Calley Calz: Dr. Iris Daniel is horrible. If I could give her zero stars, I would. She’s very rude, unprofessional, and someone I do not recommend.

delvin conner: Not sure when the last review was done for this place, but as of 10/8/21 this is one of the most poorly staffed Doctor offices I have ever attended! I have been a patient for 3 months and never saw the actual DOCTOR (Iris Daniels).The family medicine side of this office might as well not even exist because while the stand in Nurse Practitioner is ok she is extremely slow and disengaged from customer relations, relying on a receptionist who’s seemingly not trained properly on customer relations and is completely unprofessional! I went to this office just to have a prescription for lab work filed and I was held hostage for over an hour with no other patients in the office! I had to walk out my room twice only to find no one at the front desk! The receptionist couldn’t tell me who the district manager was, nor could she provide me with a way to contact the actual owner and doctor only the office number . I would not recommend this place to anyone! One staff member slammed a door in my face rather than offering assistance!

From calling to verify my upcoming appointment: to checking out, Everyone has a smile on their face. The doctor is always willing to speak to you and you dont feel rushed. Would HIGHLY reccomend.

Dereck: Wow. It seems like the other two reviews on here share the same experience. This place only wants money now and they do not care about your health or well being. After getting an approved referral they continued to tell me they did not belive me or my insurance company would pay because thats not how it works. After sitting down with them and speaking with my insurance company with them 4 times where they stated all services are covered they still didn't belive it. All while being told im young and I don't knoooe what im talking about because I am not a doctor. The main question this officed asked was when will we get paid or why i don't you pay out of pocket instead. This clearly tells me something shady is going on that they don't want to take insurance, but instead cash from there clients. After all the conversations about it being approved and they would be paid for the hyperbaric services they turned around and told me they wouldn't accept me because they still didn't belive me or wanted to wait for there payment, all while them telling me they wouldn't turn away patient in need. This place lies to your face and will do anything they can to take cash payments. Would not recommend to anyone other then the IRS to check into their shady dealings.

David Butcher: Liars! Dr. Daniels was my primary care physician. I seen her a few times over the course of two years. She seemed nice and concerning. I was referred to an ENT under her care for a chronic ear problem. Having and HMO referrals are required to maintain insurance coverage. A few weeks ago, it was Thursday and I could feel an ear infection starting. I called my ENT to get seen ASAP and was given an appointment for the next day (Friday). They also informed me that my referral had expired three days prior and I could call my primary doctor for renewal. I called Dr Daniels's office and got the run around from Linda about renewing the referral. They told me my insurance requires I see the doctor every three months in order for a referral. I was unable to go in that day and without the referral, I would not be able to see the ENT the following day. I called Blue Care Network to verify this rule. They told me that no such rule exists and if I have felt an infection, the primary care doctor could simply submit the renewal, no questions asked. I had seen Dr Daniels exactly three months and one week before this! So after calling back, speaking to Linda and calling her out on this outright lie, she back pedaled and I was told that Dr. Daniels made this rule and she will not renew the referral without seeing me! It then became clear to me that this place does not care about my health and submitting for an office visit to insurance was more important. I was able to get a hold of another employee at the office and she wrote the referral. What a scam. Needless to say, I found a new primary care doctor.

ErichandMary Jenzen: Wow this hospital was amazing,I was having seaver adominal pain in my belly button area and I got there at 830 am and they had me all fixed up and feeling better by 12pm noon.That was the fastest I have ever had treatment. I strongly recommend this hospital but as for other hospitals I have been in before usually are slow and I'm usually there from 8 to 12 hours,so Henry Ford hospital is amazing and the staff was very nice and on point with taking care of you with prompt service.BEST HOSPITAL EVERty so much for your services plus still got to work half the day.

Yvonne Harris: Not happy with the front desk on the second floor. Where is everybody? The foot doctor is good friendly. The nurse or assistant not very useful. The doctor did his own running around getting things. Ok i guess. Problem is the parking lot been here a few times, no security. Guy in big white SUV tried to pick me up as old as i am and took a picture as i was passing. I got his plate but can't publish that on google.

Michelle Kosanke: This is my 3rd visit to this ER and I highly recommend it. I pass many ERs and live 5 minutes from Henry Ford Macomb but I will gladly go out of my way to go there.

I will come back to this place if I ever need to

Vida Brocious: I hate to leave such a negative review because the front desk staff, doctors, etc they were all nice/good but my nurse who’s name is Darlene was possibly the most horrendous nurse/person I have ever met and definitely in this facility (which I have been to over 15+ times between 2017 to now). I came in with an anxiety attack and she was instantly rude and acting like she was in a hurry. However she absolutely crossed the line when she asked me to remove my arm completely out of my sweatshirt to take my blood pressure- this was completely unnecessary and a complete violation of my body/privacy since I was not wearing a bra at the time; while I was never completely exposed this did not need to be done. There was NO REASON at all and she snapped at me when I tried to question why she was doing it this way. Cherry on top was when she asked for a urine sample (which my doctor said ultimately wasn’t even needed) and I explained I had been puking all morning from the anxiety and was in need of some water. She actually had the audacity to snap “I’m not getting you any water” very rudely. I later had another nurse come into the room; he instantly gave me water when asked and when he rechecked my vitals, he checked my blood pressure the normal way it’s been taken every other time in my life. This facility is truthfully no longer in the area I live in; I was making the drive because I had liked the doctors and staff prior but this nurse is absolutely out of control & the reason I will be finding a new urgent care next time instead of risking dealing with her again.

Heather Malicco: I went to the ER last night I was in horrible pain to were I was crying and couldn't really move because I fell and hurt my back(mind you I had 2 back surgery already) and the ER doctor I had was very bad, he was so rude his behavior is so dirty and he was very unprofessional. I asked the nurse If that's all he was giving me for pain and he got so mad because I asked for pain medicine to help ease the pain and he said all I'm giving you is a lidocaine patch and you can take some Tylenol I said so what if I herniated my disc again he told me so what if you did you can follow up with your PCP then proceed to tell me I can wait in the waiting room so I told him well if I messed my back up and need another surgery and you failed to help me because that's what doctors are suppose to do help people when they are in pain,hurt or sick I will sue you then he proceeded to tell me go right ahead I don't care you can try and they gave me no discharge papers or anything the worst hospital I have ever been to ever. But I can at least say the nurses were very respectful and nice to me..but I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go to this hospital if you hurt yourself, sick or in horrible pain because you will get treated like you are nothing and get talked to like your nothing and get kicked out because you asked for something for pain..

Melisa Gerard: The front desk is always friendly and super fast to get you in back at the urgent care BUT the physicians are not doing what they are suppose to. 1st time I had a hard time breathing for 2 days. Went there and got in fast, had a ekg and I was fine, turns out it was just anxiety...BUT So last year my mom is turning yellow and having stomach pain. Doc saidUTI but she had so much glucose in her system they couldn't test. Turned out a week later she went to another doctor and that day she found she had cholangiocarcinoma....cancer!!!! NOT a UTI....if the urine couldn't detect it, other test should have been done, she died 6 months later in dec 2019...FF to Feb, I go there for severe stomach pain, I am told I have gastritis, no test done at all, I have gallstones and e one that is 13.5mm!!!!....I get your busy docs but people come there for care, not just because they want you to run their insurance...

Kim Stone: I am not happy with this place. It has nothing to do with my doctor or his staff. They are fantastic.I went for a routine visit with my Dr. and was greeted by a waiting room full of sick children and adults. They were coughing and sneezing. The little ones without makes were coughing and screaming and without masks.It is now the Thursday before Christmas and I am sick.Thank you Henry Ford for allowing me to be sick for Christmas. Your cost cutting measures suck.I would have thought that you would know better than to mix the acutely I'll with the chronically ill.

Tyra M: I came to this ER, 2am because I was having nerve pain in the back of my head. Very intense-unbearable painIt was me and one other person in the waiting area. Called me to the back after waiting 30 minutes. To get ask how much pain. I told the nurse 8 /10 at the moment. But I came in cause I was in tears at home in pain. Put me in a room closed the curtain 40 minutes go by another nurse come ask me the same question. She said she was going to get doctor, here it is 4am still haven’t seen a doctor, so I left in pain still, I been with Henry Ford for a long time. But experience, makes me want to leave them all around 🤦🏾‍♀️👎🏾No care, No help❗️I pray that they will get some doctors, that care enough about the patient that come in that place. Because I know they gonna try and change me for no service. What a miss up system 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

A TAYLOR: Love the doctors at this location but the waiting room policy is horrible. Why would Henry Ford administration decide to combine two clinics into one waiting room?!! This leaves sick patients sitting with well patients in a crowded waiting room without any separation. Kids and adults are coughing everywhere. Doesn't feel safe at all especially when covid is so rife. So disappointing and so scary to me even though I wore my mask.

His service was totally unprofessional I didn't expect it from this hospital he got the all test result but he didn't feel that to tell it to the patient or her guardian he communicate with nurse I requested him to see with me tell me what's happened he totally denied so rude doctor
