Scarcethings1: After falling and breaking my wrist, I was referred to Dr Rehman. What a great referral. I’m very pleased with her and her staff. My appts were on time and Dr Rehman was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions. Every member of her staff was pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this practice!!

Lauren: I came to see Dr. Rehman for both of my wrists. My OB referred me to her for the tendinitis in both of my wrists during my pregnancy, and I was OK'd to receive injections if necessary. She was really nice, had great bed side manner, and explained to me what was causing my pain. She offered me several treatment options, and I decided to go with an injection and splinting. She did one wrist at a time and had me wait a few weeks in between injections due to the steroid injection raising sugar levels and she wanted to make sure I would remain in safe levels. I actually had a glucose test 10 days after my second injection and was so thankful that Dr. Rehman was fully aware of sugar levels during pregnancy, and made sure I had enough time so my results would not be skewed. I would highly recommend Dr. Rehman to any of my family and friends, and will be coming back to see her if I have any other issues in the future!! The office staff was great from the moment I walked in, to the time I left. She definitely has a great team!

Onward Buttercup: She did my cubital tunnel surgery and the day after I called the office and said that the cast needed to come off and my skin needed to be checked because I felt like my elbow was on fire and it itched horribly. The front desk person said she's not going to do that since they just put it on yesterday. Meanwhile it went on for days. The cause? They didn't put anything between my skin and a FIBERGLASS CAST! I had such a horrible reaction that my stitches split and the site drained pus for months after the surgery. My family doctor was horrified at the treatment she told me to do... Just put hydrocortisone cream on it and rub some vitamin e oil on it. No what I needed was a prescription steroid cream and antibiotics! Not to mention the treatment I received when the cast kept falling off. Long story short, I am no longer a patient there, am left with a horrible scar on my arm and would never recommend her to anyone. The other surgeon who did my other arm did a beautiful job and I would recommend him anyday

Candace Ball: I broke both wrists on 4-18-22. Dr. Rehman did multiple surgeries with a wonderful outcome. It was a joy working with the office staff. I can not thank them all enough for the wonderful job they all did.

Brandi T: In September 2021, I had a wrist surgery performed by Dr. Rehman at McLaren Macomb Hospital. She was late to my surgery, which it is understandable that things do happen, and she did not see me in post op but sent a resident instead. She did not perform all of the procedures that were discussed prior to fix my wrist problems, which has unfortunately lead me to have another surgery. After surgery, for my follow up appointment, she lacked empathy and care for my condition when she told me I would have to have another surgery. To her it seemed like it wasn't a big deal to have another surgery or to take off work. Overall, her bedside manner was not comforting. To this day, I am unsure why Dr. Rehman did not just perform all the indicated procedures we discussed to solve my problem the first time around. She could not give me a straight answer. I've been dealing with the pain since my last surgery and have finally been able to see another doctor, since most doctors will not take you if you've had surgery by another doctor within the year. I would not recommend Dr. Rehman as a specialist for your hand and wrist problems. But, the office staff, Sheila (physical therapy) and the residents that work for Dr. Rehman are very nice and courteous.

rhonda powell: Dislocated my pinky finger in my right hand. Dr. Rehamans bed side service was totally absent. I type for a living she cast my arm left out 3 fingers out on my right hand and told me to peck the keyboard when I asked how was I to work. Mind you I am right handed. Went to work they sent me home with/out pay. I had to have my PCP fill out the paper work. Needless to say I definitely will not be going back to her for therapy. These doctors these days show no compassion.

Elliott Thomas: I cut my thumb in half on a Thursday night. Dr. Rehman was the on call hand specialist for the hospital I went to and got me into her office the next day. She scheduled me for surgery the following Monday, adding me to her already full day of surgeries. Yes I had to wait as I was a fill in, but Dr. Rehman and her staff took care of me. After calling other specialist, the soonest any others could see me was two weeks. I'm so thankful Dr. Rehman was able to fit me in and giving me the best possible outcome.

Jeannine Coubard: August 8, 2022 I broke my right small finger while walking my dog. I saw Dr. Rehman for this injury the next day. She took x rays and scheduled me for surgery later that week. My surgery was at McLaren Oakland. I had a very good experience with the hospital, staff and especially Dr. Rehman. Her care and bedside manor was excellent. I am very please with my results from the surgery and would recommend her to anyone with a hand/wrist problem

They will numb your entire arm, zero pain because you'll be in lala land. The after care is awesome as well they will also set you up for therapy. This is indeed a real surgery and does require weeks of down time.
