Gregg Lada: I made a reservation for a black convertible. I get there and there’s a white convertible waiting for me! ( I’m thinking to myself this is not a very good first impression) BUT Nathan told me there was a mix up and made a phone call within 20 minutes! I had my car that I reserved with a full tank of gas a ice cold bottle of water for me! He was very apologetic even though I told him mistakes happen. He opens and closes the door for me apologizes once again tells me to have a wonderful day! Now that’s customer service!!!! What a great experience! If you want great customer service with a very clean car this is the place to go! P.s. who ever is running this location is doing a fantastic job!

Joseph was so nice and kind to myself and family as a rented a car from enterprise! Joseph gave me exceptional customer service I was happy and satisfied with his positive attitude and how he treated me and made sure I was happy and satisfied with my car rental!! As I rented the car I occurred some car trouble with the tire pressure and then I meet Nathan, another Exceptional employee at Enterprise, Nathan was also so nice, kind, and caring about my situation and made sure I was given another car in a timely matter’ I was so happy and grateful to have two great caring men care about me getting into a car I liked and was reliable enough to drive! I will recommend this location to family and friends because of Joseph and Nathan Over Abundant Exceptional Customer Service! They really cares about me being satisfied with my rental and even called me to make sure I was doing well! Joe Todd: We needed a temporary car when my wife's was in the shop and the experience was good. Getting the vehicle was straightforward, and the agent explained everything in great detail. Returning the vehicle was likewise quick and efficient, and I was checked out in no time. My only gripe is Enterprise offers no service to get you home when you drop off the vehicle. I don't rent cars often, so perhaps not giving your customers a way home is an industry standard. But it seems that with the rates you charge and the vehicle being returned in the exact condition it was lent in, you could take your customers home. Especially when you'll take your customer to the shop when their vehicle is repaired

Julie Lewis: Response to Update - Enterprise Management DID NOT handle this quickly or efficiently.Immediate in person face to face with the mgr - NO HELP. 4 days of contacting Enterprise, not them reaching out to us or handling the situation as a manager is responsible to do at the time of the incident, in person no less. We had to reach out via text, calls and voicemails for 4 days before talking to the maintenance dept.The maintenance dept at Enterprise may have been quick & efficient, I'll never know, I'm not responsible for managing them or inter-department correspondence. I can say Reggie should've been the point of contact from the get go. He handled it professionally and with integrity, the rental dept manager can use continuous improvement customer service training, scratch that, she needs RETRAINING in all managerial functions, tasks, responsibilities.Updated - Damage caused by lawn maintenance crew was handled quickly and efficiently.Initial review - Damage to personal property from landscape maintenance company right after picking up vehicle from body shop. Enterprise failed to provide the company name at time of incident and seems to be passing the buck 4 days later. Do not recommend this location!
O S: I do not recommend dealing with them. When I returned the car to them, they made sure it was in order and signed all the paperwork saying it was in order. I was surprised after a long time that they sent me a fine that you filled it with something other than petrol and you have to pay the repair fee. I called the lawyer and he told me that you can file a complaint against them because you signed papers that the car is in good condition .. they want to get the money in any way

They are friendly, professional, and efficient in every transaction. One time during the winter I asked for the shuttle service not realizing it was only for certain dealers, but as a one time favor Joe offered to drop me home since I lived close and it was not too busy at the time. A great example of the team going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thank you!

Arrived early and I didn't mind waiting for them to tell me they wouldn't have a car until tomorrow. Now I paid spot on. Then the lady told me in order to get my refund I had to call customer service. Well calling them wasn't easy either. So the lady called me back and told me she could refund my money but of course it would take 5-10 business days and it only took 6 seconds for them to take my payment off rip. Now here I am waiting out in the cold for another lyfy to pick me up. This place is a total scam. Oh and the guy that brings the cars around is driving with flip flops on reckless. So thanks Avis! I'll never use your service again!

My car was at the dealer for 3 months and the dealer was footing the bill of a rental car for me. I had to go back numerous reasons to exchange the rental car because of problems, sign a new contract, etc. and I always dealt with Tanae and she was so helpful, quick, and knew what she was doing. She was great to work with in a super annoying situation.

While I appreciate that Brian and Calvin spent two hours after work getting me a van - fact is I should have had the vehicle by 4pm, instead didn't get it until 8pm. I confirmed with them earlier in the day that they had the vehicle ready and that I could get picked up. Never got picked up. Had to get a ride in. Got there and the van they had for me needed an oil change. I find it odd that they didn't realize that until 5pm even though the van had been there all day. Was just extremely inconvenient that my trip got delayed four hours. Worse, no attempt to reimburse me for anything despite all the inconvenience. Will go back to renting from Enterprise despite the higher prices.

Chris Kelley: This place does not deserve 1 stars, heck even 0 stars is generous. I don't think I've had a worse service experience, not just in rental cars, but in life. The employee working there was called Bryan and he was AWFUL.I made a reservation for a car. When I arrived not only was there not my car available, there was literally ZERO CARS available. Like NOTHING, was provided no notification, and in fact when I booked, it was showing MANY cars available. I asked Bryan how Hertz was going to fix this issue, get a car from another rental agency, another Hertz or elsewhere. I asked him if he can check other Hertz and he told me to figure it out on my own. He just said "We'll let you know if we get a car sometime later today or tomorrow." I asked if they can at least give me a gift card or something for this MAJOR inconvenience. He refused to do anything whatsoever, pretty much saying I'm out of luck. I hope Bryan is fired, and this Hertz closes down, because this place is a straight up scam.

One thing I don’t like is, on google, it shows the location is closed on saturdays but it’s actually open and whenever I try to reach a representative on saturdays it never happens because the number written down always automatically directs me to the Hertz landline.

Patrycja: Made a reservation through Priceline for a pickup at 5:30pm. Arrived at 5pm to get all the paper work done timely. Door was locked ant 5pm and the sticky note on the door showed temporary store hours of the office is open until 5:30pm during the week. Had I known someone was going to leave early i would have came sooner but there was no communication of this. Hertz Corporate was useless as all locations nearby closed at 6pm and they told me i can get myself to DTW airport and pay extra charge I could get a car from there. No resolution. No actual help. Highly disappointed.

Procreded to argue on the phone for hours to finally be told that I can return the car to any hertz location. Went to 3 other hertz locations THAT WERE NOT HELPFUL AND INFURIATING BECAUSE ONE WAS ON GOOGLE MAPS BUT THERE WAS NO HERTZ , HAD TO DRIVE FROM THIS LOCATION TO THE AIR PORT AND PAY EXTRA TO RENT A NEW CAR FOR THE NEXT 5 DAYS THAT I NEEDED FOR WORK AND TO BRING MY FAMILY HOME BEACUSE THE EXTRA HOUR OF DRIVING MADE ME MISS THE RENTAL RESERVATION I BOOKED TO SAVE ME FROM THIS NIGHTMARE. WILL NEVER RENT THROUGH HERTZ AGAIN.

Scott Kolesar: I was directed to this location as a result of an accident claim from AAA. The young lady at this location was so nice and polite and very, very helpful. Considering the stress that I was already dealing with because of the accident, she made this part of the process easy. If I needed to rent a vehicle in this area, they will have my business!!UPDATE.....So I just returned my car and the nice young lady was not there. I'll never be going to this place ever again, he tried blaming a problem on AAA as far as an extension, and I got a copy of the email that was sent over and the extension was supposed to take effect the day before, but they still went and charged me and then put a hold on my account for that dollar amount. I never authorized them to charge my debit card. Whatever you do do not swipe your credit or debit card at any of these locations especially if this is an insurance claim or dealing with the insurance company. Problem was not AAA. I will never rent another vehicle from Hertz ever again.

Kaira Vue: Zero is the accurate rating. Lady in the front was super rude. She laughed at us when we asked what category does the Cadillac CT fell under I.e. intermediate or standard SUV. She then called her manager and flip her story around tell the manager we were condescending to her and walked away half way thru the call. Her next colleague helped us next and was extremely unpleasant as well but we had no one else there to help us get our car rental so we just dealt with. DO NOT COME HERE. Let this place go out of business as it should.

Nikita Glazkov: I recently had an experience with Hertz, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. We booked a car online, but when I arrived, the car was not ready. The lady behind the counter seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I approached her with my questions. After 35 minutes, she gave me a dirty car with a flat tire. I also noticed a strong smell of cannabis coming from the car. I immediately reported it to the lady and asked for another car. Despite the parking area being filled with vehicles, she refused and asked me to leave. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to call and said she wouldn't bother her manager. I was shocked by the poor service and asked for a refund. The lady started screaming at me and tried to intimidate me with her aggressive behavior. So, I left without a car and without my money. We were there with two kids, and despite my repeated requests, no one offered any help. We have decided to take legal action and file a lawsuit if our money is not returned
R&R: Hard to recommend this facility to anyone who deserves reasonable and professional car rental service!Booked on line and reserved Tesla Model 3 a week ahead and tuned out there is no car available when we are ready to pick up!Our travel plan totally ruined due to there booking system!!!
Insecurity guard: Made a reservation for the Tesla. Called to inform that I was running a bit late to pick it up, and it’s a good thing I did. They told me the car isn’t available. Person on the phone said their manager tried contacting me yesterday about it. Went through my entire call, text, and Hertz email history - nothing. Unprofessional, nearly ruined a planned vacation I had. Had to call to change the reservation because the Centerline office couldn’t do it. Ended up costing $100 more.I’d recommend against going through the Centerline Hertz to rent a car.
Jason T: The worst. The customer service is horrible and I’m not too sure about them. The lady at the counter stated that she had to get my social since I was using a debit card. After I gave her a crazy look and asked for what, she said never mind. Then she said that I had to place 500 dollars on hold just because I used a debit card. The didn’t even have what I order.

Kelly Jackson: I wish when I spoke to the representative yesterday that she would have taken the time to tell me they do not accept Chime debit cards. As there is also nothing on their website. I had to take the morning off work to get a rental due to a cat accident that was not my fault so now I have no rental to get to work and now need to get another morning off work. do you know: The website doesn’t tell you about the fees they tack on when your trying to pick up the car ($200 and more than the entire rental amount) nor does it tell a credit card is required and they WILL NOT accept debit cards. Renter Beware
Gary Isaac: Horrible business to deal with! I rented a car from this location headed to DC. I got 3 hours away when the car broke down and was leaking oil fast as I could put it in.( I prepaid in full through Expedia) I was told nobody could come to help us so I was forced to drive the car not knowing when or if it would break down. I finally was picked up and taken to the Columbus Airport for a swap out vehicle. I was told it would not be any additional fees only to find out later I was billed 255.80 after already paying Expedia 337.10. I have tried to resolve this for month but Hertz cares less. I have since contacted the Fl, Ohio and Mi State Attorney Generals office and filed complaints. I will never ever rent from Hertz again. Expedia even said they should not have billed me. Horrible company. Now I see why their ratings are so poor. Hertz,,,,,,,, Beware

Cars are never cleaned every car they had me drive had food or food bags in them and the smell was awful. Angela does not take care of her employees at all, she talks to them any kind of way she wants. They never respected me as a pregnant driver that had me over doing things. I will never work for another hertz.

Went on road trip. Had to put air in tire multiple times before returning. Complained to staff. He just blew me off, like "Oh well." I'll be callung corporate to complain.
Ayah Shkoukani: My dad rented a car for an out of state work trip. The trip was longer than he expected, so he made an extension on the rental. The worker processed the extension said he was all set. However, The car was later taken from him. They said he went over the rental due date, even though he made an extension! He is now out of the state with no car. Both the workers at this location and at corporate were no help at all

Nina Ayers: I have been wanting to rent one forever! I finally rented a slingshot for my partner for an early Sweetest Day experience gift.I have no experience riding a motorcycle. I have never even been a passenger in a vehicle similar to a slingshot. None of that even mattered! Driving and being a passenger in the slingshot was AMAZING, super easy, and fun. I rented at the perfect time bc the weather was great and the trees were beautiful fall colors.This was such a great experience for those around us. We drove our parents around the block. People took pictures of the vehicle. Fun was had by all.Renting the slingshot was a super easy and clear process. I booked online and went into the office to pick up the slingshot.The staff was professional, really nice, and upbeat. The pickup process and dropoff processes were smooth.I can’t wait to rent it again!I have no complaints about anything. I would highly recommend 3 Wheel Rentals to everyone. First the young women in the office knew what they were doing 100% The paper work was quick, we picked our color, the rep went over every inch of the vehicle then told us everything we needed to know about safely operating the bike. She even told us how it would react and sound while we were driving it! Alll that being said, if you are bored or feeling in a rut I promise driving one of these is what the doctor orders! And the gas mileage is freakin great! We drove 65 miles 2 rent one and it was well worth the trip

Lauren Sly: I would give zero stars, because I didn't even get a chance to rent what I wanted. I drove from Birmingham all the way here and had to use the restroom but was denied accommodation because there are "no public restrooms". I was rudely told there was "maybe one down the road", there was not. Keep in mind that I pulled up in an owned Slingshot and was looking to rent a Vanderhall. This is a heavily industrial area, that I did not drive back into looking for a bathroom. After driving miles in construction to the nearest restroom, I had zero want to return to this place and do any business with them.Had they simply let me use the restroom when I was there they would have had a weekend rental, and a happy customer (a returning customer from when they were on John R in Madison Heights)... Now I will tell everybody about how poor their customer service is. I'm so completely disappointed in their lack of compassion towards someone that just drove over a half hour to do business with them specifically. Not again. There's better places to rent 3-wheelers.I'll go somewhere else to drive the Vanderhall Carmel I want.

The smile on my kids faces was ear to ear.They were very nice and professional. I will be back sooner than later to rent from them again.
Rome Green: These people got you riding in slingshots that aren't safe. The tire was badly worn it was sliding everywhere. Then they trying to charge me 300 dollars out of my deposit for a tire that they knew wasn't any good. Be careful with these smooth criminals because they're not doing the maintenance on the slingshots as they should. Soon as you drop them off there right back on the road with somebody else. They are trying to have the clients pay for there raggedy slingshots. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

Smooth booking process, but make sure to book online in advance because they are very popular and slingshots get reserved fast. I will definitely be coming back to rent again. I saw some of the one star reviews, I wouldn’t pay any attention to those reviews. They probably didn’t follow the rules because I got my $750 deposit back in 48 hours of returning the slingshot. Follow the rules don’t damage the slingshot and you won’t be charged. When you sign the paper work and you state you will be the only driver don’t BS the process or be cheap and not add a second driver. The staff tells you up front if anyone else besides you drives the slingshot you will be charged. Just follow the rules pretty simple concept if you ask me! The staff is super understanding and easy to get along with. Thank you bringing this business to Metro Detroit you guys rock!
B S: Definitely shady business practices here.. Don’t expect to receive your 500 dollar deposit back. This company had two different people check me in and said I have a unauthorized driver charge for 250 and then took the whole 500! I was the only person driving it! Smh, take your money else where. Also they have you calling a Royal Oak office and you have to pick it up all the way in Sterling Heights on 19 mile.
