They give real answers they are not in to getting over on you. I have never seen them have a bad day. They always answer the phone. I bring my car to them for service and they discount it every single time. They upgrade my lease they ask me about my occupation and my children are welcome there all the time. They actually care. They feed us when they have staff luncheons and holiday get togethers. I have been difficult in the process from day one and had to let my guard down because their process is way too easy, it’s not a scam their rates are very reasonable and the best in Michigan they do not deserve the attitude and tough skin but they are not afraid of it and not rude. Honestly Kia Golling really is my family. Even the front desk picks up all the time they always transfer me properly. I always get a response back and I feel really special because there is no one here who isn’t good. The one issue I had out of a million encounters now which was at the beginning Brian fixed it, he’s very active intelligent and business savvy, if you want a friend, long term financial consultant, a dealer who is honest and hardworking , a family member then you should really come here. For some reason, I thought I’d be approved for even an older model. Dealership is very popular. So I was confused. Didn’t even offer a recommendation on what to do when I asked.

Not only is the car still dirty, but we have scratches in the vehicle finish from said car wash.Why we think it's a good idea to put brand new vehicles through a non-touchless car wash is absolutely beyond me. The worst part is you cannot fix it. It's already done.Christian, please make sure your techs are ASKING the client if they want a car wash.Never again.

NaArah Mcghee: I took my 2021 Kia K5 in for an oil change and inspection. I was told that my car needed new brake pads and rotors. They told me brake pads were at 3 and 4 mm in the front and that they needed to be changed urgently. With this being a new car this didn’t make sense to me that I needed my brake pads and ROTORS fixed so soon. They also wanted to charge me $775 just for the fronts. After spending the money to get them done I later discovered that my brake pads were fine. They were not 3,4 mm and that my rotors were in good condition. I feel like this is a PRIME EXAMPLE OF DEALERSHIP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN and being dishonest to make money. It’s unfortunate because I’ve had a good experience with Kia up until this point and with my lease coming to an end this year I don’t know if I’ll be a returning customer.

They kept my car for 4 or 5 days, with no loaner car because they were out. That was fine with me as long as my car was fixed.I had to return today because my car was doing the exact same thing. They were very unfazed by the situation. I asked about a loaner and they were out again. There was no trying or acting like they will try and help. Even when I told them I work far away and this is my only vechicle. Now I have to come out of my pocket to rent a car. Also, now I have no trust in them fixing my car at all.

Donghyun Yi: I got my 2023 Sportage Hybrid with help of Tom Graskewicz. He is extremely nice, professional, informative, and quick. I was able to have all the paper work and finance taken care prior to my visit. I did all that over the phone. I would recommend him to anyone. No mark up, he is very honest and generous. FYI, he gave me the best deal for APR compared to 7 different credit unions local/national.

Brandon Wong: Only have experience with Keith Bailey, and I would stay away from him if you are in the market for a vehicle. He treated me as a sub-class human and told me i wouldnt qualify for a good financing option as well as not wanting to really work with me. Let me also state that i was going to put half down on a new car in cash.I went to Kia in Lansing and was given the "special financing that people dont usually qualify for (Keiths words not mine" and have been happy with my new vehicle.Keith is pushy to get you to buy something you dont particularly want, and isnt quite knowledgeable on financing and the car inventory in general.I cannot speak for all salesmen at Serra Kia.... but i can say STAY AWAY FROM Keith Bailey.

Samantha Recollet: Don’t buy a used car from this place . Keith Bailey scammed me into buying a 2014 Kia Soul for a little over 11grand that was ready to break down . He refused to negotiate and guarantee all used cars are examine before they put them up for sale obviously somebody decided not do their job . I ended up having to take it in 3 times within the first two months I had it have to get multiple parts replaced. the only Reason I was willing to buy the car was because I know people who bought brand new cars from here and they’ve been great cars . Despite of my experience buying a car .I would say Theresa, who I believe is in charge of scheduling and billing for when you take your car in . she was phenomenal she went above and behind , for me to make sure I had a working car .
Glamdring TheFoeHammer: I brought my ‘22 Sorento to this location because I wanted an oil change, and also because I received a recall letter about the transmission, and I was kindly welcomed by Teresa and Alex. Not only was I able to setup an appointment in less than a week, but they were extremely hospitable, and knowledgeable. My Sorento drives/shifts noticeably smoother due to the updates the transmission needed. This was my first time at this particular KIA dealership, and I must say I was genuinely impressed with the service. I’ll be sure to bring my vehicle back to this location for any future servicing needs 👍👍
Tracey Morris: Theresa and the service team here made my service visit easy. She explained what would be done, outlined the pricing, and checked in to let me know how things were going. My service call was quick (my air deflector shield had come loose), but the team made sure to do a full inspection and checked out my car to make sure there were no other issues. Everyone was friendly, and the waiting area felt like being in a friend's den. I was very happy with my service and will be back in the future.
GARDNER WHITE: My salesman was Brian M. He was awesome/helpful with helping me order the car I wanted the way I wanted it! He wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't want or something that's just in now and sacrificing what I wanted out of my next vehicle. Breaking down everything. There were no "hidden fees or surprise taxes. He told me how long it could take and kept me updated every week. My car was originally eta of 4-6 months and he started updating me after 1 month. It ended up taking 10 weeks! Paperwork went smooth and he took the time to go over every gadget and introduced me to the service team. I got treated like dirt at summit place in auburn hills. I was glad I went here and got treated so nicely!
Ronald Printz: When we bought our Sorrento from Serra we decided after long discussion with their sales people to pay extra for the extended warranty coverage on tires.This year we took our vehicle back for a service check in preparation for a trip.Serra service told us the car was fine, including the tires. One of the tire treads separated and blew off on the way. We had to find a similar tire in a rural area of Georgia. The tire dealer was a small business, with english as a second language, in southern Georgia and were the only place within 50 miles that had the tire. They gave us a hand written receipt. We replaced the tire and submitted the receipt to Serra for reimbursement. It was denied because the warranty company did not like the way the receipt "looked" . According to the Service Manager it needed to be a receipt from a "reputable" company.We don't feel the dealership worked on our behalf hard enough to get the reimbursement after they worked SO hard to sell it to us. We could have replaced the tire with them if they had inspected them closer when we brought it in.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.We learned the hard way and we will not spend another dime with them

He also made sure to get most of the paperwork done before I got to the dealership and finishing up my purchase only took about 20 minutes (last time I did this kind of deal, another dealer took about 3 hours to do it).Jim in finance was also a pleasure to work with over the phone. No high pressure sales for upgrades or their financing, just covering all the bases and options available.I recommend Tom and Serra Kia highly!

I was told that he has worked with this location for a long time and that they will always do right by you. I trusted him and had my car towed here. They provided excellent communication and service. From the first call to the last I was treated with respect and felt as if I was their number one customer. I will be returning to this location for all future repairs and maintenance. Very happy with my experience here and highly recommend them.

He went out of his way to make sure I was aware of all my options and made sure I was happy with the decision I made. I would absolutely recommend him to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle. I waited quite a long time for the finance department. This was the only thing I wished had went a little smoother but it was a very busy day for them so I understood the long wait time. There was also a small scuff on one of the car panels, but Keith ensured I was able to come back in the next few weeks to have it buffed out for free.

Patty Smith: My recent experience will be my last. Jean originally told me $175 to plug in a code reader for a check engine light. My insurance was paying the charge when they called and spoke to service manager they were told it would be $175 /hr and they would need the car 24-48 hrs. Price gouging . I have leased 7 Kia’s and purchased 2. I will not be sending anyone to this Kia dealership again. This use to be a great service team but not anymore. Maybe it’s time to change the service manager again.

Ram Donepudi: Surprised that no one had bad experience. worst dealership or may be worst time to visit them as its sellers marker. But that's wont work on a long term. Though i bought a car elsewhere but thought i need to speak about my experience. Was exploring KIA telluride and Chevy Traverse ( equivalent in features and price). First went to KIA and spoke about trade in and other details. Took a picture of the deal. Next day when i was trying to fix a deal they got greedy and reduced my trade in by 2000 dollars.Same day went to Chevy-salesman was ok and then i said i will think, a manager came and was talking in threating manner (rude as me buying a car is his right). Worst person i ever met. I just maintained calm and left the dealer ship.Bottom line is FELDMAN looks to threaten or get greedy based on market and customer. Got messages about what happened to my appointment and purchase. i informed what happened. No-one seem to bother or care.
