Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda: what do users think?
Mainul Haque: spoke with service department’s Ms. Kayla Gasparetto regarding issues with my car. She was knowledgeable and understood the situation, gave me an appointment right away away. When I brought my car she took the lead and worked with her service team to address all the matter very professionally and delivered the car in my satisfaction.Thank you Kayla, and Jim Riehls team for an excellent job.
Kaylees Shepard: I would highly recommend this place to purchase a vehicle to ANYBODY and EVERYBODY! Terrance was the most professional, kind, caring, hardworking and helpful person I could have asked for to help me through this. He made it very easy and fun to look for my car and helped me get the exact one that I wanted. Thank you T:)
john Decker: Our new dealer
Eric Schneid: Great service from our salesman George, he took the time to explain all the crazy technology on our new CR-V Hybrid, twice, we went back for some questions that we didn't know to ask.
Hui Cha Devine: Very pleased with the level of service that this dealership provides. Tyler our service representative was outstanding. Someday play it he definitely deserves consideration for promotion for the outstanding work he does.
Taha Memon: It was my first time here for servicing and I had an issue that was covered by warranty. Kayla and the service team were extremely efficient/honest with their service. Very satisfied with my experience here.
Jessica Mukherjee: great service
Rebecca: Would not recommend. Went to finilize a deal for a used car from this dealership added to my insurance I get there to give it a test drive to make sure they fixed what was wrong with it the car pulled so bad it was hard to keep it on the road. This was after the sales manager assured everything was good and ready to go. This was the second time I made the 2 and a half hour drive from battle creek. The fact they would give me a car in that condition after assuring me everything was ok is mind blowing and to me unacceptable. Needless to say another trip wasted to this dealership. Won't be ding that again.
Saakshi Joshi: Had routine oil changes here, stated my brakes were in good shape. My car shortly after started braking very slowly, I had trouble with my brakes, went to another dealership to find out I needed them replaced and they were below the safety level. Was upsetting as I went to this dealership routinely. When I acknowledged the situation with them, I heard people laughing in the background and they gave an example of this happening to another customer, and when they looked at that customer's brakes they stated it was fine. This was not taken seriously. Wouldn't recommend this Honda. May have been better in the past.
Nick Lucas: Very friendly & exceptional service!Chris in Honda's new car sales department worked with me by finding me a car I would enjoy and feel more comfortable in. I went with the 23' Civic sport in pearl white, black rims, and all black interior. Overall experience: A+
Larry Larson: Always helpful and friendly
Sam Jovanov: This was my first time purchasing a Honda and Christopher Doubleday made it a wonderful experience also very professional. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was welcomed by Christopher and within a few minutes I was out test driving a car. When I came back from the test drive Christopher had all the purchase options ready for me. It was nice not having to play any games negotiating a price and wasting time. I was in and out within an hour, great dealership and great service from Christopher Doubleday.Make sure you ask for Christopher Doubleday when purchasing your new Honda 😀
Brian Imerman: I took my 73 year old mother's 2011 honda accord in for service where she has been taking it since she bought it in 2014. Needed brakes 2 months ago when she took it in, but they sent her away telling her "it's fine". The same guy I spoke to on the phone, who checked me in, said to me 3 separate times when checking on my vehicle, " are you picking up?"!! Like he didn't even register that I'd been there for 3 hours already!! When I got the car back, the service advisor was too busy, the car smelled of oil, and after driving it home I smelled burnt transmission fluid, indicating then mechanic did not properly clean it off.. oh btw., it needed brakes all around! And they sent her away 2 months ago!
ALAN K: Recently, my wife had problems with our 2019 Honda CRV. We purchased this car used last October. This is the second Honda we have purchase from this dealership. We even drove all the way from the upper peninsula to purchase a car from this dealer. Recently,my wife was driving from the upper peninsula to downstate. The car started breaking automatically. She called The dealership to find out what to do. This occurred in the middle of the snowstorm. The first person that she spoke to told her to turn off the climate control and that would solve the problem. Yes, the climate control. The second person who was the service manager for Honda told her to drive to the nearest dealership. The nearest dealership is over 250 miles away. Then this person told my wife that she did not have time to deal with this problem. And she put my wife on hold for 21 minutes. Now during this time, my wife is on the side of the road in a blowing snowstorm. This is not the kind of service I would expect from any dealership.I guess I shouldn’t expect service after they get my money.
Patricia Egan-Myers: Great dealership
John Pietrzak: I am very satisfied with the prompt and attentive service that I was afforded. The service department was busy but well staffed. My oil change and vehicle maintenance check was completed in just under an hour and I was on my way with plenty of time left for other errands. Jim Riehl Honda Service has been my "go to" service center for better than 10 years caring for both of my Honda vehicles, they have not disappointed once. I am comfortable with the service they provided me and I would recommend to friends and family.
gigi paul: Great service!!
Alex Vitkuske: Had me sit in their building for 4+ hours before eventually telling me they "didnt have the title" after making a fake phone call. Then proceed to sell the truck without so much as a phone call to me first. The manager of the dealership is your typical shady car salesman, spend your money elsewhere.
Dawn Ignash: From start to finish alyse was amazing. Though I didn't originally contact her due to her not having the car on the lot. She took the initiative and reached out when the original customer had a life change. She got everything done my parents wanted and even with it being a confusing situation.. THANK YOU!
jan awdey: May 2019. Looking for a new car. Was in showroom over 5 minutes (in the middle of a weekday afternoon) and no one greeted us nor acknowledged our presence. Salespersons were visible at desks, without customers, and receptionist was not busy.Previous Honda owner, 3 cars. Service done almost exclusively at that dealer. (Brad was the best service advisor ever--should get him back).Audi, BMW, Subaru, and Ford dealers' staff were all willing to spend time to show me new cars.Chose a competitor with more respect for our time. Bought elsewhere.
Thomas Bercel: Love this place

Jeffrey Honda: what do users think?
John hempel: I went to Jeffrey Honda to purchase a automobile, she told me if I finance the car it would save about 500 dollars, so I did. She and the manager would not explain it to me or show it on paper. The manager try to push a extended warranty on me even after I told them no. A month later l received a bill, I found out that both was lying to me there was no promotion. Don't get angry at them because the manager will call the cops on you. Jeffrey Honda is the worst dealer I ever been to with a bunch of lying people, they should have there license remove.
Linda Springer: Took my car right in. Did an oil change. Checked tires and fluids….was very satisfied with service and young man who was in charge of my car…
Reggie Huff: They get you in on time and out at a reasonable time depending on what you need done to your car.
K Hong: My recent purchase with Jeffrey was such a great experience. It’s difficult to find a dealership that prides itself in taking care of the customer.Randy Palermino took care of all my needs.I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are in the market for a vehicle or service.
Norine Nichols: Go elsewhere! I have purchased at least 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past, but never again! I refuse to purchase a new vehicle when the dealership adds $500 to the MSRP and another $1,689 for polysteel paint protection and window etching. They would not sell the vehicle without the additional charges. Went to another dealer and guess what? No upcharge to MSRP or mandatory add ons! Ended up getting the optional paint & interior protection, but it was only $499, not $849. Shop around people!
cye bittner: Fast and easy B16 maintenance, I was able to drip off early amd pick up late. Over all better than the other Honda dealers Ive been to, though I was expecting a car wash.
Denise Mclaren: Tom in service is an asset to the Honda company. He cares every time I have had to come in. He makes people feel like family. If you have a problem come see Tom.
Mazidul Haque: The service department is great, oil changes usually take around an hour or so, both service advisors are good
John Lariviere: I had a great experience with Jeffrey Honda, especially concerning price (including my trade in), and ease of the purchase. Sam was right with me for every step. Overall, I would recommend Jeffrey for new and used car purchases.
Adam Ross: On my 5th year of paying for my 2019 Honda Cr-V, that I purchased brand new with zero miles. I recently went to have it serviced and techs lied about checking my air filter and cabin filter. The service center was supposed to change if needed. Took it to my mechanic immediately after service at dealership and my mechanic pulled both filters out and both filters was as black as oil. Disgusted by the broken integrity of the company and I originally planned to be a life long customer. Not anymore. People be careful when dealing with the service center. Make sure they are doing the job in which you pay for and expect of them. Very disappointed.
Vince Kowalski: Had my service done Mid December and they did a fine job. Only thing I think I'd like them to do is go over the bill with me and describe the services performed and what they found as opposed to just getting the bill and paying the cashier. I understood most everything, but some of the abbreviations on the bell can be a little hard to understand.
Carla Sunseri: Ruan and Charles are the reason I am still coming to this dealership
Maia Pelham: I trust in the care of Jeffrey Honda. I haven't owned a car in over 9 years, but I knew my next car would be a Honda. The service is excellent, and I take my car there for my oil change.
carlton webster: I wish I could give zero stars
Scott Weborg: My wife and bought two cars at the same time. We both received very good offers on our trades. We both love the Hondas that we each picked out. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.
Penelope Hale: I have always been satisfied with the service and this time was no exception. Matt Smith is amazing and always takes good care of me and my car. He's definitely the best asset.
Draco Cat: Expert service and reasonable prices.
Mario Di Ponio: Great service!
Brenda Trotter: I was satisfied with the oil change. The car was clean and the service was as expected. Charles was able to get me a discount which I appreciated.
Don Rogan: The process was simple and went smoothly.
Mikayla Kay: Really enjoyed my sales associate named Tyler, he made the whole process easy for me, pulled some strings and made sure I left happy with a new vehicle. Also made the process fun for us. (:

Honda Suzuki of Warren: what do users think?
Thomas Dowen: Called Warren Honda / Suzuki in regards to purchasing a new machine was on hold for 19 minutes. When I finally did talk to a salesman, Hunter and asked him a few questions he had to put me on hold again to get the answers. When asking questions about the warranty on the machine and also on the belt, and if they had one in stock, I received answers like it should be, I believe so. Really felt like the salesman was following somebody else’s lead, He did not seem very knowledgeable in regard to their products. Ever since the dealership changed hands about three or four years ago, it has been going downhill I would really consider looking elsewhere for any of your Honda or Suzuki needs.
Tucifer: Nice helmet and pretty cheap
Dan Tucker: 1st off update your website to reflect your true business practices. If you dont offer test rides don't give me the ability to schedule one. 2nd if you aren't able/unwilling to order product for customers don't advertise that you do. 3rd when given a quote over the phone, I received a different out the door price when I came in. When questioned on it "Oh I forgot that I added a service package." So be wary of the final numbers as the sales guys seem to be cool with adding extras without saying anything. Not that I was in some super rush, but I was a bit embarrassed for your sales associate when he said we would have to wait to go over the fincianing because he is sharing a desk.
Jason Jones: Honda Suzuki of Warren is the perfect place to find your next motorcycle or ATV. The selection is impressive, and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are unbeatable - they're often lower than at other dealerships in the area. Plus, the service department is top-notch - they always take great care of my bike.
Jim Benoit: I drove an hour on a Saturday morning to hopefully buy a Honda Dirt bike. But nobody wanted to sell me one so I left.
Jake Schimelfening: Got service done today, the final bill came out higher than expected. I asked to see the original quote I signed agreeing to the service being done and they refused to show it to me. The mistake in the final price could have been my fault, but refusing to show the customer the original quote with signature is a huge red flag (The receipt I received was the one without my signature). Good and quick service for my bike, terrible customer service. (Edited for typos)
Ryan Burke: Good friendly service
Courtney Young: They charged over $600 and my husbands four wheeler is doing the exact same thing it was doing when it was dropped off. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.
Robert Suddards: It's winter and their still asking MSRP!!! Staff was moderately friendly and helpful.. just unreasonable on price
J K: Pretty much couldn't have had a better experience.Steve in sales shot me straight, gave a great deal, had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there (20 minutes before closing!) They helped me set up the surprise for my son, showed him the ins and outs of his new ride, then helped load it!Top notch people with good prices.
Ryan Robinson: This is the only place I could find that had technicians brave enough to install my viking lamellar large bags on my Honda VTX 1300s. They did a great job too. I'm also happy with their staff and selection.
Richard McCallum: Friendly staff and great prices
Jan-James Buchanan: On June 23rd 2022I picked up my carbs that were clended properly but the floats were never set to spechs or the float valves which caused gas to flood the crankcase3months later and 6 oil changesI personally adjusted floats properly and float valvesI no longer have gas going to my crankcaseThe service manager Jeff claimed the floats and valves were set to spech ( he lied )The owner BrianSaid he stood by his service managerIt cost me more in oil changes than to have the cabuerator cleaned( and NOT set to specs for floats and valve floats)U be the judge I'm posting pics from the day I picked up my carbsAn employee held up the bowls ,If u look closely u will notice floats are not same heightsU may or may not get the service from this business ( Honda/ Suzuki of Warren)It's. up to u to take that riskAs for particles in tank - or in jetsWhy after me MYSELF adjustadjustingFloats. and Float valves does bike now run properly with no gas going to crankcaseI was wondering how this business was able to surviveNow I know
Zachary Dobson: Really nice place to look at some great bikes. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Ask for Steve, he was fantastic with getting the bike I wanted and telling me about different options and making sure I was comfortable with the bike. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I would be getting and that it fit with what I would be using it for. Highly recommend stopping in.
Francisco Restrepo: I have been buying parts, oils, tires... for several years for my motorcycles and my ATV 2005. I can say the staff are very profesional, kind and helpful. It is one of the best dealers for me.
Robert Cassidy: Friendly and knowledgeable
Rich Hilgendorf: Good people to deal with in parts any how, haven't delt with anyone else. They beat dealing with motor city cycle by 300% !!!!!!
Steven Jordano: Bought two new bikes here but I guess they're too busy to service anything.
Gordon Cook: Good work and prices
Jean Malik: I had three experiences here in less than a month and all were great. My first visit was to purchase a helmet for my beginner rider course and to ask questions about choosing and buying a motorcycle. The people in parts were very friendly and helpful with my gear selection. Steve, the sales manager, was very encouraging to me as a first time rider. He also patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel confident that the bike I decided on would suit my needs. I was informed there was a short waitlist but he would be in contact when it was my turn.Steve called as promised when my bike was available and set up a convenient time for me to stop in and sign the paperwork. He also offered to keep my motorcycle at the dealership until I passed my instructional class in two weekends, so I could be the first to ride it.My last visit was to pick up my Honda Rebel 500, which I absolutely LOVE! Every step of the way Steve gave me great advice and the knowledge he imparted on me helped me start off on a positive note.As a woman, and as a first time rider and owner, I feel I was treated very well. I highly recommend Honda Suzuki of Warren.
Richard Oldfield: Friendly staff, a a good selection of bikes and accessories.

TROY HONDA: what do users think?
Sri Divya Kolli: We bought a Honda Hybrid Sport from Troy HondaTom Robbinson was so friendly and answered all our questions. He is very clear and good at his work, he helped us to buy our car. I would strongly recommend troy Honda 👍 price is clear and fair , service is good and sales persons are really friendly and fast to attend the customers.
Ligia Grozav: If I could, I would give them a 0.These people destroyed my minivan. We brought in our car for a routine check and they destroyed the engine of my 2018 minivan, with 130.000 miles on board! This is not right!! Now we filed a complaint with Honda against the dealership. I really hope they will do something about it, because otherwise we will have to get a lawyer and sue them!
Raymond Neis: Quick service for the differential fluid and front wiper blades.
Fadi: Has to be the best Honda dealer I’ve had experience with. A few years ago when I tried adding a Honda care extended warranty at a different dealer, they said I couldn’t do it and tried adding an aftermarket warranty instead. I came to Troy Honda and they did it within 10 minutes for me.Recently tried shopping for a 23 CR-V, 3 other greedy Honda dealers would only let you order if you added a wheel and window protection package for $2000 to $3000 which is an absolute joke.Troy Honda let me place my order for MSRP without any extra required packages.I’d rate their service department a 2.5/5.
Betty HC Cheng: It was great to work with Michael Smith in the purchase of my new vehicle! He handled all of my questions and requests promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend him!
Amitava Adhikary: Fantastic service and so helpful.
Liu Ray: NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING A NEW CAR HERE!!!!!They might attract you with the price because they said they don't force you to add any "option", but don't trust them about the waiting time! You could probably wait twice as long as they told you without getting anything!I ordered a Civic from them because their silver sale consultant told me the estimated waiting time would be around three months. After three months, I called them, and the seller told me the delivery was delayed for a month. After waiting for a month, I called them again, and the seller said it was delayed again for several weeks. In the following two months, I kept calling them, and every time they guaranteed me that the car would be delivered in the next few days, but on the "delivery date" they mentioned, I called them, and they told me the delivery was delayed again. It happened several times. In the sixth month from the date I ordered the car, the seller called me and said the car had an incident during delivery and they could not deliver it. I asked him whether they have any solution for this because he told me the waiting time was three months, and I waited six months without getting anything. He said the car had an incident during delivery, and it's not their business to take care of it, and they won't do anything because they are only responsible for selling the car.
Glenda Knowles: Customer was great I wasn’t there as long as I was originally told
Julius De Leon: I have been going to this dealership for years and never had any unpleasant experience with them. I will always have my vehicle serviced in this dealership. Very professional people.
Sue Desilets: Easy, quick attention from the service staff. Definitely appreciated the shuttle service to my home while my vehicle was undergoing work. Received my car back later the same day; issue with emissions was repaired. Satisfied with the results and the services!
Anup Gandra: excellent!
Peter Lucido: I literally saw them driving around in a GMC truck rather than a honda, clearly they don't even trust their own cars lowkey embarrassing.
Ilene Harmon: Go there early for my appointment and they took me right in. Pleasant and enjoyable experience. Not sure if I need wiper sneers but better safe than sorry!
Local Tour Guide: Ken in service did a great job.
Holly Kattlegreen: If you want your car serviced go elsewhere. They won’t allow you to make an appointment and then when you show up they turn you away because they’re ‘too busy.’ Their excuse is that some people didn’t come in to work (this has been the excuse I’ve heard every time for the past 2 years). I called this time to make an appointment and was told, of course, that they were short staffed that day and the manager would call me back to set up an appointment. Never got a call. I tried their online chat and apparently someone can chat with me but they can’t set up an appointment, just asked all my info so they could call me (which again, they didn’t do.) I even asked if they had another place to recommend and got no answer. They don’t want business.…It looks like you respond to every bad review with ‘you’ll take care of this’ when you don’t take care of anything…
Jason m: I was looking at the cars in the lot in a heavy rain and when a sales associate comes out in the rain to greet you that says a lot so I purchased the car and had a great experience.
Nancy Herman: Dusty was great to work with and addressed all my concerns
Clalter Bruza: I'm delighted with the attention of Tom Robinson, the sale representative. That's the third consecutive time I have traded my car with Tom due to his excellent support, understanding of customer needs, and care.
Michael Terrian: I’d like to recommend Troy Honda if you’re considering buying a new (or used) Honda vehicle. We were interested in buying a new 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid and contacted several dealers after doing our research on the vehicle. Troy Honda was the only place within our search area that offered to sell us the vehicle at MSRP with NO markups and NO “required dealer options”. One place, that shall go unnamed, told me there was a $2900 dealer extended warranty required for purchase due to the fact that it was a Hybrid, lol. Others included $300 floor mats, paint protection, etc. in their quotes. Troy Honda doesn’t do that. Please see Tom Robinson in New Car Sales if you’re interested in a hassle-free purchase experience with no surprises. He’s honest, transparent and readily available to answer any questions.
bridgette Maclean: Rick kept me aware of any changes in pricing for my oil change and tire rotation. I love my Honda CRV!
Bob Eppley: Nice clean dealership no high pressure sales here.
