion. A class act- he could have gone with my original idea with three mirrors, charged more, and called it a day, but instead he advised that only one mirror would be better suited to our bar. He also offered to cut our existing glass shelves when he discovered they would be too large for the space, so I didn’t have to buy new ones. I am not a professional and I really appreciated how he worked with me when my ideas for the wet bar would have been likely to break in the future. We will definitely be working with John R Glass for any other glass and mirror needs.

Instead I dropped my Benz off, grabbed breakfast and a couple of hours later picked it up with new OEM glass replaced, the job meticulously done, and my car with an unexpected cleaning inside.
