I found dust on top of almost everything. Bridget was outside for at least 15 minutes on the telephone with a client. I asked her if she could vacuum my basement. She vacuumed a little area and dusted and charge me $80 for the basement my total was $305. Hardly any of my knickknacks were even moved to be dusted. They could see the lines from the last time I had vacuumed in the corner. She said it was vacuumed it wasn’t so they did vacuum. I will never recommend! Respectfully, MC

Time rolls around and they were no shows. I made multiple calls and messages without response to see where there were. Should have listened to another review that was made by another lady voicing her disatisfation. Dont make same mistake I made.DO NOT GO WITH THESE LIERS.

Sarah Maedel: *warning* lengthy review:While I hate to have to leave a bad review for anyone- I have certainly given this company multiple opportunities to make things right with no success, so now I feel the need to share my experience to help others looking for a cleaning service. My first impression was excellent based on my initial phone call and scheduling with Melissa. I expressed my fears and doubts as I am an extremely clean and picky person myself, but simply do not have time for the deep/thorough cleaning that needs to be done from time to time. She eased my fears and promised to send her best crew for a deep clean. Well the girls showed up (not in uniform, by the way, which is not a big deal but also not how they advertise), I showed around the house, explained what I like and then left for an appointment so they could get to work. Came home and my house literally looked as clean as when I surface clean it a couple times a week. The stove top was not cleaned, sink not cleaned, baseboards, light fixtures, and ceiling fans all still had dust on them. I could not believe it.The following day I received a phone call following up with my experience and telling me I owed them $250. We had a lot of phone tag going on and a lot of back and forth- never once speaking to Melissa again. I explained my issues and frustration and they claimed I never requested a deep clean. Fast forward finally she says she listened to the recording of my phone call and I did in fact request a deep clean (yes I know). Supposedly it was Melissa’s fault for not booking it in their system correctly. I now only have to pay $200. Lol. I say I would be willing to give them another opportunity for the deep clean and then when it is done properly I will be happy to pay for the service. (Still no contact with Melissa at this point.) She says she will schedule that and get back to me regarding the pricing.A few days later the crew shows up. Once again I explain everything, making sure they understand they’re there for a deep clean- I leave and let them get to work. (I unfortunately don’t remember the names of any of the crew members). I get home later and I am absolutely mind blown. I don’t know if they cleaned one surface of my house. All I can see for proof is vacuum lines in some areas. My furniture was still FULL of hair (I have 2 cats), nothing was dusted AGAIN, stove top was not cleaned, baseboards dirty, etc. I could go on and on about how horrible this “cleaning service” was. I immediately called (of course no answer) and expressed my concerns and that I will not be paying for this and we will not be continuing a relationship. Oh of course finally now Melissa can reach out to me. More phone tag (I work a lot), and a lengthy text from Melissa asking me to schedule a phone call with her at 7am before my work day. I responded explaining this horrible experience from start to finish and that I would not be making it a priority to call her. I told her she could call me on Monday (yesterday) if she needed more explanation. Never heard from her. Needless to say the customer service is absolutely appalling and the cleaning is even worse. Don’t waste your time.
