Marcus Horton: Horrible customer service. The sales person was very rude. He appeared to be on drugs or under the influence of something. I was looking for a particular hat and he ask if I had a problem. Then when I asked for a return he asked was I okay. He was using profanity the whole time and was trying to cause a confrontation. I felt threatened and will never go back to this particular Lids again.

Eric Riddle: One of the last surviving stores in Lakeside mall. That place is a ghost town and I'm not sure how they even keep the lights on.However Lids is still operating as normal. I came to the mall for a hat, and I had more options than I thought. If you need a cap, this is still the place to go despite what the rest of the mall is like.

Bill Howe: I have an enormous head –25 1/4 inches and it is round initiated versus the typical elongated shape. finding a hat to fit is extremely difficult. I came across this company by accident and ordered the 4X (9 1/4)Partial Coolknit ball cap. I love it. I am wearing it now. It fits very well and love the fact that it is deeper than most. I also like the length of the visor. Normally, I don't where the widebrimmed hats because they are too hot. Visors work extremely well but sometimes you do need a proper hat because of the intense sunlight. I liked it so much that I have ordered a second one. I wish there was a 4X size Panama type hat in the same coolknit material. since it looks like I am going to be a repeat customer, I hope that the company can update the database so that it can retain my order information and order history so I can easily reorder. Also the hats do not have a model number on the tag which would make a easier to reorder. Price is right. Service was great. This may be my go to place.

The size is was as described and the size chart was helpful with finding the proper size.
