Christina Leigh: was quoted for an hour and a half to wall mount my 80” tv. they did it in an hour! charges were changed to reflect the time and it was much cheaper than anticipated. they didn’t try to upsell anything, they just asked if i wanted wires hidden or strips. i said i would buy the strips and do it myself and they didn’t try to convince me otherwise. no pressure sales. the guys were on time, cleaned up after themselves, wore booties, and even hauled my giant tv box out next to my garage for me. (not to mention one of them smelled really good ;) tv is perfectly centered on the wall, and the height is perfect too. hanging tvs is what they do and they do it well! thank you! 5 stars, the reviews are legit.

Todd P: I needed a second cable line ran to my Home Theater PC I built myself. I am using Kodi and want to have a DVR for recording programs on my PC. So I want a direct cable line ran to my tuner. I have used Castle AVI before for running CAT cables through the house for my small network, so it was a no brainer to have them come out for this job. The reason I like to use Castle AVI to run all my lines, because they do a great job at keeping the lines clean. I met with Chris and we sat down to go over how the cable line would be ran. I like this because I like to keep things neat, and I hate how some cable provider companies like to run lines outside my house and drill unnecessary holes in the sides of my house. When discussing this with Chris, he had no problem snaking lines through the wall so there was no need to run lines across the side of my house. I also had him check all the lines to my speakers I use for my surround sound system to make sure they were operating correctly with good signals. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with Castle AVI. If you want good work done with professional clean look this is the place.

Lindsay: Unfortunately, I did not have the positive experience that the other reviewers have had with this company. I called and spoke to Chris the owner regarding getting a cable port installed in my new home. He quoted me that it would cost about $100 and take an hour at the most. He also told me that the earliest appointment he would take was 11 AM.On the day of installation, he called me and stated he was running behind on his previous appointment, even though I had asked for the earliest possible and that instead of being there at 11, he would be closer to 12. Chris showed up at 12:30 to begin the job. Once it was completed, after 1.5 hours, he told me my cost was actually $242.50 - he had "forgotten" to include the price of equipment which was "always around $100". As the owner of the company, I found it misleading that this was excluded from the initial quote. He additionally claimed he had told me it would take 2 hours, which I know for a fact was not true (I had my young son with me and would have made alternative arrangements if that was the case). When I mentioned it to Chris, he basically just shrugged it off and just asked for his check. Afterwards, when I returned to the home we were currently living in, I found that our cable had been transferred to the new house. Chris indicated it was not him, but it seemed suspicious and I didn't feel like I could trust him given the previous experience at my new home. At any rate, I would recommend going with a different company as the quotes may include many hidden fees and you may end up paying more than double what you were told initially.

Mike Cherry: Chris is a guy that takes real pride in his work. He hung my TV with my wall mount and used my cables and didn’t rip me off. We had one miscommunication and one component was not hooked up upon completion of the job. I called Chris and he was back at my home in 2 days and ran another HDMI through the walls and completed the job in an hour...without charging me for the additional work! He then stayed another 30 minutes to make sure everything with my system was working. I feel like I can call Chris if anything stops working and he will be back to assist in a very timely manner. Regardless of how large or small the job, I would recommend Castle AVI to do it right. This was not an easy job, but Castle AVI took care of it professionally with quality work. Worth every penny! Thank you Castle AVI!

He came out a few days later and did exactly what was promised. Stellar job and a great guy to work with.Good people deserve good reviews... so here is mine. The TV mount was a MantelMount 540 in case anyone is wondering. I'm very happy with that choice as well.

Ken Tebo: Recently got a puppy that was a little too curious about some speaker wires wrapped around my living room for my home theater setup. Reached out to AV Imagined to see what options I had available to clean up my setup without breaking the bank. Corey stopped by for a consultation to offer me a few options.Later that same day Corey came back with Devin and they fished my speaker lines through my basement. You can barely see the lines attached to the speakers up from the flooring and they helped me organize my other lines behind my receiver. I am super happy with the results. Speaker lines are cleaned up and puppy has a couple less things to spark his curiosity. Corey and Devin were very professional, offered me a few options, and were accurate with estimated time for project.
