Betty Scott: It's a nice coin laundry, lots of washers and dryers, there is an issue with the restroom, it's locked after the attendant leaves at one or two in the afternoon, also all of the $4:50 washers are broken. Overall, it's a pretty good place to wash.
Kayla Singleton: It was so dirty, it smelled like old mold/water has been sitting for days and almost every washer was out of service all except the big ones. I'll never go here again.

Only 1 top loader not out of order. Big load machines mostly available.I like the little tables and reading corner for your wait. Bathrooms are locked fyi. Folding tables all wiped clean with no dust or residue. A few inconsiderate patrons dropped tissues etc on floor overnight. Attendant 9a-2pm per the sign. Overall, I like it. Friendly people, brightly lit, clean open spaces. Will return!

IV: A very nice location because there's a Planet Fitness right here, a few little restaurants, a bank, a gas station, and more in the immediate vicinity, literally...But the place was not kept clean, at least at night when I went there. They have no technology. No debit cards accepted, it's just old fashioned straight up coins. A bunch of broken/ out of service washers and dryers. No payment with the widely used laundromat app that ALLOT of places are using these days...But they do have inexpensive machines, so the service is reasonably priced.The bathroom is locked at night, so maybe it's only open during the 5 hours per day that they say they have an actual person there?The location, my 24-hour workout facilities next door (this laundromat is also 24 hours), and the decent washing machine prices are the reasons that I will come here.

Any extra is non-refundable. You get your $2 back when you return the card. Pass - drove extra miles to Great Lakes Laundromat.
John Evans: It's my laundry mat until I get a dryer. Clean, nice staff, good clientele. Machines work off a prepaid card system that is refilled at an ATM like machine. Use to use another place, but after coming here found that I spent less to wash the same amount.

julie cardinal: The attendan that was there Thursday February 17th at night literally screamed at me and turned the lights off on me because I was still folding clothes at 7 o'clock when they close at 8. (as stated on the website and door) She wanted to shut down early. I still had clothes in the dryer. I rather hand wash and dry my clothes than deal with her. I would like to say that all of the other attendants are absolutely lovely it's just this one woman in particular that is a problem.Edit: The managers was very helpful and apologetic the next day. Still I wouldn't recommend going there on Thursdays or Fridays.

C C: New, clean facilities with tons of working machines, an ATM, and some conscientiously-priced vending for snacks. The owner apparently intends to eventually set up drop off services, but there's no date on when they expect to do that. All that said this is about as good a laundromat you can find, and it's next door to a great Coney Island if you want something more than a bag of chips while you wait. Just bring a book or something to pass the time unless you like sports radio!
Karl Brzuchowski: Clean and new machines, need tokens or something besides quarters, 9 dollars in quarters is a project in itself.
Tracy Clifford: Quiet, clean (except for an occasional wandering sock), ATM and change machine worked well, machines were fast and efficient. My only ding is that the machine for detergent didn’t give me any detergent so I had to go buy a bottle and come back. That said, I shared it with some folks so that was nice. 😊 I’d go back again.

A. Starrett: I used to love going here, the app was super convenient! I do wish it were bigger though. Unfortunately my wife ran into a woman who was doing laundry there who woke up and chose violence.She took every usable machine she could, and made it clear to that we were just out of luck while she was there. As my wife tried getting into the only other washer available, the woman used her hips to slam the door toward my wife, almost getting her hand trapped in our washer door in the process. My wife asked nicely, and even warned her when she was coming near that she didn’t want to run into her or her baby. Well, the woman took that the wrong way and began repeating “Oh I KNOW you won’t hurt my baby”. Right. Okay. Somehow we were able to wash our blankets, but felt unsafe to complete the load there, and took it elsewhere to be dried.There was absolutely no way to a calm conversation with this lady. It was cvs anger and swearing right from the start. Well, I’ll admit I lost my composure, and began reciting the words to Blink 182’s Family Reunion. The lady next door from Cricket offered to call the police, but didn’t, and then yelled at US when we decided to leave. I don’t think we’ll ever be back here, unfortunately.
Dayton Jones: The machines are always broke. Tried to wash my stuff before my busy week and I couldn’t get change from the machine and the dexter pay was down. I’m sorry but I really don’t think I have anymore time to waste in here. I hope the owner figures something out before more people get tired of the same thing and stop coming.
Greg DeJean: I've come here every 2 weeks since this one opened and its usually its great but there was bound to be one day where it would miss. The washer (#15) took my cash and I didn't notice till it was supposed to be done. Doesn't help that the holiday weekend people trashed the place. Good luck to whoever is cleaning on Tuesday morning.
Philip Winter: Been coming here for about a year. Every time I come, there’s another machine out of order and none of them seem to get fixed. The soap/dryer sheet machine is out of order now, 5 washers, 3 dryers, and there’s no hot water in the bathroom.

Ann Ellison: I like this place better than most. I can do 5 loads for 7.50 and dry 5 loadsfor 3.00 and be done. Takes quarters or you can use their app on your phone to pay using bank or credit cards if you don't want to use quarters. Will use this place more often.

Kevin McCleary: After my father passed, I discovered his father’s Knight cloak in his closet. It was old and smoky. I took it here just to have it ruined. The white inside is now grey with black splotches everywhere. The excuse I received was, “I’m not responsible for the inside, only the outside”. Kelley Fadak: If I can give this place a 0 I would. My daughter dropped off a jacket to get cleaned, she went back to get it and they said their machines were down. When asked why didn’t they call us to tell us, they said their phones were down too. 10 days later my daughter asked them to reduce the cleaning fee of $30 because we had to wait, and they were going to refuse to give us the $300 jacket back. Come to find out it wasn’t even cleaned.

Heath Kashat: Learning on the job, did not finish setting up the washers the wright way, Accuse me of not paying a bill for $60.00 from a year before.. that and after i spent over $50,000.00 on 4 washers with installation .... and asking me if i want to use a better glue for the installation $ 50 dollars more for each of the 4...80 LB washers .. and if you have a good laundromat they can open near by because they are in the same business , do not tell them your numbers ( Gross Income ) they could become your competition. now 2-3 years later ,I can see rust .( Not Happy ). Not a good company.

Very quick to answer any questions and offer solutions and if they can't help over the phone, they have come to my business to keep my machines up and running. I highly recommend them and their Dexter product!! Thanks for the great service and look forward to using them in the future.
sean hodgson: Needed a commercial grade washing machine a few years back for our wellness center because our prosumer machine just wasn't cutting. Reached out to Detergent Solutions for suggestions on the best machine for our needs. Consulted with Andrew at Detergent Solutions and after some discussion we decided to go with a Dexter. An absolute pleasure to work with Andrew and his team. A year later we reached back out to Andrew for a commercial grade dryer and he was right there to serve our needs. I highly recommend anyone looking for a commercial washer/dryer machine to go straight to Detergent Solutions!

Ken Kempkens: A little over a year ago we solved our washing and drying needs by purchasing a commercial washer and dryer from Andrew Kline. Being the Director of a Humane Society we have multiple loads each day. Residential washers do not cut it in a shelter.Andrew is always available to help and answer questions for us. This was one of our better investments. We are happy we called Andrew.

There was exceptional follow up along the entire way. We were dealing with quotes and several other companies. Detergent solutions rose above everyone else.
