Jillian Sissom: My mom and I stopped in for a late lunch either May 16th or 17th. It was maybe 2 or 3. Not busy at all. Server was pretty inattentive. My mom and I both asked for ketchup and didn't get it. Which isn't terrible, sure people forget things. The problem was she didn't come back for 20 min and by that time we had already finished. BBQ chicken was good, BBQ ribs were only okay.

A Carter: Where do I start??? The hostess was rude and short…that was the first red flag, I stayed because this place was requested by my mother for Mother’s Day Lunch….waited 5 minutes for a waitress to come to the table (yes, I counted because it was not crowded).We finally ordered….when our food came, the table was not cleared although we were done with our salads, we had to consistently tell the waitress we were missing items and finally she blamed it on the kitchen.The final straw, we were out of napkins, I asked for wet napkins they did not have anything the waitress inserted herself in a private conversation (to blame this on Covid but not bring napkins).This was a disaster of an experience, with extremely poor service and unprofessional staff members. I have service industry experience and this was terrible for any day and it was a Sunday. It was the worst $150.00 I’ve spent in a long time….I’m a 25-30% tipper but that declined from the hostess.Hopefully you all will do better, poor service can not be blamed on Covid or because it’s busy (busy is better than no customers).Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Zenita Williams: Service and food sucks...go somewhere else...They used to be good but now they do not respect customers...the carryout lady is very rude called me sir and I had on hoop earrings did not apologize. Then she argued with a lady telling her that she must have ordered from another Boneyard. The customer Googled the restaurant on her phone and verified that she called the right number. The cashier just told her in a nasty tone to have a seat and her rib dinner would be up in a minute, never apologizing to the customer for not taking her order over the phone when she called in. Then she nastily asked how can she help me, and then I told her that I would like to place an order. She just brushed me off and told me that I would have to wait a few minutes before she could place an order. Then she answered the phone and began taking an order after I had already been waiting five minutes. I just walked out no ordering and vowed to myself never to return. I was giving them a third chance, during the peak of COVID they gave me spoiled ribs, then I tried them again a few months ago and the shrimp were cold and soggy. I live about a mile away there is no reason for cold food that I ordered and waited for. Now very rude service, I am done. Do yourself a favor and make your own ribs, shrimp, and chicken or go somewhere else since they no longer respect or appreciate their customers.

Jhanay L.: We ordered the whole slab for two with cottage fries and coleslaw, and we also ordered the bone yard burger. The ribs were seasoned well, and the bbq sauce, fries, and slaw were tasty as usual. The bone yard burger, while large enough to share amongst multiple people, unfortunately, was discarded because we did not like the way it tasted. The burger tasted more like breakfast sausage than a hamburger. We would not order it again. Ribs 4 stars, Bone yard burger - 1 star.

Jeffrey M: I had the short end Boneyard special with Cole slaw and fries. Delicious as usual. You now have to order the green onion garnish with the meal. They no longer come with unless requested. Highly recommended. Tonight they were out of green onions and Caesar dressing.
