Rolando Soul: Scheduled multiple dates that company picked and everytime, no person/worker arrived. Also, never received a phone call to say "worker still on job, worker will be late, worker is tied up." After waiting 30mins-1hour after scheduled time, after not receiving a phone call or a heads up, on each occasion I called back and was told the exact same two excuses. "Worker tied up on long job," and "do you want to schedule another date" I understand worker might be working on big project but it's so unprofessional. These are times the company scheduled. The company could call and give a heads up. If I reschedule again as I did all the other times, what's my guarantee worker will finally show? I took off work twice to be met with an attitude of "it is what is, want to try again?" After 3 failed attempts I'm done trying. And I wish you guys the best.Service:Basement waterproofing

Joseph Case: Matt and his crew did an excellent job waterproofing part of my basement. Water was coming in through the chimney chute, so they channeled the water underground into the sump pump. They explained what they would do and communicated updates as needed. The crew arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. Upon completion, Matt told me what to expect as the cement dried and gave some recommendations for preventative maintenance. Later that night, it rained hard for a long time, and my basement stayed dry! I saw immediate results and am overall very satisfied with my choice of B-Dry.

They were very helpful, informed me of when their staff would arrive and would answer any questions I had. WOW! This kind of service is hard to find!Jim, their estimator, arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He inspected the entire area, drew a "map" of where the problem spots were and took the time to tell me exactly what the work would entail. He also suggested the sub pump was a problem on its own and should be replaced and that nothing on the floor needed work.On March 14, Anthony, the installer, arrived on time, was personable and professional and fixed all problems.I HIGHLY recommend this company! They are truthful and honest!!
Patty Crowe: We have struggled for years with water in our basement. After many, many estimates from a variety of different companies who were never able to definitively identify the cause of the problem we found Jim with B-Dry. He came over and identified the problem by having us open up the drywall and looking at the root cause which was rod holes in our walls. Other companies suggested it was caused by a high water table under the house - which would have meant digging up the foundation, adding an expensive drain system, etc. Others blamed it on crushed drain tiles — also needing to hand dig them out, replace them, etc… estimates from $20K-$35k! The estimate from B-Dry was much, much less than anything else we had been given in the past and more importantly, we know what the issue is and how to solve it. Jim’s son Anthony came to fill the holes- solving the problem of the water (not to mention sleepless nights) — for $1400 😊. Highly recommend.

Monique Brown: They guy that came out did a good job. I didn't like the foam he left on the wall but I didn't complain. My problem is they waited over a month to cash the check with no heads up or anything. Never got a call from the owner apologizing for the inconvenience. I didn't appreciate that so I would never recommend for that reason alone.. I'm big on customer service.

Mark LeMerise: While some recent heavy rains probably brought havoc to many basements, they were fortuitous for me as they revealed all the spots in my half-finished basement (and soon to be completely finished) that needed some waterproofing love.Immediately after calling, they were able to have someone out in a few days to give me an estimate. The salesperson was thorough and happy to explain to me the waterproofing process, pricing, and answer my myriad questions about aquatic ingress. Not only that, but he suggested some tests I could run on my own to eliminate some questionable spots from the quote.Three weeks later, their waterproofers took care of my basement in the span of a morning and made sure to test the spots. There have a few heavy thunderstorms since, and I'm happy to report that I've seen no leaks! The rod holes, I-beam, and sealed cracks are holding strong.Protip: Payment is expected on the day of repair, and it seems like a personal check is the preferred method. I personally don't own any checks and found myself negotiating waiving the removal of the 4% fee for paying with a credit card. Thankfully, the business owner kindly waived the fee.

I updated my review based on his integrity for reaching out and wanting to make things right.They came out last minute for a roof leak repair that another company messed up, bad.... Price was fair, but it still wasn't repaired properly. You could see daylight around where they were supposed to repair. I was told that there was no warranty, which I get, but the repair wasn't done properly to begin with; we shouldn't see daylight through the roof. After a couple of round and rounds with the tech on the phone, we just said forget it. We got a new roof from someone else a couple months later. Everything seemed fine up to that point, maybe it was an off day or something. I don't know if roofs are their forte.

John Ustick: My basement leaked so bad and ruined everything I had on the floor when we had a solid day of rain. I was extremely frustrated and needed it fixed fast. I was referred to Elite from a close friend of mine. I called in the afternoon and they made it out for the estimate the same day. The estimate I received was less expensive than the other three estimates I had and they had the job completed within a week of the estimate. When they did the job they were polite, clean and took the mess with them. The finish was flat, smooth and matched the rest of the floor. It looked like a tough job to me, but they were done in no time. I waited till after we got a big rain to leave a review and everything worked great, nice and dry. I would highly recommend Elite to any friends and family.
