Associates In Family Practice: what do users think?
healed warrock: Lack of care for the patient
Cali Wolf: If I could give this place a 0 I would. First, Mary-Anne(?), one of the doctors, met me for the first time and would NOT listen to what I was saying about a lingering cough. She also said upon FIRST time meeting that she would like to take me off of my ADHD medication and my Antidepressant. She does not know a single thing about me and had already decided that she would take me off of my medication I have been on for 10+ years. She also did this to my mom. We both have been going there for over 20 years. Also, one of the front desk ladies is extremely rude. I am not sure of her name but she is brunette. I was standing at the window to pick up something from the front desk and she looked up at me after taking the sign in sheet away and said "Can I help you?" in a extremely rude way. There was no addressing or anything of the sort. This place has gone extremely downhill. If you want actual care and attentiveness, skip this place.
Wayne Castor: I am only looking for a refund of my $25 credit. I requested the refund in January from Jessica in billing. It is now mid April. After numerous conversations with billing, they tell me it finally has been in Dr. Oska's office for approval for 3 weeks. Every day this week l have asked for the doctor to call me. He won't call. My sister, her husband, my dad, and myself have been there for many years. Unbelievable. Still no refund
Gary Hentschel: I am very disappointed in this place !!!!! PA. Marianne McKissick was very rude to my 72 year old mother at her appointment and at a later date couldn't give me the time of day when my mother needed a prescription filled so she didn't run out !!!
Luciane Furtado Pereira Januzzi: Very disappointed.I went to annual check up, they submit the blood exam to insurance with another code, instead of annual check and so my insurance did not cover.I message them in the website and almost one month and no answer. I call, left messages and no one answer.NO ONE reached out to my regarding my blood exams results that was not good.Therefore... I just paid, waisted my money and no support!
T A: Worst doctors office around. While it may be close - it’s not worth it. They have outdated equipment so they can’t even take a basic x-ray. The front desk staff is extremely rude. No air purifier in lobby so it SMELLS like SICKNESS and hard to breathe. Just nasty. They pump you for your money with no value.
Stanley Helzer Jr: Excellent
Bigmilo265: I went here for a long time but I finally decided enough was enough. The front office can have an attitude if you have one; the manager is dawn I think and she’s great always helped me with everything. However my issue is that I’ve never seen my dr at the scheduled time. For example If your appt is at 3 consider yourself lucky if the dr comes in at 3:30 and about average if they come in at 3:45.
Tracy Shippy: I have been a patient here for years and see the best of the best - Jim Crampton, PA. He is very compassionate and listens to his patients. The patient portal is awesome! Mary Ann has been so incredible to work with. Needing a prior auth for a medication, Mary Ann will NOT stop until patients get what they need. Very quick to respond to messages same day on the portal - other dr offices take days if not weeks to respond! I read a lot of reviews about the front desk staff...a few years ago the front desk staff went through a lot of changes and some of the staff needed to go, which the practice did make the necessary changes to improve their patients satisfaction. If someone is looking for a new practice to call home, please don't let all of the negative comments deter you - make an appointment and see for yourself!
Nick Chappell: Just tried calling to pay two invoices. Hung up on multiple times, repeated attempts to call back the billing dept at extension 4 either go directly to busy tone or go there after four or five rings. It is 4:30pm, office is supposed to be open until 5pm. The least someone can do is answer the phone and place you on hold.Service at this office has deteriorated severely in the last 6-12 months. I’ve been coming here since 2006 and have travelled significant distance to do so for the last 6yrs, but I feel enough is enough. Time to find a new PCP.
Tom Orlando: Always great people, love Dr. James work
lisa zacharias: Had a 4:45 appt that I showed up for and also had to leave work early for. Told them I was at the tail end of a cold. Had taken a COVID test 3 days ago, negative. Said dr wouldn’t see me without a pcr test and then I could do a virtual appt. No thanks. That won’t work for a leg issue. The entire country is open but I still can’t get into the drs. Ridiculous. This was the last straw for this office. I’ve let so many other things slide but not anymore. Stay away.
Adam Deakin: Deana goes above and beyond with patient care (and treating people like people!)She has always been a pleasure to talk with and she GETS THINGS DONE!I have nothing but great feedback with the doctors here. James crampton is a down to earth guy and makes you feel comfortable. Great doc. Dr salvia i have knows for years. Being a master of his craft wouldn't help him without a matching bedside manner. And he's got both.Whatever your position is (working at associates of family practice )if you're reading this try-to understand why I went out of my way to leave this review. These individuals meet expectations and then go above and beyond to make a patient feel like a person, because we are!!!
mily Vm: All the physicians at this practice are wonderful and thorough. I have gone here for several years and don’t plan on changing drs anytime soon
pongomich pongomich: Saw a new Physicians Assistant today, Elizabeth Ryman. She is so professional, thorough and kind. She covers everything, has a true interest in your well-being. I would highly recommend her.
DeBora McCrary: Had an appointment today at 11 am with Roxxane ...still waiting at 11:45 am...Front desk not helpful and says there is one person ahead of me when I asked. Another Patient checked with the front desk and the Ladies were laughing after someone asked about what was taking so long. We all talked in waiting room. I was double booked at 11 am with another Lady and 2 other Ladies were double booked for 11:30 am. We were told that Roxanne is leaving the Practice now. I am finally in my room at 11:47 am. It will probably be another 1/2 hour just to be seen. Roxanne is great, the Practice or front desk rather, is not helpful! Double booking appointments is a huge NO! Finally seen at 12:00. Roxanne is leaving to change her hours at another Employer. She will be missed!
Laura: Well so far I can agree with the front desk being passively rude. Just called to make an appointment as new patient today and it's like I was taking up her time. She needed me to spell every medication...slowly....and once she got mine and my husbands information in the computer, told me someone would call back with a date and appointment time. It took 2 times to call, first time it rand 20 times! Second time I lost track and she finally answered the phone. I'm a detailed person and we are trying to get away from a doctor and staff that will not do their jobs properly. I just hope all the other reviews are over-reactions because now I'm on high alert. I can do this receptionists job better than she can!Yes Ma'am, I most definitely will.Update. Almost everyone that I have spoken to at the front desk is rude. And because I am pregnant and I forgot that we had an appointment coming up We are now being charged in $85 late or appointment fee because we didn't show up and we haven't even been there the first time yet. Going somewhere else.
Jodi Quirouet: I have been with associates in practice for my whole life (37 years), not sure what happened with front desk staff over the last year, but they are beyond horrible. I have been calling for a week trying to get through. No one ever answers; they need to fire ALL the secretary and office staff and start over. The doctors and nurse practitioners are amazing, but at what cost. The headache and unprofessional and rude front desk staff who REFUSE to do their job in simply answering the phones is insane. How can you run a facility and not have a phone answered for over a week!!!
Nick Kolczynski: Very unprofessional not clean the new nurse at front tried to hand me a mask with her bare hands I said no thank you Like I want whatever you touch on my face mask I’m going to be breathing in
eh-VAHN-thee-ə: Dr. Oska literally saved my life ten years ago. I have been suffering for many many years and no doctor was able to ever diagnose me like he did. I'm forever grateful and may God always bless him.
Olivia McIntyre: Bad news, you will have to wait as they are not usually on time.Good news, I feel so comfortable with Dr. Salvia and now Nurse Practitioner Roxxanne. I drive 45 minutes.

Professional Village Medical Center: what do users think?
Dee Kubisz: I cannot say enough good things about Dr.DiPonio and staff! They go above and beyond to ensure their patients get the best care!
Original Nobody: Not so great
Jacob Weber: I leave 5 stars because Dr. DiPonio is fantastic. However I would rate the office staff a negative 5 stars. They give you attitude, they have a rude way about them. Totally appalled at the way they treated me last time I went. Again the Doctors are great, but staff not so much.

Beaumont Sterling Heights Family Medicine Center: what do users think?
Mace Mbidi-Glaou: The front desk receptionist is aboslutely the worst no type of compassion just absolutely rude. Because of what I dealt with yesterday I am changing my doctor. How can you physically see that I’m in pain and not try to accommodate me even though I was late to my appointment. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Jessica Sanom: Rude and unhelpful with my child's care. Would not recommend to anyone.
Miranda Loftis: The receptionist team is the absolute worst. They lack humanity and even the slightest bit of empathy. They never seem to know what they are doing and have wasted plenty of my time. The last three times I've made an appointment (even checked in on the app) I've driven the 30 mins it takes to get there and am denied my appointment and always puts it to another date that usually doesn't even work for me then when I move my plans around and show up, denied again and NEVER given the doctors I specifically request even if they tell me I'm seeing the correct one. I'm not the only one with this issue, my father has been dealing with the from them as well and keeps getting sent away even though having a scheduled appointment. I once was there after being sent away I watched a near 90 year old, barely mobile lady also be denied after watching her struggle for like 10 minutes just getting down the hallway. AND THEY DON'T CARE. You work in the medical field because you have strong sense of empathy and a will to help people. Not hold medical power over others.
Su Sh: As a patient of Family Medicine Center for almost 12 years now and always used to mention their name to my family and friends and never thought of putting a negative review here my whole life but I guess when someone gets through bad experience with their health, they will do so to protect other people’s health. My medical issue started back in Sept 2022 and is on going till today 3/16/2023. The reason why? Because my provider from FMC never took the case serious and kept on telling me wrong info and asking me to take pain med. Well, if i am willing to take pain med my whole life, why would I come and see you?She took forever to order an MRI to look at the issue and that MRI was ordered by another provider from FMC and not her which is negative point #1. And she never reviewed the MRI even though I messaged her through MyChart. She basically ignored my message. When I told her you ignored my message, she tells me that the MRI was not ordered by her. This is negative point #2Another issue I just found out today that my Vit D lever is very low from August 2022 and she never asked me to re check it through my multiple visits since then. This is negative point #3I feel myself and health is not safe with this Family Medicine anymore.*****Please be aware*****
saad murad: This office now days is very good office, starting from the Dr.Jessica, she is the angel of angels. She is very smart, good, careful, good treatment the patients and diffidently she knows how to give the absolute medical treatment to people. Also I have to mention the front desk Kathryn, she is really nice with people.she give all the efforts to make us relax and feel free to deal with her.
Alesis Bieniek: Doctor didn’t know anything about my child’s condition nor have ever heard of my child’s condition. An uncertified CNA or LPN couldn’t perform vitals correctly putting stress on my child. Couldn’t perform a flu/covid test-that I had already performed on child and it came back negative but didn’t listen to me as a mother or healthcare provider myself. They wouldn’t and couldn’t perform needed tests for a proper diagnosis. Literally said wait it out a few days and then give her antibiotics, like Excuse me?no wonder Beaumont doctors and nurses are the lowest paid in healthcare.
Mathieas McNaughton: No complaints
Kai S. Knudsen (Molly): Every time I come here, the office staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors are excellent at listening to my concerns and taking me seriously. I trust my care team to have my best interests in mind. While I do see different doctors, each one has been polite and professional, and it does wonders to relieve my social anxiety. I never have trouble getting an appointment when I need one, and the medical chart app they use allows me to send messages to my providers if I have any questions or concerns. I would recommend this facility to anybody looking for reliable care.
Dania Arabo: I went there to my family Doctor to talk about concerns about my mental health. The Doctor didn't have any compassion. I asked her to provide me with a note stating I was depressed and needed a leave of absence from work. She said in order to do that I need to follow a check list. I said fine tell me what I need to do. She told me and I did everything on the list and they still said no we will not excuse you. They don't care about their patients all they care about is collecting their money. Needless to say I will be switching to a Doctors office that actually cares about my well being.
Kayla Kay Noel: terrible customer service
C.A. Perry: I discovered kidney concerns on my own after living two years with a diagnosis that I was NEVER made aware of.I likely prevented my own death by questioning ANOTHER new doctor that I had been assigned to me about atypical numbers in my bloodwork results. He stated very 'matter-of-factly, "Oh, that stems from your issues ....kidneys". My response, "What kidney issues"?After each appointment and subsequent tests, I questioned the staff by phoning after the results posted to the Beaumont MYCHART portal. I sought to better understand test results and their significance. I was told OVER AND OVER for more than two years by at least three different nurses and two different doctors that all test results were normal. (I FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS A PART OF A 'TUSKEGEE EXPERIMENT' - see the movie 'Ms. Evers Boys.')When I expressed a quiet outrage at a diagnosis that had persisted for years which I had not been made aware of, the managing physicians listened, but never apologized. Rather, she with other senior doctors gathered in whispers with faces taunt in disgust of the young doctor. His offense -a new doctor told me 'his patient' that I had a health concern that had been overlooked by more experienced doctors - news that he assumed I already knew.I later tried, unsuccessfully, to question the new doctor about the fallout obviously suffered. He look directly at me in stone silence. Final thought, the staff was always kind in voice and manners. I believe that this was a serious flaw associated with teaching facilities were new doctors rotate too frequently.Enough NOT said. This is my truth about my care at the hands of Beaumont Sterling Heights Family Medicine Center.
delvin conner: As is in most medical facilities the receptionist staff lack patient concern and humanity towards the patients leading to a poor (patient/medical) relationship! I was misinformed as to a specialist not accepting my insurance and when I voiced disdain to the time wasted I was retaliated against and denied a referral or list of specialist that could help me with my MEDICAL issues! This should never happen in a hospital/medical setting just because a receptionist can’t maintain a level of customer service professionalism they’re being paid to maintain.
Greg Cayton Sr.: Dr. Kudsi is great!! Had my physical with him yesterday.Never had a doctor take so much time with me. He is so concerned about my health! Thanks Dr.!!
Basel Djazmati: Very rude and unprofessional staff. Taking an appointment is extremely difficult and make wait for ever on hold. Office staff not professional.
DeanaMarie Greenway: This place used to be a good one to go to. The doctor that I used to see left and so far they have been throwing me around. I understand that it is a learning school, but I waited two hours for them to essentially say I need to go see my cardiologist because they have no idea what to do. I was listing off my symptoms and they asked me to only focus on one single symptom. It's a mess. I came in feeling miserable and they weren't going to test anything. Pretty much had to beg to get a blood test. I would try something else. They aren't good here anymore.
j06169: Love it. I came here for a physical check up and blood work in the months of July and Aug. Doctor Tan was very professional yet cool at the same time, helps me feel more comfortable during my visit
salo Q: ENOUGH!! ENOUGH of covid reasons this is getting ridiculous!!! If a kid can't be seen for a fever, then what is the Dr. Doing here?? There are millions of reasons for body fever that need to be diagnosed.
Ashley X: I don't understand all of these poor reviews, I have been coming to this office for 7 years and have had no issues.
Jessica Somero: Please if you listen to any review listen to this one. I had been taking Sertraline (an anti-depressant) for 5 years, and birth control for the same amount of time. I ended up on Medicaid, because I became a full time nursing student, and couldn't work at the time. Now I went to this facility because they of course accepted Medicaid and my previous doctor didn't. Now this office is kind of far from me, and it was coming up to a year or maybe even a little more past a year since I had seen her. I did have to cancel some appointments due to car issues, and personal issues. However, I had an appointment with my Doctor in January next year (2022), and asked for my prescriptions to be refilled until then. I received a call four days later saying that she refused to fill them until she saw me again. Of course I said "I can't wait that long" and they changed it to where I could get into the office in about three weeks instead of the new year (All this happened in October) which I said of course. She still refused to fill them. Now I'm not sure if you reading this knows what happens even 3 days of being off an antidepressant especially one I had taken for so long, but I became un-glued. Constant crying, dark thoughts, insomnia and those are only the tip of the iceberg. The new Doctor I'm going to even said how extremely dangerous it was to cut me off cold turkey like that. This was the most un-caring and unprofessional act I have ever experienced going to a Doctor in my life. So if you do see any Doctors here please beware. Doctors are suppose to compassionate and kind and listen and these Doctors DO NOT!!!!
Trevor Scarbrough: Fast, friendly, knowledgeable office staff that are great to interact with.Additionally you always get 2 opinions and the latest knowledge because it's a residency clinic.I've never had a issue and it's great because there are a lot of available resources in the same building for labs and such.Lastly the parking is great and it's pretty easy spot to get once you know where it's at.
Leah Giltz: They never asnwer the phone I was waiting for them to asnwer for 25 minutes that’s ridiculous
