Play Big: what do users think?
Kim Seid: Had a free coupon with no expiration date anywhere on it and the lady said they wouldn't honor it because it was expired. My 7 year old left devastated after she worked hard to earn being able to go. The lady was the only one working and was quite rude about it as well.
Scott Richards: We usually love PlayBig. Although, this time we didn't get there until 6pm. We thought for $12 it was still worth it for an hour. Clearly posted all over in the establishment, as well as on line they are open until 7pm.The older lady working alone, mentioned to us that they close in about an hour, which we were aware. At exactly 6:29pm she had deflated all of the bounce houses and said we're closing. So we figured arcade games at least until 7pm we put money in for tokens, she came over and yelled at me and my daughter saying "I said we're closed" "no refunds." So $17 to play for less than 20 minutes.
Eric Dyer: It's ok.
Jasmine Miller: This place was ok but the candy machine claw game looks like it has never been cleaned out. The candy looks like it's been sitting for years.
Mary Higgins: What a great place to take young kids. Lot's to do and plenty of space to run around.
Mike Adair: $10 all day play, only thing, Restrooms are filthy the floor could you a good vacuum, All they do is leave it in shambles from the previous day
Robert Lord: This place said that it was open online and wasn't open after a long drive. Don't go higher and expect the hours to be the sameYou'll just have disappointed children
Mike J: Awesome place
Debbie Alvord: The web site says 1:00 they will open. Been there 3 time's never opened. My grandkids have been asking to go there we took them CLOSED. Looked on website while I was waiting to see if they were running late at 1:45 it said it was open, well someone needs to change their website to different hours. So I called the number and no answer so I left a message. This is ridiculous. We will start going to other places because apparently they don't know how to tell time.
Martray Johnson: It was quite the experience for my grandson's birthday. He turned 2 and was able to run around, play in the bounce houses, and play the games all day. You do have to bring your own food and drinks, but that's perfect for me. It was a great experience for him and everyone who came to support his 2nd birthday. I will be returning there just to take him.
Diamond Mason: I’ve came here 2 days straight to try and book my sons Birthday party. They are never open on time or just don’t open at all. I’ve called and texted every number listed and have gotten no response.
Haley Ricketts: My son loves this place and has been insistent about having his party here. after calling for over a week to try to schedule the party i finally decided that i would just look on their website but their website seems faulty as well the only way to get into the site is to go directly from the facebook page if you just attempt to type it in or click on the links when you google it takes you to a website that starts to screw with your phone.finally i booked the party and they were real quick to take the $50 deposit even though i just wanted to pay for the whole party and not have to worry about calling back. i have yet to receive the confirmation email that i was told i would receive once they verified the deposit was made and that was over a week ago i have attempted to call 3-4 times a day since booking the party but no one ever answers the phones which makes making the final payment kind of hard. I sent out all the birthday invites which i shouldve waited until i got an answer but yet i still cannot manage to get ahold of anyone i am beginning to regret even planning a party here because i thought when you booked at businesses it was supposed to be easy and less stressful than if you were to have it at home. smh highly dissapointed
Elizabeth Mickelson: Held my daughters birthday there. Was clean, could be a little nicer for the price but fun for the kids for the day.
Mark Landstrom: I took my grandkids here and they had a great time! Lots of different activities for them to do. It was clean and had snacks that were decently priced. They are already asking when we can come back.
K T: This is a pretty good indoor playground. Went there on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn’t that clean but clean-ish. I’m hoping that week days might be cleaner and not many rambunctious kids jumping all over the bouncy castles with their filthy shoes on LOL. We did not use their bathrooms to comment on that. Lakeside mall itself where the playground is located, is waning. There were two fast food restaurants open there, one only took cash. I digress. So, this place has bit of everything for kids but mainly bouncy houses. I saw one little trampoline, bunch of little tikes cars, arcade, large legos, chess etc. But to burn energy, I would say the bouncy houses. Limited food and drinks options. Oh, and no mask wearing whatsoever.
John Castellenas: A great place for the kids.
Sloane Lyons: Awesome new business! Clean, spacious, and the price couldn't be better! $10 for our toddler to run around all day and play in all the different bounce houses. They also offered drinks/snacks and tons of really cool arcade games as well. Will definitely be back!
Heather Gomez: Great service and lots of fun would definitely recommend it especially for a party
Marina Sanchez: Place is clean and fun
Krystina Wilson: Clean and fun
Bryan Thomas: My 4 yr old son rants and raves about this place. Wants to go here everyday. Very fun for kids to get the energy out, highly recommend.Just needs hand sanitizer stands around and I haven’t seen the inflatables wiped down ever, and I’ve been there many times even when they first opened and at closing. But very new and clean looking.

Jungle Java: what do users think?
Shane Dean: Great place for the kids. Free wifi and decent coffee. Can't beat free refills. Typically pretty clean.
Michael Orr: Don't bring your sense of smell. Kids love this place.
chenita person: This place is the worst place i’ve been to the bathrooms are nasty and the the slides and just the play area is nasty and dusty please don’t bring your children here and the staffing is poor the kitchen area is a disaster staff is drinking and smoking weed in the kitchen area please don’t bring your children here.
Stacey Newland: This place is awesome. The kids love it, the coffee is actually really good and it's not crazy expensive to keep the kids occupied and wear them out 😂
Dawn Christ: Super clean! Kids absolutely loved running around wild and climbing.
Aaron Poisson: Kid had an amazing bday party here. The staff was more then friendly!!!
Kacety: Big kid play area? Great size!Toddler 3 and under area? Needs... updating. This area is crazy minimal. I suppose its sensible for only 10 admission for an 18 month old. But if i were paying the full price for a 3 year old, I expect a lot more.We will be surveying other places before settling. May or may not return.Food options are okay. We ordered loaded nachos and got no cheese? Free coffee refills is about the nicest part of our visit.
christina: my son had a fun time but i couldn’t help but notice how dirty the floors were which made me worry if anything else has been cleaned. and then my son got sick two days later. we will probably give it another chance but would love to see some sort of cleaning done.
B R: I run a mom playgroup & we come here on Mondays. We’re here when it’s busy, we’re here when they’re not. They absolutely DO clean when they aren’t running around helping make food or check people in. It’s a place full of kids and adults of course there’s going to be some crumbs on the ground. We love coming here & have made it our spot for our winter meets! Don’t let the reviews deter you! Give it a try for yourself, we’re going to check out one of the other locations soon!
Diana Boirum: A nice experience for grandson (4 yrs.) And food not too bad. Looks like the facility could use a little TLC - some fresh paint, etc.
Rhonda Hogan: Looking at all the negative reviews I wouldn't waste my money and the health of my kids to this place
LoxOP _YT: I remember coming like 9 years ago and I came back with my little cousins and it was fun remembering how I would beat up those punching bags and going down the slide
Jennifer Stundon: The website online says tokens for the laser cave, and when I went to go ask about the tokens they said it’s wristbands unlimited for $10. False advertisement!!! They had a sign about the tokens by the register and when I asked about it, they took the sign down and put a different sign about the wristbands up. Smh And the website also says Monday through Friday it’s supposed to be $10 take it in for the kids when I came in it was $15 because it’s spring break. The play area was dirty with trash in the play scape.
UniqueLiving: I will start by saying that the kids had a ton of fun. Appropriate for maybe ages 2-7. I don't like that the price was cranked up on weekdays due to it being Spring break! Not right. This was not mentioned online for someone to prepare in advance to pay more. Disappointed 😡
Дима Бруньковский: Много места, сыну очень понравилось, 15$/день, есть Wi-Fi, туалет, бистро.
Jork Optional: Jungle Java is an awesome place to go I like their playset or jungle and it never gets old no matter how many times you go. but some general maintenance would be good.
Edward Slider: Took the kids there. The price on the weekends was $15 per child. My wife and I got in free.We were there for three hours. The kids had an absolute blast. The only negative thing, is the food prices are a little on the high side for what you're getting. The only other issue is there are not enough tables for the amount of people who visit. We ended up having to move to a new table, due to a party that was reserved.Overall it was a great experience. And will definitely be going back, in fact our daughter wants to do her birthday party there.
Layla martin: My kids love this place so much. The manager Jen Absolutely AMAZING.! 💯
Kevin J Jacisin: Very busy. Kids had fun ...
Sonya Atanasovski: My nephew Sebastian had his 3rd birthday party here in early February. We had so much fun. The kids definitely played their hearts out in this place. My nephews didn’t want to come down when it was time to leave lol! So cute! Definitely recommend!
Jane Lawrence: It's a wonderful place for kids to expel their energy!

Under The Sea Playground: what do users think?
R Z: Fun place for my toddler to run around and burn off some energy! We have attended many birthdays here including my son's and the service is always exceptional. Food is better than any other kid's place I've been to. Staff is attentive to your needs. Highly recommend for kids birthday parties!
aditya gotimukul: Worst for Parties. Management is worst. It was 80 degree outside, and owner locked the Air conditioning control and the temperature was 78deg inside. When asked staff to reduce the AC temp, they said the owner locked the controller and took the keys with him. People were sweating... Had to ask for Water Jugs almost 5 times so that guest could be hydrated.... No refill until asked for. It was like anything you need you need to ask for and hope staff will act on the request. The only thing there were good at is asking the guest if they have signed in....When asked to serve the Pizza to kids, said "we are short staffed can you do it yourself"... Please do not host parties here....
Farjana Begum: Cheap establishment. They can’t afford better water pressure from the faucets in the bathroom. Skimpy with the water. And they don’t turn on the AC even when it’s over 70 degrees.
Bafel Zora: my two kids love this place, and the young one (6 year old) always wants his birthday party here, I like the good fresh selection of food they have full menu, most other playground places either don't offer warm food, or offer only pizza that is not made fresh, this place surpass them all in my opinion with food selection and reasonable prices
Raad Z: What a place if you have little ones. The play structure is very clean, food is amazing, many goodies on the menu, not expected from a place like this. Will be coming again
Gina StOnge: Place is filthy! Dust ½" thick on the supports/poles of the only lg climbing structure. The young woman sitting at the window, taking the entrance fee, was too busy on her cell phone to even be polite or welcoming.I saw one other employee, a man working the snack counter, who was sitting in a lawn chair behind the counter and playing with his phone too. Neither bothered to wipe even one table in the 2½ hrs we were there. There is one large climbing unit and one bounce house. When a child, not mine, slipped on the cement floor and smacked her head on the cement, neither employee even looked up from their phones. Horrible lack of customer service or caring about the safety of their young guests. Sinks are too tall for a child to wash their hands in the bathroom and no step stool available. A complete disappointment. Certainly not worth $12 per child.
Rachel: Staff is friendly and attentive, and place is clean and just the right size not to be overwhelming. Can sit in one place and see your child the whole time. If you’re worried abt your child being bored, bring their friend along and they can be busy for hours:)
Vanessa Logan Wentzloff: We went here for the first time for a friend’s kid’s birthday party. Overall it was a good experience. The playground is definitely more for children 3 and up. There is a toddler area however it’s not very big and there’s a lot of big kids running around in there. I’m hoping to visit again when my kiddo is older.
Danyla Yousif: I recently visited a kids playground with my nephews, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The playground was well-maintained, clean, and had a variety of equipment that catered to all age groups. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety of all the children playing. My nephews had a blast sliding down the slides.the food was very good and good prices at it.Overall, the playground was a fantastic experience for my family. We will definitely be visiting again soon. I highly recommend this playground to any parent looking for a safe and fun place for their kids to play.
Suzannemcc Parisparis3527: Fun for the kids!Surprisingly, their food is very good.
Amy Cooper: I love bringing my nephew here he is almost 2 and just loves to play here and he feels safe
Tahfia Islam: Don't ever plan your day around this place. You will walk in with excited kids and be told to leave because they're booked for a party. All kids places have parties and never not allow anymore kids. Ridiculous.
Jacqueline Berger: Not suitable for toddlers. The playground was overcrowded with children running around unattended. There were older kids in the "toddler" area and the toddler area itself only consisted of a small climbing structure with a slide. It was also visibly dirty at the playground. As in thick dust covering walls/floors. When a place is that dirty you can tell that they do not sanitize whatsoever. Only two employees were working one running door the other serving food. No supervision of the area by employees at all.
Nitty Gritty Mama: Best for little kids, but my ten year old had a blast. Will be back!
Charlotte Gordon: The toddler area isn’t even really safe for babies and toddlers. An adult with heeled rain boots kicked my daughter in the baby area and she didn’t even care. They also need to limit kids. It was so overcrowded that I watched multiple kids get hurt
Jazzmin V Arbitter: There’s supposed to be a designated area for 3 and under but for some reason bigger kids are allowed in the area and it takes away from the younger toddlers fun. I tried telling one of the employees & they did nothing about it. The big kids a really rough and mean too
add: Great indoor play area for kids especially winter time
Faran: Nice place for kids. A bit overcrowded and very few activities. They can definitely do better by getting more activities in there.
karen luna: Nice place, a lot of kiddos, food available to buy and your kid cam enjoy a couple of hours there
Tyeena Rupert: I had my daughters second birthday here , it was really nice for active kids . Will be coming back

Rochester Play: what do users think?
Mizzy C: The play equipment could use a update the mesh had alot of patched holes. Tlwe did est food here and for the price it was OK however next time I'll leave and go to McDonald's at least our French fries won't look burnt.
Courtney coomer: Amazing time with my girlfriend and our children. Prices aren't bad. Very clean. Good food. Had a blast! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend it!
Thomas Friedman: Great place for children to play and parents to relax
David Spivey: Nice place our little girl loved !!!!
Hope Tate: The place was really awesome. Our daughter is 19 months old and she had a blast. The food prices are high. And I didn't know that we all had to take our shoes off and I was wearing flip flops so bring some socks.
Junk Email: They really need to get their nets fixed. For as much as they charge, they can afford to fix the nets on a monthly basis. This one on the 2nd story scares me the most, I would hate to see a kid fall and get hurt over lack of maintenance. You can see this all over the playset.Safety should be the number one priority here for the kids!Looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen.See the photos attached.
Alan Obarzanek: Great place for toddlers. Clean and staff was very friendly and informative.
Akashdip Johal: Their garlic bread is good.
Emilie Coons: Amazing!! The workers are so helpful and nice! My son dropped his dippin dots and they cleaned it up so fast and brought him a new one! We will be back!
mike anesia: Went to a friends party. They were suppose to have fokd but employee said they decided to close kitchen becUse people dont want to come to work. Wow how do u just ruin someone birthday. Because they cant handle staf and then still wint allow parents to order outside pizza??
John F: Terrible service. They state u have to buy there food ok. But ehn u plan a party they close there kitchen and wont allow outside food. Ruined our party. Worst place
PJ Construction LLC: Worst service ever. No one answers phine. Everyone working is a young and has no authority to make any decisions. Promises and rules they impose are not being held
Nand Kishore Gajarajan: Desperately needs a thorough cleaning, especially if you want to let toddlers play in the play area. Also needs a desperate remodeling. Most arcade games didn't work. Sofas near the play area are broken. And please don't turn off lights 30 mins before closing.. Let the kids atleast enjoy what ever little play area they are left with 🤦
S. E: Make sure you grab a receipt from this place & check your bank statements!!! There's no way a LG Pepperoni pizza, 3 small ice cream dots, & a small cup of grapes are $78.78
Raham: The place is fun for little kids but it does not seem like they ever clean it. I would say it is dirty and the cashier lacks of customer service. The carpet seems never been cleaned for a long while. Honestly would not come back again. I hope the owners will spend more time and effort to clean this place and fix it.
Ken Spencer: Poor service. Don't answer the phone. Can't let people know parties are going on. Water fountains don't work. Most of the arcade games are aimed at adults. Not much for little ones to do. Majority of the games are out of order. False advertising on their signs. Will definitely not be going back.
Amber Murray: First time back here in a year or so and it’s really gone downhill. The structures are in disarray, multiple foam pieces are duct taped together, the climbing tree has multiple holes in the net, dirty carpets, some of the arcade games don’t work, etc. Most concerning was that at the top of older children’s area duct-tape was looped around a rolling obstacle, it absolutely seems to be a choking hazard and it’s so far out of visibility, parents wouldn’t know if their child were stuck. If they’re going to charge $10 for a one year old, they have money to fix this place up.
Dragan Lazin: Overall it's okay. Lots of room for kids to play, and climb on. I like the fact that there are food and drink options. Everyone is pretty civil and gets along. Here are the things I don't like. Several of the games don't work, the half doors that are supposed to keep the kids in aren't kept properly closed, and I've seen kids go through them to the main door, there is no family bathroom - which I find very strange in a place like this. The bathroom (at least mens) isn't as clean as I'd like to see - given that this is a kids play area. Finally the food is way over-priced, but I guess that's to be expected, and in the end is a minor gripe.
Jessica P: Perfect for a rainy day. We visit frequently. We love playing air hockey and just letting the kids run off all that energy! They don't really make sure kids wear socks which is not very hygienic.
Stephanie Rosette: Such a fun place! With great food.
CC: This place needs a whole remodel. It also needs a severe cleaning. Half the gaming machines are out of order, the carpet is filthy, and I’m convinced they don’t check the restrooms to be cleaned. Had a birthday party for my child here, and while I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt as there were only 2 people working, they were incredibly rude. Pretty disappointed as this is in the heart of downtown Rochester and given the amount of money they charge. I expected much more
