Tom Orlando: I was asked to leave the store because I had my shirt pulled up over my face because I forgot my mask. And I was asked to leave. But then their employees were walking around without mask on. I don't think I'll ever go back there unless I have to. They were nice about it. But you have to lead by example

Edmond Mui: Lowes doesn't like to give returns. Paid with PayPal and was told there was an issue with my PayPal account so they can't do the return, then called PayPal and was told there was no issue with my account or their system. Lowes clearly did not want to even try to resolve the issue until after I stood there waiting on the phone with PayPal for over 15 minutes. Then magically they said they can process it all of a sudden. Also noticed they returned less than what I paid on the original transaction. Not going back to deal with that BS. Very shady and deceiving practice. Waste of my time and horrible service. Better to shop at Home Depot.Update: Called customer service because after 3 weeks my funds still were not returned after the initial issue of the return in store. After speaking to the representative basically was told nothing could be done on their end since the transaction has been processed. Even though I gave back all the merchandise in store they did not want to return the funds and were completely rude about the situation and clearly did not want to help. Lowe's is just being a straight up crook at this point. Definitely never shopping here again.

Shahid Bashir: I am a frequent shopper at this location and have a Lowes Credit Card account. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous, except for today when I had to return an item which I had purchased last week. I had the misfortune to be served by Kelara, who turned out to be the most inefficient, rude and downright stupid character. She refused to take back the item saying it was not from Lowes but some other store. I tried to explain to her a number of times but she kept interrupting and rudely repeated the same reason. When I insisted that she carefully check the item number, of course it turned out to be the correct one. She quickly credited the amount and walked away without looking back and did not have the courtesy or decency to apologize. After walking out of the store, I realized that I have to talk to the Manager and bring this staff's behaviour to the management's notice. The Manager was very courteous and assured me that she would talk to the staff. I understand that there is a shortage of staff, but Lowes should ensure that they hire someone with at least a high school diploma. This person has no business dealing with customers.

Eric Vorgitch: Ordering Lumber that will be delivered is a hit or miss on the quality of lumber, unless you pick the lumber yourself prehend ! & the delivery window of 9 hours is almost laughable, especially when senior Associates at pro desk barely knowledgeable about their own ordering process and scheduling of deliveries services!, apparently "Rochester Hills"Home Depot needs to properly train their Associates better to handle such basic tasks!When running a business like I do, time is money and money is wasted with incompetent employees, in today's world.. you want things done right do yourself & forgo Depot with their unprofessional business practices.

J Shoema: Horrible customer service. 3 visits in 3 weeks to get fencing supplies. no one owns a box cutter or anything that will cut those bands to release the lumber. You ask they say they don't have anything to cut with. And if you do find someone they make sure you know they are not happy with helping you and that your bothering them. And i hear them walk around the store moaning "this is going to be a long day." The last visit i had to ask someone again to cut the bands so i can retrieve lumber while they were cutting the bands they asked how long i would be there cause they needed to close the aisle off for something. And the automated floor mopping machine guys - give it a rest you run that mopper 1000 x a day. The floor is not that dirty. Regardless of the customer service I'll still go there and bring my own box cutter and just not ask anyone for help. i know a lot more about home depot products than they do anyway.
