Bobby Hamilton: I took my son 5 year old son there to speak with an Allergy Doctor. My son was tested for 12 different kinds of allergens. Was told there that he is not allergic to anything that they tested him for. The student came in spoke to us for a few minutes and then we were out the door. They wanted to see him again in a few months, which would have been this week. My son cough is still persistent took him to his Dr where she informed me that my son is allergic to grass per the Allergist. Which I was told you guys he wasn't allergic to anything. I am beyond mad about this. We could of had his allergies under control but now we are 6 months behind because we were also told that when he starts feeling better take him off most of his meds. Ridiculous I will never go here again and make son's Doctor also stated that she will never refer anyone there again either. Unreal and how about sending the Dr in too to speak with the patients and not some student. They are the worst!!!!

Jessica Z: Doctor is great, but office staff is horrible. Unfriendly, rude front desk. Communication to patients is poor. Billing dept. called to send me to threaten collections, but hadn’t even mailed the first bill yet. Later called and told me it was for a different patient…after I paid the amount. Never answer their phone, always have to wait 24+ hrs for a call back. Finally found somewhere else to go.

Silas Vexx: Go to literally anywhere else. They continuously hang up on my pharmacy, I haven't been able to speak to anyone there in months outside of voicemails I have to leave as they refuser to answer their phone. The receptionist was rude when I was finally able to get ahold of someone. The doctors are nice and I usually don't have a problem with them, but seeing as I have to call them sometimes to get a refill on my rescue inhaler in place of my pharmacy which they keep hanging up the phone on, I'm giving this place the rating it deserves.They clearly don't care when it comes to the health of their patients. If they did, it wouldn't be such a pain to get my inhaler refilled when I have chronic asthma.

Paul Bourgeois: The welcome communication here needs improvement. Recently I went in and here was the communication: “Me - Morning (after trying to sign in on the computer unsuccessfully). Them - Computers are down. Me - Oh. Them to - Don’t know when they’ll be back up. Me - OK, can we get shots? Them - You can still wait. Me - So we can get shots? Them - No. Me - So what are you saying? Them - Computers are down. Me - So are you saying that you can’t administer shots when the computers are down? Them - Yes.” This conversation and time wasted could have been avoided with clear and proactive communication. People should be greeted by name. People should be asked how they can be helped. People should be made aware of challenges or waits up front. People shouldn’t just sign in on a computer and wait long periods for their name to be called. It is so quiet in this place because no one is talking to those coming in. You can hear a pin drop. Customer service needs improvement.

Marcel Adam: Dr. Mohamad Tawila , he is truly the best. Listens and cares for the patient. The Staff are very respectful and friendly. Everyone in this office is great. The appointments are on time. Thank you for all that you do.

Melak Khashola: Today I was really nervous going in because I knew I was going to have a Skin Test. However, the staff here are amazing especially Sara. She was very helpful throughout the whole test and made me laugh and before I knew it the test was over. Sara is one of the best nurses I have seen in a while. PA Amy Woodson kept me aware of my allergies and explained everything in detail. Thank you so much Ladies!!

Nicole Carroll: This place used to be wonderful. There must have been a change in staff over the past couple years because it has gone down hill. I have had many questionable experiences but today was the final straw. I left work early and drove all the way from west bloomfield for my xolair shots. This appointment was scheduled in person during my last visit. I showed up today and was told that authorization was still pending. When I updated my insurance, I asked to be contacted if the authorization hadn't gone through by my appointment date. That was an incredible waste off time and very unprofessional.

Riyam Rm: This clinic has a large group of careless, unprofessional idiots....here’s why:I went there because I had a rash on my leg, the pa there prescribed two meds for me and I made sure with her that they are safe while breastfeeding...... when I got the medicine from the pharmacy, the pharmacist highly recommended me NOT to use both of the meds because it can harm the baby.... I made sure with other doctors and they didn’t recommend it too..... I tried to talk to them about it, they refused to talk to me..... what can I say, I hope Beaumont shut them down.

Hirmiz Looai: The worst doctors the worst place to go to they make my family go throw hill 6 year ago I took my son to he’s pediatrician because he was coughing and he was not sick he told me to take him to this place allergy center they did a test on him they said he have so many allergies Plus he have peanut allergies which we never went there for a problem with me notes they just told us out of nowhere they made me really scared and have to watch out from it because really high since then my son didn’t touch me nothing he even scared from peanuts which we never had problem with he so scared to death that he thing every day that he’s gonna die it’s very hard for the family to see that he cries every day and we can’t even go restaurant because of him after five years I ask for a blood work to see how strong it what kind it is we did the bloodwork and it was negative negative before we did the bloodwork on their test on the office it says that he was allergic still but on the bloodwork it was negative and my son still don’t believe it and he still think he’s allergic to peanuts and he still don’t need it and I ask his pediatrician and he told me that you would need to take him therapy for that so please be a war from this office

Ashley Downer: This is not for the Dr., but the receptionist. I drove 45 mins to this place and couldn't get my daughters testing done. No one gave a heads up that there's construction in the area when I called, which made the drive even longer. Her reason was "I don't know which direction people are coming from when they call to make appointments." Well, that's exactly why you should say something. Nor did she say what building was the correct one until I called after walking around the parking lot of Beaumont office buildings for 10 minutes. Waste of my time and gas. I just sat in the parking lot and cried for 15 minutes because this was the straw that broke the camel's back. By far the most frustrating experience getting to an appointment ever. And I still don't know what the hell my baby is allergic to.

Mary Schings: I am so glad I found Dr Ross. My daughter had her first visit today (they got her in super fast). She was unable to be tested due to her skin flare up, but I did get some amazing information (better than the dermatologist) and it is working so well already! My daughter has stopped itching and is sleeping like a baby! I will know more after she wakes up how the medications worked to relieve her flare up. Dr Ross is a good soul and I highly recommend her! The staff are also all very kind and caring. Thank you so much for helping my little girl have a better quality of life!!Day 2: My daughter slept through the night in her own room! She did not scratch at all. Her skin is on the mend. At the end of day two her face is completely healed and looks amazing. No more dry flakes, no more wounds (completely healed). Her attitude is so much better now that she is not scratching and in pain. Her legs have a bit of healing to do, but no more scratching. Dr. Ross has totally improved my daughter's life. Thank you!

Dylan Polasko: Dr. Brandon Ross is wonderful as are the rest of the staff. For my first appointment I experienced something similar to the person who gave 1 star. However, I waited and found that sometimes the causes is because someone had a bad reaction to a shot or similar. Which is out of the control of the staff when that occurs. When seeking an allergist I highly recommend Dr. Ross. I believe at most allergists a similar scenario would be possible. They don't just take your vitals and ask you about your symptoms and prescribe meds. There is testing and treatment being given here. Dr. Ross takes her time and provides patient education information material. She cares about her patients and if they are showing signs of an allergic reaction or anaphylaxis, she and are team are there for their patient. They are phenomenal.

Lauren Maki: Arrived 15 minutes early for a 10:15am per their direction for paperwork. After waiting 45 minutes to be taken into the patient room I continued to wait, for another 40. At that point, I told the receptionist that I was leaving (at 11:20), she asked if I wanted to reschedule. I laughed to myself and said, no thanks.All in all, I waited for an hour and 20 minutes for an appointment I waited a week for and did not receive any service. Thank you for wasting my morning!

Sara Framalin: I cannot say enough about Dr Brandon Ross. After dealing with a skin irritation on my face for over 3 years, spending hundreds of dollars on medicine and dermatologists, I went to see Dr Brandon Ross. She spent more time with me than any other doctor, to discuss possibilities of the root cause of my problem which lead me to realizing what my skin issue was. Since my appointment with Dr Ross, I have completely healed and I cannot thank her enough!!! Great doctor, very caring and helpful!

She made sure my concerns were valid and I really appreciated how relatable she was and informative she was. Made me feel less stressed about my childs allergies and saw us within 5 minutes of arriving. Don’t listen to these negative reviews about her because I dont even know how she got them in the first place!

Kia: Completely dismissive and argumentative. Doesn’t care about the well being of my four month old child even though she has severe allergies listed in her chart. This doctor is negligent and doesn’t need to be working in pediatrics. I will be filing a complaint.

Donte McMullen: Phenomenal staff. Was treated with the upmost professionalism and kindness. Dr. Alsukhon was more than helpful treating my symptoms and conditions. Completely changed my life.

Andrea Waymaster: I have been going to the Asthma & Allergy Institute of Michigan for about 6yrs now. I've seen Dr. Bruner, Dr. Frith (no longer there, but was great), and their N.P. Dorela. I loved them all. Every one of them sits down and takes the time to genuinely get to know you and how to best help you. They are all kind and compassionate medical professionals, and they really know their field. This facility has helped treat many of my allergy issues, from food to environmental, and I'm feeling better now than I have in a long time. The clinic is always quick to get patients in for appointments, often even same day. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The clinic is clean and organized with plenty of seating and sanitation areas. I'm incredibly satisfied with my treatment by the entire staff here, and I recommend them to others with ease.

If I get allergy testing and immunizations, it won’t be from here.Amanda is an amazing doctor/PA, she makes me feel listened to and comfortable every time I go to see her. She is very knowledgable, but explains everything in terms that I can understand. Most importantly, my asthma is under control for the first time in my adult life.

SC Collins: Dr. Azzam is a great physician and was fantastic with my then 9yr old son (who is now almost 11) when he had to get the skin prick allergy test. My son was very nervous and overly sensitive to the poking and pricking by the med assistant giving the test. She was just doing her job and did nothing wrong, but my son was really worked up about it. Dr. Azzam came in to check on him and reassured him it was almost over, and we’d soon know how to help him feel better, because we’d know what allergies were really making him feel the worst. Anyway, my son instantly calmed down. He has a great bedside manner, friendly staff too!
