RK Omo: We were power outage refugees our little chihuahua and our elderly mother both have serious health issues so sitting in a house with no power was not an option. Staybridge was great the room was spacious and clean the kitchenette with a big microwave and big fridge were great. All of the staff were wonderful from the front desk to the breakfast bar personnel and the room maid. And our little chihuahua was comfortable in the room and on the grounds. Thank you to all for making a challenging situation a lot less stressful.
SLH: Normally I don’t post negative reviews of businesses, but this one needs to be addressed! I wanted to book my mom in a hotel, she’s 80 and lost power to the ice storm. Her basement is flooded and she was in a house of 55 degrees. I called the Staybridge Suites in Sterling Heights. This is what I found most very disturbing. The hotel itself had rooms it was not booked and I wanted to get her out of the cold right away. They were going to charge me a rate for the room and $75 for early check-in. Check in wasn’t till 3 o’clock and the hotel was not full. What kind of a business is this that lets people freeze or charge them extra money because they are desperate. This needs to go viral in this hotel, I’ll never get my business again !Your response was clearly inhumane as I read your reply. You basically took advantage of a horrendous situation to make money! Many other hotels took people in early and did not charge any fees at all! Your hotel was not even full when I called, therefore, your deductive reasoning clearly contradicts what you wrote! The room was available and needed no maid service.,Maybe you should think about this next time your loved one needs help and some cruel person wants to make money off of your situation. I can name at least ten hotels who accepted cold people into their hotel! It’s called price gauging and I hope the attorney general will take action. In the meantime, my circle of friends and family is rather large and will not solicit your hotel ever!

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Detroit Sterling Heights: what do users think?
S B: Decent stay but for the price you pay in room 113 they should take the extra effort and clean a little more. Ac unit completely dusty and needs deep cleaning, trash and debris behind couch and both night stands. Tile in bathroom coming up and the light doesn’t work above the desk.
Simeon Green: My new get away spot...Nearby activities: Across from Lakeside Mall...Walkability: Decent walking...Food & drinks: Free Continental Breakfast...
justin arockia: Booked a Queen Studio room for a long stay but very disappointed with the experience. Mattress was so uncomfortable and it sorts of sinks in into the middle and definitely did not feel like a queen sized too.Breakfast and staff were really good and courteous.Full size kitchen but they don’t supply cleaning essentials and even kitchen knife.Internet is DEAD SLOW. I got speeds of less than 1MBPS. Seriously what are you supposed to do with such speeds…
King Green: Rooms are in need of a little maintenance. Guests are constantly extremely loud outside of your windows at 12am and 6am.Staff was great though!Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Juan Enrique Galvez: Horrible experience. I checked in the 9th of december 2022, and the 10th i went for breakfast and i requested my right to depart at 4pm, i am entitled by MARRIOTT terms and conditions that TITANIUM members have COMPULSORY 4pm check out ( except convention center and resorts but towneplace is not one of these) and she said because i didnt informed them the previous day they cant guve me any late check out because they have a group of people and they need to clean the room, i requested for the manager ( first shift) and she said she was the manager ( i dont know her name, nobody has a tag on their shirt, pretty unprofessional) and now they cant manage it, i discussed for 5 minutes saying that it s compulsory and im so sorry but i need to leave the room at 4pm. She said that she has the policies printed at the back and she refuses to give me late check out. I said i will call Marriott, she replied, i dont care, I called Marriott Loyalty team from titanium members, and they called her... 5 minutes later they said they can give me 3pm check out. Do u see how u care now? Do i have to threaten u to call Marriott and u accept late check out when they force u only? Rude, unprofessional and horrible service. If she is really an assistant manager or shift manager you guys seriously think twice how you manage your hotel because it s not acceptable to be playing games and threaten to call loyalty team to do what she needed to do from the beginning. Management of this hotel please teach URGENTLY your employees your rules because even if you are a franchise, you MUST COMPULSORILY follow Marriott policies.AND DONT REPLY THIS COMMENT SAYING YOU ARE SORRY AND GIVE YOU ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY. RESPOND THIS WITH ACTIONS, NO WORDS.
Amanda Rose: Had a suite with a FULLY FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN!!! Clean & Location close to shopping and a ton of restaurants
Nora Smith: Very nice place to meet up with family for a couple of nights. Our bed was comfortable, the desk staff kind and helpful, and the breakfast, while limited, was more than adequate. Well done!
Mystikal One: This place has amazing staff the rooms are clean. The beBreakfast could be better but overall love this hotel. Lots of businesses close by.Rooms: Clean nice beds and love the kitchenette. Bathroom is kinda small tho. Still love this hotel.Food & drinks: Need to do better when it comes to the breakfast. Kinda cheap.
Jeffrey Terrian: What a great room!!! Quiet but we shall see as the night goes on. Room is clean, bed is comfy as well as the pillows. And the one sofa has a stain of some sort. Bit cool even after turning the heat up, but still nice. If you have a service dog, heads up. People don't pick up after their pets and there's mega amounts of goose poop especially back behind the hotel. Great place to stay. We will be back for sure.Rooms: Very open floor plan for the room I am inSafety: Seems like a safe and secure areaWalkability: Large grass field to north of property. Mall is across the way, but not sure if its open or what's in it
Michelle Konka: Suite was from the 70s. Stove was dirty. Handles on cabinets dirty. Wasn't vacuumed. The staff were very nice & gave us another room which wasn't any better. We left without staying.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 2/5 …More

Cami Wright: We stay with Marriott often due to work and relocations. This property has been the worst hotel we've ever stayed at!! Upon arrival we noticed the pool was closed even though it states that it is open on the website. Maintenance told us that it hasn't worked all season due to not being winterized properly last year. As we approached our room the halls and room itself smelled of an odor that we were unable to identify. It was a combination of a dirty gym sock and sweaty bodies. The room was dingy and dirty everywhere we looked. The carpets and furniture are stained. The bedding, which I'm convinced was not changed between guests, was filthy!! Blue paint stains and dirty edges are on the comforters. The toilet wouldn't flush and the tank wouldn't fill with water. We were having to use a pot to fill the tank to flush the toilet. Trying to get hot water to our room was a joke! We had to leave the water on for 15 minutes to get luke warm water for showering. We informed the front desk of all the issues over and over. The response from the front desk was that "due to covid we haven't been able to maintain our property the way we would like." There isn't a manager or maintenence on the grounds after 5pm. There is only one employee who's attitude about things was, oh well...so sorry this happened but there isn't anything I can do for you tonight. This is unacceptable on every level!!! Don't operate a hotel if you can't maintain it.

I really do wish people would stop giving them business or they need to do something about this problem. Melanie Zondag: The pictures online made it seem like this was a decent hotel. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke. The bathroom was not very clean. In the night, we discovered that there were bugs in our bed. We weren't sure if they were bedbugs or not, but it is clear now as my arms are covered in bites. The hotel would not do anything more than give us a 30% refund. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Ty Pasha: Good spot the manager and his team is nice and friendly and helpful
Alex milot: PLEASE BE AWARE! Don’t stay here unless it’s ur last option. They have roaches up in the room lmfao. At first I didn’t see nothing and it looked clean but it smells horrible in the room, I turn of the light to go to bed and before I went to bed I went to the bathroom and boom I turn on the light and there it is crawling on the wall.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Hotels rooms have rodents, roaches, mold and mildew in bathrooms, bathrooms severely unclean with feces in toilet upon arrivals, dead roaches in refrigerator and microwave, television does not work, foul odor in hotel and hotel rooms; poor wi-fi connection terrible experience; general manager acknowledge complaint as valid yet refused to refund monies/ hotel reward points. I have pictures to substantiate my complaint

Traveling Teams, Inc.: what do users think?
Meg: The biggest travel racket ever. Terrible technology and support.
Rachel D: Have worked with a few companies to secure room blocks for soccer teams and this one is hands down the worst. They don’t care to try and accommodate you, they say the need to contact hotel -which shouldn’t take long because hotels answer their phones and WANT to make money- but Traveling Teams just doesn’t care to do the work. Hope to never be forced to use them again. Tournament Coordinators/Directors should steer clear.
Brynne Wolfe: If you get charged more than the advertised rate because of additional resort fees (even though Traveling Teams says they will advertise extra fees), you’re out of luck. $135/night was the advertised rate through Traveling Teams. $205/night is what we ended up paying. That’s an additional $70/night, or roughly an additional 50% of the advertised room rate ON TOP of what we thought we’d be paying. They claim to be a service to make things easy for sports teams, but they’ve done nothing but cause my teams stress.
Keri Torres: I found their process hard to work with. I book hotels for our teams several times a year and have used different companies and this company was the hardest to find a hotel. We asked for assistance in getting a hotel that several of our teams could stay at and they were unable to assist with this.
Fall-Line Hydrographics: Huge rip off.... nothing but a scam.
Nicholas Suttles: Terrible to communicate with and do not read nor respond to the daily text spam that they send. They have an incorrect phone number entered and even though the correct one has been sent numerous times via text AND verbally told to one of their agents, the messages are still going to the wrong number.
Charlene Pickett: Not forthcoming. First, the room rate through traveling teams was $20 more a night than the room rate quoted by the front desk of same hotel. Unfortunately, I was required to book through traveling teams. Second, as a parent chaperone I had to collect money from the families of 2 of the kids that were staying with us. The rate on the quote provided by traveling teams does not include state or local sales tax. This is stated on the form however, why can't they say what the actual rate with taxes and total will be? We know the hotel and city. Taxes will not change. It would make it much easier to collect money from families as soon as the reservation is made. Now I need to go back to the families and ask for more money.
Kelli A: Worst communication!
Katherine Nason: I booked with Traveling teams, they changed my hotels for a tournament and never canceled the first reservation.I got charged by both hotels. They will not return emails or phones calls for a refund of the hotel I didn’t stay at. They give you the “manager will Contact you within 24-48hrs”But no one calls!
Stephanie Guerra: They never answer their phones!! I take me 15 minutes to get a hold of someone and the day after, got tired of water for 10 minutes. Unacceptable. The first call, the lady sounded like she didn’t want to work. Bad customer service.
Jeffrey Defilippo: Forced to use them for a showcase in Chicago july 2022, set us up in a sleep inn 40 minutes from the fields. The hotel was dirty, ants in rooms and common areas , pool was not filled or open. Drug and police activity at night. Not really sure what this company was paid for. Advise your clubs to stay away from using them. Customer service did not respond . 0 stars if I could.
Nicholas Quinlan: Traveling Teams was used as a vendor for the Midwest US President's Cup 2022. This was a soccer tourament. The organization does not do it's job in vetting the hotels. All the Minnesota teams stayed at the Hilton hotel St. Louis by the airport. The kids were looking forward to the pool, which through Google reviews and calling the hotel we found was closed. No mini fridge or microwaves in rooms. Mind you families traveling are bringing drinks and food with no where to store in the hotel. The hotel was severely outdated and musty. Substandard conditions. I would stay away from this company for your booking needs.
Matt Karr: Only reserved one of the 2 nights we needed. We had to find a different hotel for the first night.Save yourself some hassle and reserve hotel rooms yourself.A monkey with a crayon could do a better job.
Adam Forstrom: Incredibly painful to deal with. They respond to texts (which they initiated) 24 hours OR LONGER and blame it on needing to reach out to the hotels every time, even after they've offered you an option to book (why wouldn't you check availability prior to offering?). Calling them is just as bad, if not worse. It sounds like they're sitting in a warehouse of call takers (which may be the case) with so much background noise that you can barely hear the individual you're speaking with. It turns out it doesn't matter, because they can only refer you to the person assigned to your event/booking....who responds at the end of the next day just prior to going offline for the day. Eventually received some movement by emailing someone who was responsible for the entire event, although that was also pretty painful. I would avoid stay to play tournaments if I could and definitely if they were run through traveling teams (which is more like an insanely dysfunctional family than a team).
Tom Sugarman: Terrible experience. Their customer service is terrible, do not answer emails or web inquires promptly, long hold times. Then give contradictory answers. They (including their managers) blame everybody else (tournament, hotels, team manager, parents) and take no accountability or responsibility. Whole process seems exploitative. Tournaments that are thinking of using Traveling Teams should reconsider, unless they want to be viewed as part of the exploitation.
Kellie Malogan: When traveling for certain tournaments we are required to use this company in order to play. This is a rip off. The rooms end up costing more. Currently we are in a tournament in Las Vegas and the hotel we are at which was a choice of traveling teams is disgusting. When you look on the website of the hotel and other booking sites rooms are as low as $24 a night yet we payed close to $150. I really don’t think this company visits the hotels they give you as a choice because if they did the hotel we are currently at would have never made the list. Furthermore often times the hotels they give you aren’t anywhere near the tournaments. For example in San Diego they tried to out us at a hotel over an hour away from the fields. I wish these tournaments would stop using this company and allow teams to find and book their own rooms which we could do for a lesser cost.
Ron Ferrante: Can’t say enough great things about Anjelica and Traveling Teams!! Responsive, helpful, and courteous is the best way to describe my interaction with her through this process! No matter what issue I had she went out of her way to make sure everything was corrected in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the process!! Thank you for your professionalism and keep up the great work!!!
Tracy Kilvinger: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueWish I could rank lower. Hate when we are forced to use them and will typically pass on an event if they go through them. And the constant spam text and email they send. Worst thing to be in travel sports.
Laurie Fisher: Critical:ResponsivenessTraveling Teams is a rip off. Rates are not good and their customer service is bad. They are terrible at responding to emails and phone calls. Very unorganized and not helpful. It’s shame we are forced to use them.
Larry Harris: Very poor customer service. The online site works well enough, but if you need to talk to them, beware. I provided information for them and they never called back. The first call I had to wait 40 minutes. When I tried to follow up, the next agent just hung up on me when I took 2 extra seconds to unmute my phone after 30 minutes of waiting on hold. E-mail contact just said to call customer no-service.
SDH SDH: Traveling Teams is one of the worst run hotel middle men ever. They charge so much more and are terrible to work with. They rarely respond to requests, so many hotels don't want to work with them because they are so difficult to deal with and they don't keep their word. We were told we would have hotel rooms in 24-48 hours. It has now been 3 weeks and we haven't heard a thing. Even the management isn't helpful. Do not use!

Staybridge Suites Detroit-Utica, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Shannon Sanchez: Check in was smooth, didn't even require a card for incidentals. The room was a 1 bedroom suite with the kitchenette, and spacious. However, I can tell no one checks behind housekeeping to make sure they're cleaning what they're supposed to. I could tell the bathroom was not swept at all, and the microwave not wiped out. So who knows what else was neglected. Breakfast was ok. The area is very congested and lots of heavy traffic. I would probably choose this location again if it wasn't for how busy the area is.Nearby activities: Tons of stuff to do in this area
Kayla Check: The rooms are pretty decent. However, pricing is high, and staff isn't the most friendly. Their is food included, to which I attribute the added costs, but it's not anything I'd brag about.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
David Zaner: This Place met my expectations in every way except fir a terrible experience I had with the management one day. KESHAUNE J was extremely rude and said I had to leave by 2 or she was calling the police. I explained that it was Paid for but I would provide paperwork shortly. I walked down to the office and by that time she realized that the room was already paid for and an employee overlooked it. She quickly apologized and blew it off then got extremely loud and rude with me and told me I could leave. I cannot believe how this person acted and they are responsible for anything dealing with the public. I guarantee that they wouldn't act that way if their manager was around.
Robert Bull: Noteworthy details: Their continental breakfast is out of site. And 3 times a week they serve dinner.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More

Jason Fisher: Nice 2 room suites. We got in late the first night, we had to wait for an hour for the computer, and the lady working was rude. She also didn't tell me that since my 6 day stay went through the weekend I would get charged an extra $200. I went back to stay 7 more days today, and the same lady canceled my reservation. I stay in IHG hotels for several months a year. The rude lady and her boss are the only IHG staff that have ever made me feel unwelcome
John Smith: Great hotel, staff was awesome, room was perfect!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Samantha Rager: Not kid friendly or special needs friendly at all. The walls must be paper thin, because my nephew with special needs was just being changed and there was a noise complaint filed. If we were blasting cocomelon or running around, I would understand, but he was being changed. How thin are the walls if a changing warrants a noise complaint. They kept pounding on the walls even after we tried putting them to bed, so their dad had to take them home and they ended up missing my wedding. There was also something like vomit still caked on the curtains, shoddy repairs throughout the rooms. One lamp that was supposed to have two bulbs, just had one, and that one didn't work. There looked like those little neon toothpicks sticking out of the ceiling and like it hadn't been vacuumed. The living room of the two room suite wasn't humid, but the bedrooms felt cold and damp.
Dedee Mo: Rooms: Room was really spacious. However a few things were broken but staff addressed it and fixed immediately!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Michelle Jarrard - Kearns: Great hotel, clean
Vic Hall Sr: Very nice Staybridge Suites and will be staying their again on my business travels to Sterling Heights. The Management and Cleaning Staff were very friendly.Rooms: The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable to sleep in.
Trudy Kopitz: Rooms: There's things in the room that have been broken for at least a year and still not fixedHave dame room every time.
William Hines: The staff act like they don’t want to work, everyone I came in contact with had an attitude which is bad because the hotel is nice but the service was shityRooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Carolyn Bush: Incredible! Wonderful! Grateful! Just a few words that come to mind after our stay at Staybridge. Our pipes burst in our home while we were on vacation and we needed a place to call ‘home’ while our house was being renovated. Buki, Mildred and staff were so good to us from the moment we walked in that door. They were all very caring and compassionate. The housekeeping staff was so friendly, they would take time to visit. We were devastated about our home, but everything happens for a reason and God truly blessed us with our stay there. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to help my husband, myself and my two teenage daughters feel at ‘home’. Highly recommend it for long term or short term stays! And yes, they breakfast was amazing, 7 days a week and a light meal Monday - Wednesday for social hour. Free laundry.
Dennis Squires: Great place! Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Gregory Wnek: Clean place!
John Young: The suite was more expensive than TownePlace suites and it’s disgusting. I found someone’s dirty T-shirt in one bathroom, a Juul pen under the chair and the kitchen trash was completely full. Don’t stay here.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Hyatt Place Detroit/Utica: what do users think?
Christine: I walked through the doors and the hotel seemed musty smelling. When I walked up to the counter to check in to 411 the man at the front made me feel that it was a bother I showed up to check out. He mumbled the breakfast hours so I asked for a pen to write them down and he handed me it annoyed that I need to write things down to remember. Get to the room and it smelled so old and musty. Please have 411's carpet cleaned. Shampoo the hallways. Shampoo the couch and move it and vacuum under it please. The shower is so old and dirty looking I was so thankful I brought slides and I wore them the whole time. There were smears on the TV stand. I wanted to go ask for a different room, but the front staff was not the friendliest. I checked the bed and it was atleast clean so I just tried to hurry my stay along by falling asleep. I will say at least the bed had clean sheets. I will definitely not return to this hotel. I spent way too much money for this hotel stay. Very disappointed! The hunt for a nice, clean hotel continues.
John Lee Bingham: Another nice Hyatt.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Maha Saoud: We had a great stay this past weekend, great staff and a special thanks to Anas at the front desk, very helpful polite and respectful. We had a group of 22 rooms booked and he was so accommodating to everyone. Great service and overall cleanliness.
Brad P: Clean rooms, nice lobby, a great but small pool area.
Samantha Shepard: We stayed here for a little over a month and enjoyed our stay. The hotel breakfast was what we looked forward to the most. One reason why we looked forward to breakfast is because of Judy. She made it easy to feel at home, our daughter absolutely loves her and still talks about her to this day. She’s the sweetest woman ever! Aside from that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us each time we came in, very professional staff. We definitely will be staying here again sometime soon!Nearby activities: Close to Partridge Creek, parks and plenty of stores.
Kevin Green: Manager very rude and don't get along with people. Very non people skillsRooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
miranda banana: Right next to Dave and busters and lots of restaurants! We had a very clean room and the pool was very clean as well! Definitely will go back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More

DELLA JOHNSON: Do not stay here!!! Hotel is old outdated & has a odor. Staff is basically rude/unprofessional. From the front desk to the “management “. They harassed my family, phone calls & even a knock on the door about the hotel policies. That’s the manager told us out of her own mouth are not posted on their site. I fell like we were racially profiled as well. Dirty looks no greetings at all.Next step is corporate to enlighten them on their staff.Long story short we left only after 2 hours of checking in.
R Peña: Beware the noise. The hotel is right next to the freeway and the room and the windows are not soundproof so it kept me up all night. Ask for a room NOT facing the freeway. In addition the bed is uncomfortable and it had stains on it.Also the air-conditioning kept coming on in the middle of the night even though it was freezing outside. Also this is a minor point but the TV did not work right. The tag on the back said it was from 2007!
annette thomas: I haven't been to a hotel in many years, the stay here makes me want to take mini vacations. We were here because of loss of power.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast was nice.
Mical Williams: Not coming back anytime soon. Service/staff no help at all. A/C keeps turning on (it's 20° outside) and I can't get a different room.
Marco Busiello: Last time I went the restroom was not as clean as I was expecting, I had to request additional attention at the receptionRooms: Very clean, standard amenitiesSafety: Very safe areaWalkability: You need a car, otherwise just mc Donald's, best buy and Applebee's
Amy Camilleri: Clean. Staff & guests are all so nice. Will definitely come back.

Ann Pakenas: When for an appraisal event. Lobby was clean, looked like guests were being taken care of. Disappointed in the appraisal event. Had a computer check in. Rosalind Ballard: Went to spend some quality time with grandson for his birthday was denied early check-in agent was not kind. The room was clean and breakfast was goodSo the latter was better than the beginning will be backFood & drinks: In close proximity to restaurants walking distance
Jane Church: The hotel is getting past its prime. Check in and breakfast are still very good. The rooms need work. The secondary door lock was missing. The carpet was badly stained in one spot by the bed. The window did not close tightly and air was leaking around the caulking. The wind whistled loudly all night causing it nearly impossible to sleep. The third floor where we were was supposedly a No Smoking floor. The smell of cigarette smoke was strong in the hall. This was extremely disappointing and unhealthy.
Mark Hutchinson: Great place awesome breakfast big and clean rooms. Plenty of parking.Nearby activities: Close to shopping and food lots to chose fromRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
jeff dandeneau: Nice clean, hot breakfast - thumbs up
Angel C: If you are visiting the Utica, Macomb, Detroit area.....this is a great place to stay. Right off Hall road. Located close to and right in the middle of everything. Close to places to shop and tons of places to eat. Only a 30-45 min drive to the major attractions in the Detroit area. About 15 mins from Great Lakes Crossings.Rooms: Me and hubby were spending time together in one of the King bed with jacuzzi in room. It was awesome and spacious. We enjoyed the room and the hotel amenities. Room 312 was great. Thanks Holiday Inn, hubby and I enjoyed out 20th wedding anniversary.
Fenilkumar Patel: This hotel did a fair job on the value of money.- greats are location- couch in room- sink in room- great breakfast- ample and good parking- hotel missed to give me wake up call consistently on 2 days (front desk noted my request both time in front of me, but no call received)- elevator area (since it is near pool) has constant smells of chlorine- only 1 elevator which is old- the back of couch makes constant noise Avery time you move even a little bit.- wifi had a poor bandwidth
Morgan: They had a lot of chlorine in the pool a lot of chemicals making eyes burn ,coughing hard breathing to breathe the air in the pool room of the fog !

Rich Schlue: We have nothing but fantastic things to say about our stay!Great location!!!Modern, Clean, Beautiful. The ENTIRE Staff were all absolutely amazing!Rooms: Spacious, clean and quietNearby activities: Multiple restaurants and amenities close.Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet AND Room service were AWESOME!!!
George Siegle: Rooms are in very good condition from a maintenance perspective, clean, and no odors. Common spaces were also well maintained and clean. The staff did a great job this weekend despite 2 weddings and about 12 hockey teams staying. A bit loud in the atrium but didn't bother us in the rooms. Breakfast was very good, and love the omlette station.
Lana Lewis: Booked a room for a hockey tournament. Got to the Embassy Suites and they told us we canceled our room. We absolutely did not. They stated they didn’t have any rooms and were no help getting us accommodation elsewhere.
Jeff Spires: Shamim and Golam are the best. I love coming to Troy and staying at Embassy. I know the team values my loyalty and I value their service. Home away from home.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Gail Rouscher: Some areas are very run down. Most of the hotel is great. Clean, good selection for breakfast.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Anthony Franco: Fantastic hotel with suite style rooms featuring a living room, small kitchen area, bathroom, and bedroom (we had a king bed). The people who work here are very helpful and there are plenty of restaurants around the area, even within walking distance. We got to interact with the front desk personnel, maintenance personnel, the bartenders, and the chef during breakfast and didn't have one bad experience. The made to order omlette station was the best part about dining! Also they have spacious workout room that can hold a good amount of people at once. The pool was closed for maintenance while we were here but it looked decent as well. Overall I would recommend this place to stay to others!
Brenda Johnson: The Breakfast Is wonderful, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean.
Rick Duyck: Awsome visit,great breakfast. The BEST bartender around!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Michael Caldwell: What a great place! Nothing I needed for 3 days went unnoticed. Breakfast was great ( and free), free drinks at night was unexpected and welcome.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
Megan Layfield: Excellent place to stay! Right off the highway, well lit parking lot for late arrivals. Every single staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly! From the front desk, to house keeping and breakfast crew. The made to order omlet station was delicious and the chef really took his time to attend to every persons request. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to.Room was perfect, everything looked practically new in the room. Couch and chairs were very comfortable to sit in and actually relax.
Josh Bigelow: We hosted a 3 day training event here and the whole experience was great. Our event coordinator Jordan was efficient, helpful, and great to work with. The rooms were nice, the event space was nice, and the food for our event was absolutely amazing. Overall 5 stars.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Primary Care Walk In Clinic: We booked Executive room at $270 per night for 4 nights and provided regular room worth $130 per night for 4 nights.Refused to even look in to the issue.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
layah banks: Everything was really good until I arrived at the bar that evening to order a drink and something to eat. The bartender had a bad attitude and also ignored me for atleast 15 minutes talking to other guest that already had food and drinks. When I asked about the complimentary drinks he replied with an attitude and told me it ended at 9pm then walked away not even hearing that I wanted to still place an order for food and drinks. Finally he came back after waiting 10 more minutes, I placed my order and asked if it can be sent to my room. Long story short my wings came a long time later in a to go box and cold from sitting down at the bar. I decided not to mention it I was tired and had been at my daughter's volleyball tournament all day 45 minutes away from the hotel. I checked my receipt the next day and low and behold the bartender tipped himself $7.00 I called and got the 7.00 back it wasn't the money it was the principle. Alot of noise from kids also above me and kids running around and playing on the elevators. However the front desk check-In and check-out crew was amazing 👏Food & drinks: Bartender has a bad attitude
Mechele Smith: Pool not open wasn't aware until I got there.Sent to hotel across parking lot to swim but they had their own guest which made it overcrowded their capacity was 42 max and it was way more . Too much noise in halls at nightRooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Brooke Scott: The staff was absolutely the best part about this stay. Rooms were well kept too.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
