The technician signs you out the because it no longer records the wait times because you have to leave to print out 1 sheet of paper.This is called gaming the system so corporate doesn’t realize there is a problem with the process.2. Once back, you are required to sign back in, and re-enter all your information again.

Alex Zetouna: I had an appointment at 11:30, walked in at 11:32 and I was rudely told by the lady at the front that since it was past my appointment that they could not take me. Terrible customer service to turn someone down for being 2 min late… It took me 5 min just to walk through the building and find the suite. I called the Dearborn location and they were very nice and willing to take me right away. They even told me it happens often and the employee at the Livonia location was “lying” and “just didn’t want to help” and apologized for the way I was treated. Highly do not recommend going to this location. Staff is very rude and unprofessional.UPDATE 9/19/22: I was told 2 weeks ago by HR and customer relations that I would get a call back regarding my issue and I have never gotten a phone call.UPDATE: 10/10/22: Still no phone call!

Been sitting here for 2 hours for a drug screen with a lobby full of people and one rude lady working the window. There’s a sign that states “come to the window if you’ve been waiting for 30 minutes or longer”. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and energy here. Go to a Concentra or ANYWHERE else. You’re wasting your time if you come here. They don’t care about you or anything that’s going on

Nadia A: This is the worst location ever! The unprofessionalism is disgusting beyond belief! I needed to do a drug test for a new job, I made an appointment on the main Labcorp website, there was not many times available so I picked 4 pm. I get to the location and there was a lady waiting “saying hello, anyone here”? I instantly knew this was going to be a fun visit! 😒 so finally someone came to the window and she took care of the lady in-front of me and looks at me and says, what you here for ? In front of the other patient! First off , you are not supposed to talk about what patients are there for in-front of any other patient. My second issue is , I told her I am here for a new employer drug test. Immediately she points to the paper hanging on her window that says “no drug testing after 4 pm” at this point I was livid! I said come again? She goes I said: NO DRUG TESTING AFTER 4 pm! (In a rude and loud tone). I said but it is 4 pm and this is the appointment you’re main Labcorp website provided me with. She then goes, YOU CAN GO TO DEARBORN! i already drove alllllll the way to Livonia made it on time for you to tell me, go to Dearborn? She had no heart, was unprofessional and I was so disturbed by the lack of hospitality . It was 4:01 you coulda just taken me back, so now I had to drive across town to get there by 4;56 in traffic on a Friday, a few minutes before they closed and they were kind enough to take me! I was just so thrown off by how she acted, it really ruined my day!

Ben Schmidt: The employees have awful attitudes and clearly don’t care about the patients/customers at all. Also, they close from 11:30-1pm for lunch, yet will still let you schedule an appointment at 11:30 just for you to show up and find that they’re on lunch break………….

Ashley Raschke: I don’t know how this place has so many negative reviews. I did a drug test for school today, and it was such a quick and easy experience. The girl that helped me was extremely nice, efficient, and knew what she was doing. I was in and out of here in roughly 10 minutes and had no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Howard Chamberlain: I went to LabCorp for a employee drug test for a new job. There were 3 nurse's working at the time I was there. 1 nurse calling patience back & the other 2 we're at the front desk talking about how much this 16 year old girl was making on TikTok & watching videos. They were very rude, didn't want to do anything & u had to self check yourself in. (which now I wonder why u needed those 2 extra nurse's) The Dr I seen didn't want to get up from her chair. She made u hand her a bag that had your bottle in it. Instead of her getting up & handing it to u. Pier lazyness. And again even she was rude. Like they didn't want to be there to work.

Cameron Hayden: Signed up for employment drug screening online. Set appointment for noon. Arrived 20 minutes early and signed in electronically. Was told around 1215 by staff that drug screening stops from 1130 to 1pm. Was not told why. I was told I would need to comeback at 1. When I came back, I was not notified that I needed to sign in a second time. Had to wait for 6 other people to go before me despite the fact that I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment. When I said I had made the appointment using there online system, their only response was "well it shouldn't have let you do that."

Heba Dalal'ah: Don't go to this location. You might die before getting your results! If you have choices, I would recommend going to Quest labs. They are much better, faster, reliable and more professional!

Brent Meyers: Made an appointment online using the Lab Corp website. Arrived early and found people in the small basement location hallway waiting to enter the lab. The door was locked and only the sign in the kiosk was on. No one responded to repeated phone calls and knocking on the door. No sign on the door, I had received a confirmation of the appointment that morning.We all left at 9:00 am, very unprofessional, it took the service center 30 minutes to track down the location supervisor and report back that the lab would be open at 10 am instead of the 7 am opening time listed.I will not be using Lab Corp in the future!

Thinking that this was just someone being overeager, I went in and signed up. 6 minutes later (after several employees have seen me and ignored me) someone let me know that they are refusing to do any more drug screens for that day.

Makayla Kerr: I scheduled an appointment online for 10 o'clock, I got to the office around 9:50 and checked in. I then sat for 45 minutes before I was asked for my lab order. This is ridiculous! If I have an appointment, I expect to be seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time not an hour! Absolutely ridiculous! I will not be coming back to this location!

Amber Rademacher: I was nervous about going to this location for lab work due to the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff greeted me at the door and directed me to the labcorp office. Check in was easy. They took me back right away. Like I barely planted my butt in the chair before they called me back. The woman that drew my blood was awesome (one quick painless poke) and friendly. The whole process was quick and easy.

Hailey Cohen: staff was rude, unaccommodating, and unprepared for the tests I needed. Having no supplies is no fault of their own, but I had to pry them for information about what to do next since the two staff were keen on not talking to me directly.

Kim Nelthrope: I brought my son to get blood drawn and the woman we dealt with did not know what she was doing. I couldn’t understand why she kept positioning the needle away from any vein after she stuck it in his arm. Needless to say it didn’t work so she tried to draw blood from his hand and did the same thing!! So once that happened she asked another woman to try but there was no way I was going to have my son get stuck for a THIRD time!!!! No one has ever had difficulty drawing my son’s blood so I can only attribute it to total incompetence. I will NEVER use them again!!!!!!

The place was very clean and efficient, and the lady working was very friendly. I got my results back within 2 days. I would definitely come back.

Peak Potential: I stopped in to get blood drawn for a routine check. This location is hidden in the nook and cranny of a basement in a questionably maintained building. The check in process was quick and painless. The tech who drew my blood was polite enough but not overly friendly. I tried to start up a conversation but it didn't go so well. The lab is clean and gets the job done.

Jacquelyn Kelso: DON'T GO HERE!!! I'm trying to warn y'all !!! The older lady at the front desk is the only worker and she cancelled my labs numerous times because she didn't like the reason I was getting them. Every time I went up there she took extra blood for no reason and still never sent all the labs she made me pay over $200 for she's the only worker there and she sucks! I needed those labs for surgery.
