Bruce Barr: The staff and ownership at this location are incredible people. They go above and beyond for everyone to make sure they have the best experience. The complaints I've read include a customer mad they didn't get food after the kitchen closed and another fella was frustrated the facility didn't stay open specifically for him after closing hours.If those are the only complaints, then the Shelby X-Golf is treating people right.You're going to have a good time there.

Mellisa and Abby were nothing but kind and reassuring that we would get a bay as soon as one opened up. I’ve never been to a place where the owner has called to apologize for anything, the employees, owner, and business deserve a 10/10. Thank you again Mellisa Abby and we didn’t catch the owners name but thank you. Come to Shelby X Golf and you won’t regret it.

roy rogers: Just learned about that place. Stopped in to get a feel for it and check the price's. The beer is on the high side for price, I guess you should go for golf and do your drinking some place else. I give it a 5 star because I love golf.

D Lichtenberg: Fun inside golf. Bar type food, because of COVID the menu was limited mostly to pizza, chicken nuggets, cheese sticks and hot dogs. Great time with great weather inside despite what it might be outside. Golf year round. Some minor adjustments made for the inside course.

Andre Rozier: First time there with my friends. Very friendly atmosphere. Family oriented. But, adults will enjoy it, also. Also has a bar, and few selection from TAP. I liked the Bells-two-Hearted, IPA. cost about 55 dollars an hour, but we split it tree ways. Not bad simulator. Definitely a great place to go. Service was slow because they are BUSY! Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time. YOU WILL ENJOY IT!

B Rabbit: Very nice facility. They started us 10 minutes late and kicked us out right at 6 on the dot. Kind of messed up. Beer was cold. Pretzels were a 4.6 out of 10. I've had better freezer pretzels.

Geoff Charbeneau: Clean friendly atmosphere. We had a little trouble with the simulator. It was reacting strangely to the ball flight. I think it was a glitch with the ball we were using. Overall a good time.

There isn't only golf simulators, you can play dodgeball and try to kill some zombies, swing a bat at a game or you can test your shot at the various simulated shooting ranges. I knew it was going to be fun when I went but I didn't realize it was going to be THAT much fun! DEFINITELY GOING BACK!

Dig Style: First time at a simulator other than at a retail golf store. It was fine, about what we expected. It just re-enforced that I will need to move out of Michigan if I want to golf more often. No simulator is going to substitute the real thing. The people running the place are nice enough and seemed knowledgeable about all things golf.

Anthony Leone: A group of friends and I have been going to Premier twice a month since the beginning of the year. It’s such a good time. The staff is super friendly (even if they make fun of me for missing one week cause I overslept). Super easy to schedule and make work. The facility is really nice and clean. Lastly, the simulator itself is one of the most accurate I’ve been to. Would recommend!

Simulators do a great job of explaining how your shot is along with speed, angles, etc. Masks are worn until you get to your booth so I can fully enjoy breathing while golfing unlike X golf. Owner named Shawn also offers lessons and from what I’ve heard from people who took them they have improved significantly. Would recommend this place to anyone who would like to golf in MI during the winter season

Chase Anderson: I don’t know if Sean is the owner, or the manager, but he was extremely drunk and screaming at 3pm on a Monday when we arrived to do some fittings. And after we left, were in the parking lot to talking for a few minutes, he ran outside screaming at us telling us to leave (and he was in our face screaming without a mask on) then he pushed my friend and threatened to fight us all, and then said he was going to shoot my friend in the head, and he stated that he didn’t care if he went to prison for it. This place is terrible, and also Sean sucks at golf, maybe he should work at a bowling simulator place.

Brett Schalk: Extremely happy with this indoor golf facility. It is very spacious, absolutely love the high speed cameras to view pre/post-impact, and I feel is very accurate. Short game takes some time to get used to but that is to be expected with any simulator. The staff has been incredible with every visit and very accommodating in these unprecedented times. I will use this location as my indoor practice over the Winter. Highly recommend it.

Michael Stafford: Had a great experience here. They have 3 Full Swing golf simulators. These simulators are by far the most accurate simulators I've tried. If you're looking for a place to practice your game this is it.

Andrew K Beach: Very disappointed in Premier Sports Simulators lack of response and willingness to work with me in regards to my group golfer vouchers. After numerous calls and texts I will now be disputing the charges on my credit card to receive a full refund.Response to the owner on September 22, 2020: Sean... In case you hadn’t heard, the southern portion of Michigan was on lockdown for a Pandemic from March 16th until early June. The voucher expired during the quarantine. I reached out at the end of June once things started to open up and was told I could have a 2 week extension w/ limited times even though I had lost out on over 6 weeks due to Covid-19 lockdown. I was also told that I could take the vouchers to Premier Sports and use them at any time if I chose to. I then drove over a half hour each way to Premier Sports Simulators to set up an appointment in person and the building had a sign that stated it was temporarily closed. In the parking lot, I called the phone number that was posted on the door where this simulator is located and the voicemail stated that they were temporarily closed and did not know when they were to reopen. This same voicemail lasted through the month of August when I tried to call again. I saved all of the text messages and voicemails that show when I called and the lack of response from Sean when I did not book a time in the 2 week allotted window he gave me to use. I was unable to book during that timeframe due to prior commitments and stated that to him directly. I finally received a voicemail from Sean on August 24th and it stated that I could use my Group Golfer Voucher if I bought another hour of simulator time from Premier Sports. Now that’s customer Service!!! You can have the hours you paid for if you pay for more hours! In the end, I gave up, and decided to write this to prevent others from having the same issues. I would recommend X Golf over this place hands down.

John Whitworth: Great golf simulator with over 70 golf courses worldwide...graphics are a 4 ..but replication if actual ball flight is a definite 5..spin rate .. ball flight..carry and total roll are simulated very accurately..after each shot you can also get a closeup video of where your ball hit the club during the swing..(for immediate feedback). Shawn Kungel who owns the busoness also is a great instructor who has taught golf for over 30 years. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE..AND THE NEXT BEST THING TO BEING ON AN ACTUAL GOLF COURSE!

Rich Carrick: Had a 9am booking time. I walked in at 8:49am to stretch and get ready for the booking. Barely got through the front door and an employee yells “ we are not open yet.” Not a problem with me at all, full understand I’ll just stand here like I expected to and stretch. He yells again “sir we are not open yet.” A simple hey we are finishing getting ready to open, we will be with you shortly. You are free to wait there would have worked. Went back to my car, left and booked at another place. No thanks I’ll just take my business some where else. Been here a few times and honestly, there staff is just rude. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Shelby.

Michael Hoppe: Computer got stuck for 15 minutes near end of round. Xgolf employee said it was the way I was swinging even though I tried what she recommended for 10 different swings before she reset the computer. No acknowledgement that we lost valuable playing time with this issue.

nickicker j: X golf is the best simulator place I have been. I have been to the Shelby and Rochester locations. Both are great, but Rochester has better food options. I feel x golf gives me the best simulation to my actual game. I have tried 5 other simulator places and would recommend x golf

ThirdDegree Byrnes: The employees were great. We had a lot of fun. The system got jacked up though. We had a number of shots that didn't register but were struck well into the center of the screen. Also we had about 5 holes in a row that registered as par 3s but they were not all par 3s. Some of those holes were actually par 4s and 5s. We asked about it the employees acknowledged it but we're also confused. It was a glitch. Not a huge deal but it stopped me from 5 stars. Everything else was great. Our goal was the slap the ball around and have fun. Drink a few adult beverages and eat a pizza. If you're super competitive go somewhere the system doesn't glitch.

Brandon Kizy: State-of-the-art simulators with good drinks and food. Pizza was possibly DiGiornio’s and it took me back in time. Very nice staff. You can rent clubs and also buy golf gloves and golf hats (ironic because we’re indoors but it might just give you that edge you’re looking for when you’ve got money on the game).

Austin Monfils: literally each and every time myself and the mates come to this specific location, we’re treated not like customers, but like royalty by the staff. specially Alma and Jen are absolutely godsends. they’re always on top of their game, treating us like we’re the only people here while also treating the rest of the crowd with the same respect. i thought this location would be a busy because of its location, but i don’t think i’ll ever play at another xgolf location and that’s 99.99% due to to the staff at this location. 10 out of 5 stars.

Joshua Jelenek: Plain and simple - don't miss this place. We have been a regular for two years now. Chris (PGA Pro) and general manager makes this place feel like an upscale venue in NYC. He is always changing out the mats and balls to provide a world class experience. The service is always on point and the beer is cold. Further, my wife has taken lessons from Chris for a year and saw 10 strokes come off her game. You will not be disappointed. Great place to work on your game, do a group date night or get involved in a league.

Mark D: This is the best Xgolf in the Metro Area. Having friends in different area around town we tend to rotate locations throughout the winter. The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic. They are able to troubleshoot sim errors within seconds. Anyone who plays at xgolfs throughout the winter knows how sensitive these simulators can be. This goes a long way with my buddies and I during our competitive games.

Steven Cullen: Im laughing at some of these negative reviews. People are just angry, aren’t they? This is a great place to eat, drink and golf during the winter! Staff is very kind and down to earth. Always accommodating. Staff even let me play a little longer because they weren’t busy at the time. I’ll always go back if I can’t get outside for a round. Why would someone complain about masks not being worn if it’s not a mandate anymore? Don’t show up if you’re worried about masks. Great place!
