Bob Tibado: Sorry to say, no one picks up the phone over there, trying for the last three days, called 8 times and got hung up on 4 times. I will never do business with them again called Hellebuycks, the are getting over $3000.00 from me!!! Because they answered their phone.
Dave Sanderson: Service desk is terrible! No urgency to help anyone guys standing around talking to each other while there’s a long line of people that I’ve been waiting. Once you do get somebody to help, they don’t seem very interested in doing so.
Anthony Stone: Had an appointment so my lawn equipment can be repaired and the delivery driver was very argumentative with my elderly mother. Can’t believe Weingartz hired this particular person and there is no excuse for being rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Jeremy Willoughby: Was looking for a price on a tractor. Asked for the salesperson that was supposed to send me a price which he has yet to do so. The salesman behind the counter just said the other individual had gone home for the day. I explain to the sales person that I was looking for a price on a tractor and again said well he’s gone home and he’s not here tomorrow. He then looked right past me as if I was not even there and asked another individual if they needed help didn’t even offer to help me. Been coming here for years guess I have to find a new store to. Apparently all the good sales people have left. At least the courteous ones.
David Post: I like weingartz but i think they're pricingthemselves out on hardware. That's atleast so with me. I bought some fuel filters and girl lines. I decided it couldn't be too much worse than online and i like checking out the equipment. When i was told the price i was surprised. I overhead someone else comment on how bad the price was. I don't wanna quote anyone but he was totally correct. I could purchase online but i had an excuse consider new equipment which leads to impulse buys. I suppose their business plan isn't my deal but i would make fuel filtersand fuel lines easy to change regularly to bring people in to put my flashy shiny new equipment in their faces. Other than that their service has been very good in my experience.
Ryan M: I took my mower in for a tune up and to address a specific issue with the tire. I get a call it’s ready but the issue wasn’t even looked at! They tell me to come back the next day, but I don’t live close by! Then they said they would fix it while I wait. It’s been an hour and still waiting… $109 “tune up” and the most they are willing to take off for this major inconvenience is $25. Time to find a new more reliable place apparently. One that values the customer and their time. Maybe just take notes when the customer tells you what is wrong and fix it right the first time! Disappointing from a place I used to trust.

Billy Everett: Not super happy with Weingartz - bought some things there before, went OK. But called for price and to purchase $10,000 accessory for a tractor. Was transferred around, talked to George, then was hung up on. Also, their online info for the accessory is two years old now. Taking my $10k elsewhere.
Dale Needleman: Amazing service ! I highly recommend doing business here. I ordered a lawn mower bagging system at 9:20 am on 3-30-23 and it arrived at my location at 2:30pm on 3-31-23. Christina Broadhead: Ordered a pedal for my John Deere and they sent me the wrong one. I emailed them for a return and they approved it. I sent in the part and they never issued a refund. They stopped responding to my emails.
Jack McHale: C'mon Weingartz, get your act together. I called ahead and ordered 3 parts , all in stock. Arrived and 55 mins later the guy couldn't find the parts and went away like 5 times returning 5 to 10 mins later each time with nothing. He had to pull parts again and this time only 2 of 3 in stock. Will be going somewhere else for my business. Poor Customer Service and Execution and internal communication.
Chris Kage: This place has garbage service. Huge place 2 people working the counter. Multiple others just walking around not helping anyone. If they weren't the only place around that had the part I needed I would go else where.

Couldn't use it for first 4 months when we did would not start. Never got to use picked it up this nov. Warrenty almost gone plus defective battery whitch they don't keep in stock.????? Sam Watson: Very easy and quick experience. Highly trained staff and great selection of outdoor lawn and snow equipment. Purchased a new echo blower comes with a 5 year limited warranty and they even filled the gas tank for me. Going back next spring for a mower.
Mark Moroni: So far the customer service has been terrible. I bought my riding mower for upnorth. The battery failed after 2 uses. I'm now having a hard time getting it exchanged even though it's under warranty.

Benjamin Lewis: Buyer Beware! Bought a John Deere 1025R in 2021. It appeared to be stripped of OEM parts that were replaced with sub-standard parts. I have paid thousands of dollars for repairs that should not be required with less than 100 hours...the drive shaft, starter, fuel system. Please pay a professional mechanic before buying hardware from Rosseel's.

ABC Realty Services: Can't say enough good things about Rosseel's. Purchased a loader and attachments from North Carolina based on the pictures and Dan made the whole process effortless. Everything showed up better than expected. He recommended a Hotshot driver named Anthony for the 700 mile delivery and he did an awesome job, communication was great, couldn't be happier!

While inspecting the tractor before I picked it up, they noticed a bent mower blade and worn mower deck belt and immediately ordered replacement parts. Great service!

Kim Cox: Our experience at Rosseel's Farm & Garden was outstanding. Tim Rosseel took the time to show us multiple tractors without any pressure. All of our questions were answered promptly and honestly. They had a great inventory regarding tractor selection. Based on our needs and wants, Tim also took the time to show us a tractor that they had just gotten in. This was the tractor we ended up purchasing. Since we were not from the local area, Tim also told us about a local Tim Horton's up the road where we could get a coffee and make a decision if we want the tractor or not. Our experience was outstanding. I would recommend Rosseel's to my closest friends or just a acquaintance.
Peter George: Poor customer service called about a piece of machinery he has little to no information about it just short answers so I came in person to look at it he told me it’s somewhere out there you’ll find it and would not walk out with me to look at it and show me the machine but instead I walked around for 15 minutes looking for a machine out in the yard in the cold to come to find out it’s parked in a barn in the back I look at the machine started it and let it run to hear the motor after a few minutes I shut the Key off but the engine never stopped running I didn’t want to leave the machine running by its self in case something might’ve happened so I waited for 15 or 20 minutes hoping somebody would come by but nobody ever did eventually I figured out a way to shut the machine off then walked inside to tell him about it and he said oh yeah i forgot about that I think we might be fixing that he did not know what year the machine was how many hours was on the machine what was functional or not all he knew was is that it started and ran I would expect that a salesman would at least want to show you the machine and talk to you about it and try to answer any questions you might have but I guess not here

Dan responded within minutes and provided details that they had already received a down payment from another buyer. However, Dan asked what i was looking for and contacted me a week later stating that they found a unit that should meet my requirements. Even though i have never purchased from them in the past, the Rosseel's team treated me like i was a long time valued customer or a close family friend. I did find a Kubota closer to our home but decided to purchase from Rosseel's based on their customer service, efforts, and complete honesty.When i picked up my Kubota RTV, the whole team at Rosseel's were completely supportive and extremely helpful. They truly made me feel like i was special and greatly excided my expectations.Based on my experience - I highly recommend doing business with Rosseel's and plan to make future purchases.I am a extremely satisfied customer!
