Greg Feldner: I was very disappointed in the Customer service at the bakery at the Utica location!! With atleast 5 staff members and a department Manger working in the area. I couldn't get help for over 10 minutes to pick up a pre placed order. But all the staff in the area did just keep looking at me and walking by me. When I was finally able to get someone to help me get my order, she had a Attitude about it!! I am disabled with a weight lifting limitations, but the lady helping me was very upset I didn't come around the counter to pick up 3 cookie trays and 3 breakfast trays and put then in my cart myself. This isn't about all Sam's Club locations just the one in Utica off of Hall road..

Ghadhanfer Salih: Stupid associateI purchased trampoline from this location and it still within warranty period and one of the lower enclosure poles break down and when I called asking about my warranty, she is telling me to bring the whole thing back!I asked I can bring only the broken pole and get a replacement piece which is easier for both parties and she does not listen!This is terrible costumer service.
James Graham: Very disappointed in management for their gas station at the Utica location. There literally only couple cents below competitive gas stations in the area unlike the other Sam’s clubs.
Amber Stevenson: Will never return to this store again. My husband accidentally forgot to scan an item, and he was treated like a criminal. We had over $400 in merchandise, we have never forgot to scan something but we usually don't have this big of a cart full. He had to wait to to side, the employee took every single item out of the cart, throwing out food items on the dirty floor, it was disgusting. He was entirely humiliated. The store was closing soon, so there was a line of people who waited for their receipt check, all staring at him while he was being searched.
April Lowry: This store does not check their produce, on more than one occasion I have been given expired produce and today I bought lunch meat and when I went to make my lunch for tomorrow's lunch it smelled bag. When I checked the exportation date, it expired 2 weeks ago!! People can get sick from this! Shame on you Sam's!!

John Kusmierz: Let me start with the good then cover a disappointment. I am a long time Costco member. Now that I have been in a Sam's Club I feel Sam's has better prices for many products and comparable prices for all the other products. I was pleased but may not purchase a membership. Now my disappointment. I received an email, responded, and Sam's Club awarded me with a 24 hour guest complimentsry membership. Therefore I went to the store and purchased over $200. I gave the membership bar code number emailed to me from Sam's Club, it was recognized at the check out when scanned, but when I looked at the purchase receipt it stated I was charged 10% extra than the posted prices and the 10% charge could be used to reduce the cost of a membership by an equal amount. In my opinion they used a bait and switch tactic to get me to their store. I feel I was led to believe I had a 24 hour membership which allowed me on one visit to purchase products at membership prices. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE.
Paris Garry: Shopping inside Sams Club I have no complaints whatsoever. But curbside is the absolute WORST! IDK if it’s a short-staffed issue or what but numerous times I have been waiting well over my scheduled time to pick up an order. And of course, when you leave that’s when it’s all of a sudden ready. Then you call inside to see what the issue is and they “can’t connect you” to annoy one who works curbside but they sure can tell you that they’re “running behind.” I don’t pay for a membership to receive subpar service. And if the issue IS being short staffed it would be nice if the person who is bringing out the orders 1 at a time would communicate with the cars that are parked letting them know it will be a delay. While being parked for an hour and 15 minutes, 3 cars pulled off without receiving their order. I suggest if you’re going to pick it up in the evening that you select you’ll pick it up in the morning because maybe then it’ll be ready at your allotted time in the evening.

Sandoval Singer Official (Sandoval Singer Official): My family has been shopping at Sam’s Club for almost 20 years, this one in Madison Heights specifically, and the service is getting worse by the day. I have had bad experience after bad experience here, rude workers, workers that ignore you completely with their headphones in, etc. I spent 10-20 minutes in the store this morning waiting for help on a car battery, unacknowledged and unaddressed other than two people who said they would page someone for me to come, and nobody showed up. I asked another person standing there with a name tag on, and he said that they would be with me momentarily. Still I was helped by no one. The lady sitting by the door checking people’s receipts made eye contact several times and never offered to call anyone. They apparently don’t care about customers and they’re turning away people who actually want to buy from them. Bad service. I’m going to be looking at other wholesale companies to do business with because Sam’s Club apparently doesn’t want our business nor do they respect their customer base.

Laura Ross: Worst experience with their gas. WHILE I was pumping gas, they turned off the pumps to fill their tanks. I get it needs to be done, but don’t cut them while people are in the middle of using them. Then he says it will be 15 minutes. After waiting at the pump for 1/2 hour he says 15 more minutes. Ridiculous! I left. Be honest and think about your customers. The employee didn’t even tell us what was happening. We had to go ask him. This was at 7 pm and they close at 8. You really couldn’t time this better? No sorry. No explanation. Just a waste of time.
Peter Juziuk: One of the better/nicer Sam's Clubs. Use the self scan and pay to avoid the check out lines. Super easy and fast, unless you're buying gift cards, then you need to use the "real" checkout.
Ricarda James: April 6, 2023, tried calling tire dept. and customer service for 30 minutes, 6:30 pm to 7pm, but no one would answer the phone!!! Very dissatisfied. I'll take my business elsewhere

There are always carts available at the entrance.Other customers have absolutely no spacial awareness but that's a problem at every wholesale store.I have only two big problems here. The parking lot is a mess and the gas station was absolutely not designed for the traffic it gets. My other problem is the obnoxious AT&T people that start harassing you as soon as you walk in the store. Nobody is in Sam's Club to buy cell service. Quit bothering everyone.

Crystal Wend: UPDATE: Since my last review I will say that Sam's has improved its store. They have been a lot better with their produce not being moldy. I am still a member. They really have stepped it up.I like sams club but what I do not like is the sams in my area. Roseville Sams club is just awful. Everytime I bring home fruit and open up the bag or container it is moldy. Yes I look at the package before putting it in my cart but since its bulk you can't see everything. This has happened mor often than not. I can not even count the number of times I have had to drive back up to get new products to replace what I brought home. Weather it was from online pick up or myself going. I am so tired of doing this that I just throw the stuff out. I have probably wasted about $100 worth of fruit. I am done with this store The people that work there are not friendly. I will have to drive way out of my way to go to a different location until my membership expires then I will no longer shop.

I walked in the store and these people from just energy pulled me to the side asking if you received your free gird card . I thought because of Sam’s 40 th anniversary Maybe Sam’s is giving to gift cards to their customer . Come to find out they are just every trying to get you in a contract and promising you card cards in exchange. Sam’s should not allow them in their store is what I feel like . This is just not right . Cuz I was not explained everything in details . Its just a total scam . Please beware
