I was with a group and after we paid our bills, the waitress went around to everyone at the table who had not tipped a set amount (still don't know what the secret amount was) and in broken English solicited them to change their receipts to reflect the amount she wanted. I was one of those unfortunate souls she picked out from the herd. She wanted me to add an extra 10 cents onto my tip. No idea why. It was embarrassing and soured the entire dining experience. Stay away!

Catherine Gubert: Food was decent. We were a group of 7. Took forever to get our drinks (and the drink order was messed up) . One of our group ordered sushi that wasn't brought out until after we were done with the rest of our meal, and we didn't get even an apology. When I wrote in less than an 18% tip on the check I was instructed by our server that I was required to tip at least 18%. The service wasn't worth even 10%!

Angela Casier: My preference is ZERO stars!! We're a party of 4 with reservations, waitress just giggled mostly when taking our order. I asked the waitress if I could order double vegetables instead of rice, she giggled and said no then giggles some more. We upgraded for a total of $14 for VEGETABLE fried rice.....with about a dozen peas & diced carrot pieces mixed in the rice for 7 people (at the table) NO FLAVOR. One person at the table ordered noodles instead of rice.... why was I told NO to double vegetables (offered to pay if up charge) Then meat was cooked, again NO FLAVOR and then the veggies were cooked but not mixed - I received all onion and the 3 others, 2 of them received only broccoli and the what other person received was all zucchini......for the imposed added 18% gratuity added to the bill is ridiculous (not to mention by doing so, they screw themselves out of a larger tip - we normally START at 20% and increase for great/exceptional service etc) one person had to get up twice to get items since the waitress was no where to be found. WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN, wasted $175.00 for way sub-par food!!!!

Jessie Scott: The food is always fantastic... but the service it trash. When I receive good service I am a beyond good tipper. I will leave 30%-50% gratuity. But the service here is always terrible... not to mention they TAKE a 20% gratuity without saying anything to you. 1. Now they can continue bad service and still get paid well for it and 2. Because you just TOOK from me and didn't let me decide how much you screw yourself out of a much bigger tip from me 🤷🏼‍♂️

Brandi Mathison: This was so underwhelming! We went here for mine and my son’s birthday and it disappointed big time we left hungery and went to White Castle. I have a mushroom allergy and told the server and cook and the cook still mixed in mushrooms, the cook seemed to be in a very bad mood and gave no show at all. We waited 50min for the cook to even begin and it was not very busy only 2 other hibatchi grills going… the worst part is the portions were very disproportionate I got a tiny amount of rice and the man next to me got a plate full, I got a very tiny amount of chicken and as mentioned above mushrooms mixed into my vegetables (the cook tried to remove most of them but I still got several). My drink was left empty and I had to request a refill twice. This is the worst hibatchi I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favor choose a better place to avoid the disappointment! $132 for three adults and a child and we left hungry and disappointed ☹️

The waitress seemed to rush us out and I wasn't thrilled... my daughter had just taken a couple bites of her food and she brought carry out boxes out and dessert for her birthday. Zhaerhen Aydos: Concerns are raised about the hygiene of this place, as cockroaches crawl around diners' utensils and also near the beverage dispenser. No one seems to be cleaning up the hygiene here. I even saw them cleaning moldy grapes to serve to the customers. Eating here is a gamble on not getting sick. Why isn't there an institution to manage restaurants with such poor sanitation? If anyone falls ill after eating at this restaurant, watch my video; they should be held accountable for you.

Angel Touchette: The food here is alright, but it’s more the service i was extremely unimpressed with. The we didn’t even realize we had a server until the very end. Never cleared our plates, never refilled our drinks. Then when it was time to pay, all the sudden she was in full force. Ran my card without telling me there’s an extra “service charge” and showed me where I tip. I used to be a server and usually tip generously…but she literally did nothing. Then she stood there hovering over my shoulder until I was done filling it out. It was awkward and rude. Now I know where she was while we were dining…harassing other diners for a tip.

Not sure why that had the entire place decorated for Christmas in the middle of May either lol. That's the last thing I want to see after it just started to warm up outside! Frustrating, because their food is good. I would come more often if it was something reasonable like $12 for lunch.

I've been here several times with famiily members for birthday celebrations and we all had a great time. Like most other restaurants of this type, there was a bit of a wait and it is on the pricey side but definitely worth the experience. I think it is family owned and the staff was super accommodating and the food quality was excellent. If you've never been before, add it to your list and bring the family and make a memory that makes you smile too!Kid-friendliness: My Nephew loves Chinese food so I brought him here for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! He got to watch them make his food (and he's a very picky eater) and the interaction with the chef was priceless. He now tries to cook at home like what he had in the restaurant.Dietary restrictions: My Stepson is allergic to seafood and they made a point to prepare his food separately so he would not be affected and still have the same experience as everyone else in our group and it worked out superbly.

The gyozas were just 2 and super tiny, and the vegetable tempura was 3 pieces with two of them being just bell pepper rings, without tempura sauce.. and the miso soup didn't taste very good either.

They do not take same day reservations. This is fine. We mentioned we could have 9 maybe a few more. We will just show up and see if there is enough room to seat us. She thought this idea would work. When we arrived at opening a few minutes early. They refused to open the door at 4:58. This is also fine, rules are rules after all. When we were seated a few more people showed. You see they wanted to say their farewells. One of them was scolded by this host or manager. He was not planning on eating. He just wanted to say bye. Eventually we had a party that totaled 11 people. Two of them sat at separate table. There was plenty of room being the restaurant was empty besides us and one other person that was not with us. Once everyone ordered. The manager or host what ever she is decided to SCOLD all of us for not calling ahead. Even though we did. It seems she was attempting to ruin our evening. She should NOT being working in the restaurant industry. Besides that. The food was amazing. Chef was fun! The waitress was fun and did everything she could do to recover from her managers embarrassing tactics and attitude. The people of the party will never return to that location.

Cassidy Benard: Food has gone downhill. Prices increase but the food got worse. I ordered the tuna steak MEDIUM RARE. I received it well done and it didn't taste good and had no flavor. Management didn't even consider taking off our non alcoholic drinks for the long wait. When You spend $80 per person that's the least they could have done. The manager was rude and unapologetic. Definitely would not recommend going to this location.

Luke Darland: I ordered take out and the meal was a child size. The cucumber rolls were not even fully rolled and the salad was warm and soggy. All for $60!! Not to mention, the online ordering system didn’t allow me to use a gift card. Additionally, when I had to call my order in, the prices were completely different than online prices. Miranda (sadMiranda): Yuki is a restaurant that I've loved since my first time going, and it has a special place in my heart. The atmosphere is really nice, staff is super kind, the drinks are great, and the food is even better. We've come here a few times, gotten a few kinds of drinks (the butterfly drinks are my favorite), appetizers (crab mix bon bon!!!), tried different kinds of sushi (I LOVE the crazy girl roll, and the sweet potato roll, personally!) and this time I got to try the poke bowl. Amazing! Seriously a perfect portion for a super reasonable price ($11 I think!) with a ton of great flavors. The family that runs it is super sweet and consistent, very enthusiastic about helping you out and serving you (even a little overwhelming, but I know they mean well!). I know I give a lot of places 5 stars (there's no 4.5 option lol) but this is one of my all-time favorites. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options, as well as some specified vegetarian area of the menu online. There is a tofu option for the poke bowl as well. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids habachi menu with over a dozen options I'd say. Parking: Plenty of parking out front, the restaurant is in a strip with a ton of other businesses but I've never had an issue parking here.

Yasmin T: I had the spicy yuki shrimp noodles and it was delicious. Definitely try their yum yum sauce and the sushi was A1, especially the tiger roll. The shrimp egg rolls are good and the match milk green tea slaps, it's delicious and my friends enjoyed the butterfly milk tea and lemonade. You should give them a try and don't forget the yum yum sauce. And the customer service is very friendly she really engages with the customers 10/10 will be back again.

When I called to tell them and asked for a refund they said they don't issue refunds even though it is not clearly written or stated anywhere on their menu or at the restaurant. I offered to bring the carryout back to get the refund and was still denied. I've never heard of this!!I love sushi! So this is a big disappointment. The 4.5 stars is deceptive... maybe I came on the wrong day but why is that my problem! Then they tried to make it seem like the sushi tasting bad is my fault! And maybe it is for trying a new place and to support local business. Smh. I should have just gone to KrogerOh! And I left them a generous tip!

Nicholas Drabant: This place has an extremely wide variety of different sushi rolls to try, and so far all of the ones I've tried have been absolutely fantastic -- and they always come out of the kitchen look extremely pretty too. The waitstaff is extremely nice and attentive as well.It's easy to recommend this place to someone else.
