Pamela Buschmohle: I've been getting my hair colored for about 25 years. I can say without a doubt, this was the worst outcome I have ever had. Kristine even admitted when I sent the picture that she must have missed part of my hair. Not only was the color horrible, the cut was even worse. She shredded the bottom of my hair with thinning shears. To top it off I was charged $258 for this mess. Kristine did offer to try and fix the color but since it was so bad the first time, I was too afraid to take another chance. I asked for a refund and was told WE have a strict no refund policy - due to the fact that WE is actually Kristine, I thought that was comical. Picture attached --- is this a $258 haircut/color??? Jessica Harlan: My brows are thin from years of over plucking. Ash gave me great product recommendations and care instructions. I'm super happy with my regrowth and would highly recommend her services.
Raza M: Did a bad job. Rude and messed up the brow. Requested waxed brows, she insisted on threading even though I didn't want to and never have before. Caused me to flinch and completely took off half the brow. Lady said it was my fault. Would not recommend if you're not comfortable with threading.
Rose Shamoon: Ash is not just an esthetician, she is an artist. I have unfortunately had my eyebrows butchered by many salons over the past years. Upon my first appointment, Ash spotted the flaws before I even sat on her chair (literally). I was so glad to have finally found someone who knows what she is doing! She has a meticulous eye for detail and knows how the structure of the face is supposed to match the eyebrows (like an artist). She is very dedicated to her work and puts 100% into what she does. Highly recommend this place for "brow rehab", even if it's pricy (you get what you pay for). Reavy is also incredibly kind and makes every visit a blast! I will not go anywhere else for my eyebrows and will wait as many painstaking years as I have to, for them to grow out with Ash's help.

I had to pay a head of time because supposedly they had to open specially for this on Sunday, but when I got there ON TIME she was working on someone else and she delayed me 25 minutes for the wedding and I was late to the wedding, so she hurried up and she took very short time to do what I asked her to do, and did such a disgusting job on the makeup, I looked horrible. The hair was such a nasty job. So, please save your money and go somewhere else to people who are honest...They argued and argued, just disgusting..
