Alex Clixby: I’ve used sunbelt on 4 occasions, 3 of them went flawlessly. The sales representatives were extremely professional and very helpful. The delivery trucks were on time and the equipment ran great. This last experience the sales rep Anthony tried to charge me considerably more than I had paid in the past then messed up the delivery address and most importantly the delivery date. I was regrading a parking lot of an apartment building and had all the tenants wake up at 7am and move their vehicles so I could get to work. As I was waiting on the equipment I called to check the status to find out it was booked for the wrong day, Another sales rep Matt, was very helpful and accommodating and dispatched the equipment for the same day (the day I planned for). Unfortunately I’m losing out on 4 hours out of the 8 I anticipated using the machine. Overall they’ve been a good company to work with and nearly every person I’ve talked to has been great. But they may need to weed out the bad ones or have their good employees train the careless ones.

MIKESCONSTRUCTION MICHAEL SWAFFORD: This business goes above and beyond! I have been renting from them for a couple years now. When I really needed them I realized how much they care about their customers they have helped me, my business and my family more than I would ever have expected, they truly treat their customers like their own family! My house caught on fire and the son of the owner called me while it was happening before the fire trucks had left they had a van there to drop off equipment that we needed, when I returned the equipment and went to pay for it the owner of the company shook my hand and told me I didn’t know them anything. Customer service like that is few and far between these days. I would encourage anybody looking to rent anything to make this place your first call!

David Gilbert: I rented a DitchWitch with an 18" auger to prep for deck piers. It was too small to do the job so they offered me a discounted rental fee to exchange for a skid steer with the 18" auger. Immediately after I picked it up and got on the freeway, I got cutoff and blew a brake line. I was able to get the unit to the site without incident but I had no brakes on my truck to return their equipment or trailer. They came out to the site and picked up the skid steer and trailer and since it was a matter of safety I didn't get charged.Hands down, the best rental company I've ever worked with. Great prices and best service in the business. I would drive an hour to their location just because of the service.

Mark Dagen: Rented an electric power washer. A gas washer wouldn't fit in my car so I took the electric. The team demonstrated it and it looked like it could do the job. I get it home and the pressure was less then my garden hose with a nossel. I took it back and the guy saw the hose attachment was on backwards he fixed it and tested it, worked fine. I took it home again and same low pressure. The staff was great but the electric washer was lousy. Dont rent the electric washer.

Aaron Khorran: I placed an online order, for 7 items, with them 5 weeks ago. With the online order, the Madison Heights location was chosen as the pick-up point. One of the items was discontinued between when ordered and pick-up. This item was stocked at this location at the time of order. Upon pick-up it was found that the store saved their last part, the floor display. The display was damaged and missing parts. Many hours spent over multiple customer service calls the issue is still not resolved.The collection of the other 6 items was also handled poorly. A call-in notice was made a day in advance to have the items ready to collect. Arriving to pick-up, it was apparent that the items were not ready. This took the store closer to two hours to collect the parts. This lead to having extra time charged on the HomeDepot truck rental.Billing was also poorly done. Placed the order then, 24hrs later, half of the order was canceled by HomeDepot due to a processing error at one of their distribution centers. When reprocessing this, HomeDepot double charged the creditcard and the new total was more expensive than the original order. It took nearly 3hrs of customer service calls to prove the itemized receipt cost was greater than the original receipt.........Roughly 2/5 of the phone calls to this location are disconnected when transferred. This was my first online order with HomeDepot.... customer service told me that the next order will go better because this was my first time.This just adds to the aggravation as all the issues were created by HomeDepot....

brian laux: by far the worst laid out home Depot I've ever been to in my life I've gone to probably 30 plus home depots Do not come here nothing is where it should be. I need a two tools and neither one of them were in tool world. They were down separate aisles both on opposite ends of the store. The HVAC aisle is way in the back of the store with no clear sign from the front entrance of which way to go to get to it.
