I've waited all summer to have a cracked pipe fixed and now it's Sept . and still no one has reached out to me. All I'm hearing when I call is promises. Technician did come out, said it was an easy fix, left the panel off and the filter out and never came back. The cracked pipe was completely my fault but you would think that the company you bought it from would back their products, but they don't. Keep driving if you are interested in buying from them, is my advise. I did give them a rating of 1 for answering the phone.

We just purchased our second Master Spa in 20 years and have stayed with the same family owned business and found our recent experience to even further surpass our last experience in 2002! We were gonna hold off on purchasing it until June but we loved it so much that we decided to buy a Hot tub and the cabana. Little did we know the hot tub came with a DAMAGED SPEAKER and they told us the Cabana came with two keys! We only got one so we went to the store just for them to tell us they FIRED the staff member who sold us the hot tub and said he lied to customers…. Which is not our problem because he’s working for them! so they should be RESPONSIBLE of who they hire! After spending all that money we are left one key after being lied to. And all they could do when we went in there is give me a CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER to PAY FOR ANOTHER KEY that’s was supposed to come with it!! They should have better customer service and because they hired someone who wasn’t doing their job properly their customers have to suffer! THINK TWICE ABOUT BUYING! I’m pretty sure they gave us the cabana model on the floor after telling us it’s new

Mark Benedict: Bought a hotsprings hot tub. It was 16k. No follow up. No thank you. Delivery was a mess. Not delivered or installed correctly. So far I've done my own repairs. Ive called for service several times, no returned phone call. This place is a joke at best. Customer service is non existent. I would recomend any hot tub store over this at any price point. They don't stand behind there product. Bad service, bad product, bad brand, stay away

Amanda Smoger: Called because my hot tub kept getting cloudy after every use. I thought I needed new filters (even though ours were only 2 months old). Turns out the filters were not the problem. I appreciate that he was honest and did not sell me the filters that I did not need. He was able to diagnose the actual issue over the phone and offered to come out that same day to fix up our tub! He explained everything he was doing and showed us how to maintain our tub going forward which was incredibly helpful. The outstanding customer service is very much appreciated! Keith B: Chris Strom is the man! When I first met him in the Utica Store he was very very helpful, and super knowledgeable...like scary knowledgeable!!! I took his information and applied to my spa, but I think I messed it up too much in the beginning, so enter Chris again.... After many back and forth texts with Chris (he is super responsive), he drove out to our house this past Sunday to give a full tutorial to me and our friends (they bought the same spa as us) which lasted about an hour. I had my tub drained and refilled waiting for him to show us how to start from scratch and all seems to be good with the chemistry of our water, if and when I mess it up, I know I can count on him for help. If you are going to buy a spa or suana or whatever else they sell, buy from Chris Strom!!!!

In Utica I walked up to the door to see the hours and they guy inside walked up to the door, slapped a be back in 30 minutes sign on the window and wasn't back after an hour which was why I had to go to Rochester.

rj magiera: I was shopping for a 12x24 oval pool in May of 2020 with very little luck. I contacted Pools and Spas a Go GO in Utica and spoke with the owner Steve. He consulted me about the versatility of going with a round pool instead of an oval. Luckily, he had one 21' Sharkline pool available.... kinda. With all the Covid shutdowns it took a few weeks to completely get the order full, but throughout the whole ordeal, Steve and his staff were not only very accommodating, but also professional. We installed in late June and of course there were small hic-cups to overcome but again, Steve and his staff were always available to assist. I highly recommend PSGG and look forward to doing business with them for years to come!

christina doran: I was having major issues with poor water flow and we thought we needed a new pump. I spoke with Steve from the Shelby location and he was a massive help. I was prepared to replace all the old equipment I have just so I could be certain that we would be able to use the pool all season. Steve was able to help me troubleshoot the problem and save me $2k in unnecessary equipment and repairs. He was patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and followed up. Very pleased with the service I get whenever I go into the store!!

David Joseph: Covid shopping: demand is high and supply is low! Sales was great explaining and pricing options. Radiant appears to be great on paper but the cost ($20k) and install ($8-10k) became quickly unrealistic. Ended up going with a Doughboy which has all the features we wanted (partial bury) and affordable price point.

We have had a small minor issue that has taken some time to pin point what exactly the problem is since it can't be replicated on demand, and Matt has been on top of it every step of the way. He is extremely responsive to every text and has never treated me like the crazy lady when I call - and I've called more than a few times! This week he was out two days in a row and when he brought the tech Jarod with him, he was extremely kind and helpful as well. When we came back in August, 2022, he remembered us and helped us pick the perfect hot tub for a great price! Delivery was on time and without any issues. The hot tub itself is wonderful. It's both water therapy after a good workout and just fun to hang out in. We can't say enough good things.

Richard Zimmerman: Did a lot research before our hot tub purchased. Looked at reviews and quality of hot tubs sold. Decided on the Hot Tub Store in Rochester and it turned out to be the best decision. They are always there to answer any questions. Even if busy they would get right back to me. We were having an issue with getting the water balance right and they worked with and were willing to come out to the house to help. This level of customer service speaks volumes and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

Ken Salembier: These guys gave me the run around from the start. We bought our tub last December. They delivered it and the tub had leaked from the plumbing from day one. They blamed it on the factory. The repair guy even said they should have verified everything was good from the moment they dropped it off. These guys only want to take your money. As soon as they get it, customer service is non-existent. Would look for another dealer, they don’t care about their customers. Having another issue with the led lights, and they sent someone to fix it, the same issue is popping up again, but they want to charge a trip fee for their tech to come fix it all of the sudden. The sales guy told me if you every have any issues with the tub, you are covered under your warranty and won’t have to spend a dime out of pocket. Very disappointed with this dealer.

Dee Aka-Red: Not only was my experience purchasing a hot tub here informative (they answered all my questions about the differences in the models) and pleasant (friendly staff!) but I watched the owner go out of his way to help someone who wasn’t a customer. A lady came in for help with a filter for a brand they didn’t sell - instead of sending her away, they did more than just look up a phone number but offered to help find the best parts for her. It was their genuine care for helping another person that won me over! Definitely recommend!

Everyone here has been so helpful and instrumental in getting it going. They answered all my questions and had everything I needed. They explained all the different chemicals I could chose from, recommended what they'd go with, how and when to use them, and even things to look out for. I will be a customer for life.

Wendy Cramer: We have had consistently superb customer service here…..and we are extremely satisfied with our spa purchase. To our surprise our Master Spa has been so much more efficient than what we were expecting, being that it runs on 110 vs 220. Our utility bills have hardly been affected even in the colder seasons. We learned first hand how the insulation used in these tubs really is a superior product! We can’t express enough thx to the staff at the Hot Tub Store…it’s always an enjoyable experience to pop in for supplies!

donald litner: We did research on hot tubs for a while, the wife even created a spreadsheet with features and benefits of each of the ones we liked or thought we would like. Donnie and Juan were exceptional in going through the tubs and listening to what we wanted. Didn't feel pressured at all. They recommended electricians to help with the wiring and they were excellent as well. When the delivery of the hot tub arrived, the two young men were incredibly polite and nice as well. They took time to review filling and adding chemicals. Overall, just a great experience, we would recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub. My wife calls it a therapy tub :)
