Sociology Nut: You have to avoid the ripoff tank exchange con here. I brought my expensive $180 aluminum tank for a CO² exchange, paid the $44, the employee told me to bring the van to the dock door, where he tried to pass me a $100 rusty steel tank, so he could pocket the $80 difference, and these 20 lb. tanks are too expensive to fall for the old switcheroo scam. Pay attention, or the employee might try to rip you off!

stephanie geml: I used to love this place but when I went in this past week I was treated so bad I will NEVER go there again! When I walked in none of the 3 workers even greeted me and when I stood at the counter for 5 minutes no one asked if I needed help. After finally finding what I needed when I went back to the counter the guy said "Oh did he send you a picture of what you needed" what because I was a woman I didn't know what I was doing?! I OWN a custom exhaust shop! I know what I'm doing! Really sad guys still think this way!!!

Jeffry Hill: Called looking for dry ice for our dry ice blasting and could not get any follow up from customer service. left voicemail no reply, called back talked to someone who was going to get all the details and call back, and no reply. This is not a good way to get new customers as I will look elsewhere for any of our dry ice needs or future welding supply needs. With service like this I don't know how you keep any business, hopefully for your sake this was just one customer that received absolutely terrible service from Airgas.

Mike Dineen: I started hobby welding in 2006, so I'm no pro. But I would go in and get shielding gas whenever I ran out. The last time i went in they charged me for a tank test? "It's your tank" i said. 2 visible stickers on this tank (praxair). Obviously the tank was old when they issued it last time. Not right in my opinion. He says you have to pay an extra 20 for tank test. Not going back.
