Becky Radloff: My husband and I went to the Ethan Allen store in Sterling Heights to look for some new living room furniture because we were remodeling our home. Katelyn was the designer that helped us. She came to our home, got an idea of the style that we liked, took measurements and pictures, and put together a whole design idea. We went back a couple weeks later for our follow-up consultation to see what she came up with. We ended up buying everything in her design (with the exception of some artwork for the wall). She did an amazing job! I highly recommend working with her. Ethan Allen provides this consultation free of charge, which makes it even better! We are very pleased with the quality and construction of everything we purchased.

She asked a lot of questions on what I liked and my colors. She didn't push her ideas but guided me on what I liked and how it should flow together. She also took the time with my husband to fit him properly in the recliner he liked, as far as the depth of the chair his head and shoulder position and he Loves it!She went above and beyond on her advisement on paint colors (which I was in a loss at). Then coming out to my house and showing me fabric for reupholsteing my dinning room chairs and decorating suggestions.Everyone Loves my rooms! I couldn't have done it with out her patience and most of all her expertise. Rick Billington: Ordered in March after the 72 he no refund period, after which we all were locked down from Covid19. They first called during lock Stay at Home wanted to deliver. First off they weren't supposed to. They continued to call, and we don't want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. All greed, no compassion. We will loose a couple grand, and I will see if I can cost them 10 times that in lost revenue... Buyer beware

Sarah Genther: Went to this location to purchase two chairs. One electronic lift chair and a recliner with heat and massage. Charlie was a delight and a wonderful sales associate. The delivery people however were not. They left the two chairs unwrapped and in the rain, refused to remove the old chairs (already paid for this) and brought wrong/broken chairs. Upon refusal of delivery they were rude and unprofessional. They also refused to bring the old chairs in.

I was looking for the perfect recliner because I no longer can sleep in a bed because of my spinal stenosis… I must have sat in at least 30 to 40 chairs before I found the perfect one! Heather was so patient and informative about the many different styles and options... I was about to have surgery and she helped me get the chair delivered within two days, she truly was a blessing for me! Plus I saved a fortune because of a sale they were having!! I can say without reservation how impressed we both are with Fajr the designer we had the pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable professional and thorough. With the numerous components to keep track of we thought the probability of forgetting to order something would be inevitable . I'm glad to say there were no mistakes. For a major renovation that can easily be stressful, her professionalism and experience made the cabinet aspect of the job a breeze. The installers of the Quartz counters were impressed with the quality and custom look of the cabinetry. We would have no reservations to recomend to our family and friends to use Ikea and Fajr for any of their cabinet requirements. Bravo!! Alexander: I think it's cute. I didn't actually use the design studio but I think the idea is a good one. I've never seen a mini IKEA before. It's location is easy for most people who live in Windsor, and they can visit the rest of the mall after they do their designing thing ma bob's.

Deler Bal: I scheduled an appointment with a design specialist thinking this would avoid the needless headache of me trying to design/order/build my own basement bar. How wrong was I? It was such a poor experience for me once I began putting my cabinets together. Parts had not been ordered. Some cabinets were incorrectly ordered. IKEA made me drive 3 hours after they admitted their mistakes. And once there, I wasn’t even offered a discount or an acknowledgment on the enormous inconvenience. Lesson learned IKEA.

Jonathan Loiselle: Walked in looking to design a closet space. Not one employees greeted us or asked if we needed anything while we were there. When we finally asked for help it was by appointment only… we were the only people in the store at the time. Then they prefaced the appointment booking with “it’s a minimum year wait for product!” It’s like they wanted us not to support their business.Seems strange to have a mall location and no walk-in support.
