Lena G: Really good smoothies and fresh fruit combo. The ricotta cheese is a bit weird; i would prefer cottage cheese. But the fruit salad was fresh, perfectly ripe fruit, and loved the raisins and slivered almonds on top.
Shamil Syed: They laugh at you and mock you while they make your drink. I called 15 minutes in advance for 3 drinks as I was in a rush to pick up food from next door as well. When I got there, the guy charges me first then informs me my order will be up in just a couple more minutes, it's almost ready. He then starts making my order as the girl from the back who took my order pops out and they both smirk at each other laughing. I stood there a good 15 minutes more tolerating their mockery until I finally received my drinks. This was the night of Sat. 4/8, whoever was working. They were not busy at all as I was the only one in there and they weren't working on anything when I walked in.

We went around 9:15pm, was really excited by all the options, we got 3 juices, but unfortunately the melon had zero flavour, we ended up mixing it with another one we got so we don’t throw it out. Id probably give this place another try in the summer in hopes the fruits are in season.

Sedra Omar: I was very excited for a Middle Eastern franchise brand to open in Michigan and i was really hoping to give them a higher rate than this. I gave this place a few chances to meet my expectations and i was disappointed every single time. Their service is poor, their prices are super unreasonable and most importantly their ingredient quality! You can’t cut through the Knafa cheese, this place is supposed to be all about knafa but it tastes nothing like the authentic Knafa.

Abdurraouf Abukhatwa: Kunafa was good, but it is not worth the cost. It is expensive. We paid 30 dollars for medium-sized neutella one, and the amount of neutella is not even a big spoon. However, please don't order cappuccino because it's wasting money. Other cold drinks were okay, but it's not worth 10 dollars a cup. Small place, so plan for pick up only.

nlovell nlovell: Wonderful place, reminded me of my trips back home. Above competitors, but fair price for drinks and kanafeh. It’s expensive especially at the smaller sizes. Could use a little more cheese. But they do use ghee, I could taste it. I don’t think anyone else (Shatila, Yasmeen, Masri, Lebon, Grand Mid-East Pastry, I’ve had these all) tops their kanafeh. Not sure what the 1 star reviews complain about. Service was very friendly and it came out with perfect timing.If the kanafeh portion was bigger, and a *little* more cheese was on it, it would be perfect. We will be back.

Avo Cado: Got the Chia Banana Boost with peanut butter. Placed a mobile order but still had to wait in a long line to pick it up since the inside was randomly closed. The smoothie was literally just chunks of ice with bits of oat in it. No banana taste. No peanut butter. NOT anything like a smoothie. Gross.

Diem Hill: I wouldn’t recommend this place, I walked in an no one welcomed me and there was 3 people standing around as I walked in. I didn’t see how hard it was to greet a paying customer. Especially when there is 3 employees making eye contact with me as I walk into the store.
Simone V: This is now my second horrible experience with this location. It seems to be another review similar to my experience so I know it’s not just me. The girl that works the drive-through on Sundays has the worst customer service ever. I was going to make a review the first time, but I thought maybe she was having a bad day, that’s not the case. This girl is just extremely rude and I will no longer be coming back to this location specifically because of this person. During my first experience, she actually close the door midway through me asking to use Apple Pay. She then had an attitude and it seemed like she rolled her eyes. Then today I was waiting in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes(I was the only vehicle there, also, there was no vehicle in front of me) and when I ask for a cup of water, she shut the door. The drive-through door is cracked so I know she could hear me say “excuse me” once the door had been shut in my face. Once I was able to get her attention again, she rolled her eyes when I asked for a cup of water. Something needs to be done about this employee because she is obviously hurting your business.

What we received tonight was a disgrace. My husband drove to your establishment and requested a new bowl...he was refused by the manager who was called by the 2 young girls working there, nor would they refund our money.He left and reordered from 23 mile road. I have a picture so show the stark difference. Many of the items we paid for werent even in the bowl. Buyer beware of this location. I can assure you, I will be posting this all over Facebook and Instagram.The left was our $30 + delivery and tip fee bowl that was half empty. The right is our favorite 23 mile establishment. Same cost. RIDUCULIUS. Make em famous ppl!

Colleen: I was caught off guard from the rudeness and disinterest of the staff. I won’t go as far as to name employee names on this forum, but as someone who works with the public myself, I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and unkind the 2 women were to me when I stopped in on the morning of Black Friday. The place was dead when I walked in to order a smoothie…so no excuse like ‘they were overwhelmed or overly busy’. The one looked over at me when i walked through the door and I said good morning - she didn’t respond! The scowl on her face was obvious when she took my order. As I was waiting for my drink, I asked a question about the juice shots because there wasn’t any information on the tiny bottles nor was the website able to provide any insight. Their responses ‘I have no clue.’ I was about to spend some extra money on the shots and bottled drinks but changed my mind because I didn’t want to support a business that had those two people working the front line! I won’t be back to this location. I would honestly feel uncomfortable walking back in there with those two working.

Just Me: Had an awful experience, the manager did offer me a free meal for the trouble. After waiting 1 hour for my food it was soggy. Not sure if it was made before & just never bagged, then was rude to me once I asked if I could get a refund since the order had been put in an hour before & it wasn’t ready yet….customers came in ordered & left with they’re food while I waited. I honestly was so upset with the situation I ended up just throwing away half.I loved going in for the smoothie & frozen lemonade but will go elsewhere now.

Ashley Harr: The food is good and fresh which is hard to find. However I feel they are overpriced for what you get. The wraps aren’t very big and don’t come with anything (side salad, chips, etc.) I’d recommend Lulas Cafe before coming here, their wraps are without a doubt much more food and include a side salad.

I am not delusional to the fact eating at the restaurants, the food will always be better, however I won't ever do business with a company that knowingly sends out an order with missing key ingredients and a half empty smoothie that got spilled before packing it. Id expect a lot more from a company doing business out of this area. Speaks volumes when you can't even rely on food services that operate their business in areas that have a higher cost of living. Even while they were completing a large DoorDash order I got my smoothie in a timely fashion. They whey protien is very smooth and my smoothie was delicious. Will be returning!

Sean Redmond: I've been enjoying Beyond for years and although they recently removed one of my regular go-to items from the menu, I remain a loyal customer. I called a newer location in my area in a shot-in-the dark effort to see if they may have still carried my beloved Fuego Huevo. Adrianna regretfully let me know that they, too, had removed it from the menu. She could have ended the call right there as many other locations have when I called or visited.However, Adrianna went above and beyond, no pun intended, put me on hold to find an old menu and walked me through how to construct the same wrap from the Build Your Own option, sans the sun-dried tomatoes. This is the epitome of customer service as far as I'm concerned. Because of Adrianna's dedication to a solution, I can now still order the wrap I've been longing for at any Beyond location.Kudos to Adrianna and her team!
Jesse Pappas: I’ve loved eating here but recently this company has gone down hill so much. I always order the same create your own wrap. Which has apple chicken cheese and dried cherries. They no longer have dried cherries as an option so I asked for apple chicken and cheese. Usually the apple is diced up and is in small pieces. Well today I open my bag and find that my wrap basically has an entire apple in it. They are insanely huge pieces especially for a wrap and there is zero chicken in the one side because the apple took up all the room. So I basically paid $15 for a couple of apple slices. Absolutely horrible. I also waited a good 30-40 min to get my food.

Vnsavnsa Vnsa: I sent my online order to this location by mistake and tried to have it transferred to the correct location on Crooks. I was told to call the Big Beaver location and get it voided so I can reorder it, which was no problem for me. I reached Joshua (manager) at Big Beaver location said per corporate he couldn’t do anything for me as the food was already made, couldn't comp it, void it, transfer the order, nothing. He asked to speak with the manager (Shirley) where I was at and told her he didn’t want lose money for his store and that SHE would have to comp it (even the the order was sent to HIS STORE). I was asked why I couldn't go to the other location to pick it up... I had 10 minutes left of my break and was in a rush to get back to work. This should have been a simple fix as I used to work in the food industry years ago, & I thought Joshua was very unhelpful. I understand it was my mistake but I at least expected decent customer service. Beyond Juicery seems to care more about their money than their customer's experience, I will not be coming back to beyond juicery.

The young lady at the front of the store looked miserable.2. I ordered a salad. Normally they put it on the side but, they put it on. It was WAYY too much dressing🤢3. THERE WAS NO LETTUCE! It was all croutons AND it was barely anything!All In all, for a tiny salad, 2 sandwiches, and a shake, it should not have been $45/$50.I guess that's what happens when you expand while thinking about quantity over quality.
