The immigration process is irritating and a joke! USCIS takes forever to approve our paperwork, and in return to only give us who pay our hard earned cash 90 days to do what we need to do. That’s stupid! It should be the other way around.

Elahe: Recently came here and the lady with the horrible thin orange eyebrows that are uneven and look stamped on was incredibly rude and basically yelling at people. She was very pushy and allowed no time for anyone to even comprehend what she was saying. I really have never encountered anyone as rude as her. Staff definitely needs to learn how to talk to people, because her behavior was unacceptable.

Jay: My sister had an appointment for an interview with officer Markey, J. She asked my Sister a question and my sister don't hear her she asked the officer to repeat the question. Officer Markey, J failed my sister because she told her that and end up saying that my sister doesn't speak or understand English.

Saffi Hooya: Experience was excellent 👌 👏 👍 really nice people .They have restroom inside but I didn't know!(15 minutes before your appointment to let you in)so we ended up going to the PARKWAY FOODS across the road(they have restrooms all the way to the back)Wear simple but proper clothes so it'll be easy to go in.If you're going for biometric it only took me 5 minutes . Picture ,signature and finger print and done.2months laterDid my interview and passed it . It only took me about 20 minutes or so. It's okay to be nervous but just make sure you study so you're atleast ready for it.(Nextday) received my oat ceremony appointment for the end of the month.There are videos on youtube to get you ready. Study study study. I didn't have to answer any definition but just study it just incase. Better be overly ready and prepared than failing.
