Michigan Mobile Lawn Equipment Repair: what do users think?
Brent B: I'm sure this company probably does good work with repairs. The problem is that I left three messages for them over the course of eight days, and they never responded to me. I checked their website to ensure I lived in their service area and followed all the listed instructions. I get that they may be busy, but the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated. If you can't respond to customers, update your website and voicemail message indicating that.
John Celusnak: Brought carburetor in needed repair parts he took one look at it got exactly what I needed didn’t even have to look anything up great establishment
Thomas Ames: Quality work by a quality guy. I have been using David for years. He is always on time and doesn't try to upsell you or repair what is not needed. I will continue to use him because service and work like his is hard to find.
Scott McNitt: Dave did a great job on replacing my tractor's transmission at a reasonable price. Saved me a major headache of transporting my tractor to and from a repair shop.
Dan Doll: David does a fantastic job. Services my generator, lawnmower and snowblower. He’s mobile, inexpensive and a great guy. Someone you can trust.
K Jeffire: Highly recommend!!David is patient, professional and very kind.He diagnosed and repaired my generator in less than half an hour and even helped find some missing parts in my garage. I love that I didn't have to haul the generator to a shop!I would definitely call him again if needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.*Thanks David!!
Tom House: Fixed the issue, no missteps, fast, and informative.
Terry Jahn: Was on time. Did a great job fixing my snowblower. Gave me instructions of keeping it running smoothly.
Leanne Sabo: Dave has been servicing my tractor and snowblower for over 10 years. He does an awesome job. Highly recommended.
Chris Masson: Dave is great! Glad I found him. He really knows his stuff. Extremely helpful and convenient for him to come to the home. He fixed my snow blower and generator. Very happy with his service and would highly recommend. Thanks Dave!
infoearth: david is an expert and is very responsive. he is a master technician.
Joan B.: Have had excellent service! He has been out several times to work on various machines (John Deere lawn tractor, Craftsman snowblower, and a Rigid generator).
Steve Schneider: David Ross of Michigan Mobile Lawn Equipment Repair is a godsend for anyone who wants to get his/her machines (snow throwers, lawn mowers...) working and in topnotch condition. He's saved me twice when I thought my snow thrower would never run again, and he also offers detailed advice on how to best take care of my machine so that it runs well and lasts a long time. Since he does the repairs and maintenance at my house, brings all the tools and parts he needs to get the job done, and he saves me both time and effort. He's remarkably efficient as he's eager to get me up and running quickly, and I feel a kind of security having his number and knowing that he's just a phone call away. Highly recommended.
Todd Wallen: Excellent service, explained everything well and was just a very pleasant gentleman, highly recommended
Eric Tilds: Although I have used Dave in the past and he does good work, my most recent experience was terrible. I had an appointment for him to repair a piece of lawn equipment at my home with a service window of 11a-2p. He called me at 1:15p saying that he could not get there before 2p. This is where things went downhill. I told him that I work from home and that I had to be on a call from 2-3p. As such, I offered to leave the equipment outside, and told him I could give him a credit card in advance. He told me he only accepts cash and checks (which is fine), so I told him I would happily write a check. He got very angry, telling me how much business he has lost because people work from home and cannot be flexible. I reminded him that I had cleared my schedule between 11a and 2p that day and that he missed his service window, but I would be happy to reschedule. He told me I should load my lawn equipment in my car (I can't; it's too big and heavy) and drive it a repair shop. That way, I can "take my calls on the way to and from the shop." He refused to reschedule the appointment over the phone.***UPDATE: Dave's response to my review tells you everything you need to know about him as a small business owner. All he needed to do was say "Sorry I missed your service window, can we reschedule?" Instead he behaved like a child. Buyer beware...
Matthew Manzo: My initial issue that my lawn tractor wouldn’t turn over (start). After seeing reviews on the internet for David’s service I gave him a call. He thoroughly went over my mower found a few additional issues, resolved them, and got it running good as new. Job well done.
phouli65: Dave is truly the best kind of service provider you could ever want. Knowledgable, informative, friendly, and provides an honest assessment of what needs to be done. He also provides information on what should be done by you in the near future to help maintain your equipment. Took my call on a Saturday and scheduled my appointment after asking specific questions to get a better understanding of what work might need to be completed when he arrives.I would highly recommend Dave and Michigan Mobile Lawn Equipment Repair to everyone.
Brian Fitzpatrick: Great experience. A professional. No BS
Larry Michalak: David is great. Extremely knowledgeable, shows up on time and very detailed oriented. Goes beyond expectations to make customer happy.
Donna Street: David is very professional and knowledgeable, responded to the phone call for help with my riding mower quickly and showed up the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem and get parts on order. He returned as soon as the parts arrived and got my lawn mower running. He also sharpened the blades and gave me a few helpful hints on how to better use the mower. He explained everything he was doing in advance and showed the packaging of the genuine parts . I highly recommend this business for anyone who needs help or maintenance on any small engine machine..
Bob Allam: Mike is very knowledgable and takes the time to show and explain what he is doing. He also points out areas that may need owner maintenance that can save the owner money in the long run. I highly recommend his services.

Bourlier & Sons Inc: what do users think?
Anthony Lake: Every single time ive needed help theyhave not been able to help 0 for 5
Jason Rupe: Wasn’t all that excited with my visit. Man seemed frustrated because I didn’t have the model number from my actual piece of yard equipment. I showed him the same one I found online because the model has worn off mine a long time ago. He said that he needed my model number off of mine because there are different models. I gave him the part number that I needed and he looked it up and said he had one somewhere in the store but he wasn’t going to look for it now. He said he’d look for it when he had time and call me when he found it even though there were only two other people in the store at the time. I never heard from him. I ended up buying it at another store that were very helpful.
Eric Quell: Great customer service
Jeffrey Feuer: Great
John Warner: I got to the store 5 minutes before they close and was still able to get a 20 pound propane tank refilled. The price was $15.90 ($15 propane + $0.90 tax)
Larry R Reynolds: Fantastic love this place Great Service & products
Pizza: I go out of my way to fill up my many propane tanks at this location. I've called around near me and they have the best rates.
Rudy Toma: I recently had a Honda Mower and I had taken it in for repair. When the mower was ready for pickup, they had replaced many cosmetic attributes on the mower that I would not have had replaced in the first place. I also supplied them with parts to be included in the repair, and I had also showed the mechanic all of the necessary parts that needed to be repaired as well. When I went to go pick it up, I was sent an invoice for parts that they used which costed money that were already provided by me in the package. I had called them regarding the charge that was on the receipt, and it turns out they had lost the parts on their own and still tried to charge me for it. They ended up giving me one month of warranty, and when I used it around two times everything was fine, but when I used it a third time the mower wouldn’t start whatsoever. I don’t trust this place.
michael Gravlin: Staff not very happy when I visted, did not have the parts I needed, did not even try to tell me were I mite need to look.
Sam Decaro: People very helpful. Edit i bought snowblower in 2020 had it maintained in September and when we get heavy snow it doesn't perform good the guy said it could be the paddles i can't figure out y didn't they replace that when i bought it in September they ate coming today for free pu and delivery that's nice but still i might have used this snowblower 10 times and it might meed new paddles?
Dan Bell: Quality place with quality products at fair prices a family business hoorah America.... very nice people run this place... closed on Sunday praise the Lord
Karen Sullivan: I have never written a negative review to a store but feel compelled to in this case. I need to order a part for my gasoline edger and was told that I had to come into the store in order to do that. They refused to accept the order over the phone with a Visa charge card, the same card I would be using if I was in the store. I do not consider this a customer-friendly policy. Clearly they have no respect for my time, for the gas that will be wasted getting there, and the pollution my gas-consuming car will create. I find this lack of respect for me as the customer unacceptable and will not be using this establishment for any further purchases or repairs.
Chandran Palanisamy: Decent people, decent no gimmick prices.
Simon G: Amazing. Great store for all your bbq and backyard needs!
Eric Zielke: The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful!
adam trojanowski: Good place to shop and Good help
Bill Heffernan: Karen is the best. What she doesn't know you don't need to know
Colleen Sexauer: Customer service is fantastic!!
Perpetual Pc: Under $16 for 20lb propane refill. I was 4th in line and was on my way within 5 minutes.
Sameold Batman: I really like the family owned places. Always friendly and honest. They actually appreciate your business! I've bought all of my lawn power tools here. I've never had a problem or issue with any product that I've bought. Service fees are a little high. But the guy knows what he's doing! Makes it okay with me!
Matthew Schang: Easy in and out for propane fills staff was very nice

Bid's Lawn & Garden Center: what do users think?
Thomas Alvarez: Our landscaping business has been going here for the last 2 years. Nothing but honesty and quality service. Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
Rafi Jarjous: Great service and knowledgeable staff. Didn't try to upsell me, and the prices were fair. Helped me set up the warranty in store and sent me home with a gassed up weed Wacker. Definitely my new lawn and snow removal tool sale and repair store
cletues hamilton: Just dropped my mower off for repairs. Will let you know the the outcome when it's repaired.
John Czerwiec: Very helpful
Grdgory Truskowski: Always get the job done right
ahmed Alqaddori: I never recommend,I recommend to stay away from powersmart and their service centers at least a mile.
Linda perry: I took my snowblower in for repairs and it was fixed under a week. The price for repairs were really reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
Jeff Sparling: Good work and customer service.
Kyle Vang: Keith the man behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of us and took the time to explain what was wrong with my weed wacker. I would highly recommend this place.
Andrew Moses: Added this to our arsenal in Sept '22.Been going to Bids since 2007. Moved to Warren, needed part for push mower and both neighbor's recommend Bids. That was before I started mowing full time. Now as I mow lawns full time, First place I go when I need parts/equipment.
BooBoo K: Excellent customer service. Gentleman who helped me find parts needed to fix my old leaf blower went above and beyond my expectations to figure out what correct parts were needed, and ordered the parts for me. This was truely appreciated. Highly recommend for any service needs.
Jr Jurgielewicz: Great place always helpful
John Smith: Bid's seams to be a little pricey, service was good and they got the job done.
Tim Aggas: Have had the occasion to stop here for parts for various lawn care equipment over the years. Always in and out within minutes with the items that I needed. Never any negative issues. Good place to shop.
Robert Fringer: Excellent srevice.
Ruby: Had a Honda lawn mower in for 2 weeks when I was quoted 7-12 days only, not a big deal. I had payed for a repair on my mower, and the lawn mower maintenance. I can easily tell some of the stuff wasn’t done. No new air filter because it’s still clearly the old one I had before I sent it in. The RPM was also supposed to be adjusted to the factory spec RPM. The mower runs very slow In my opinion, and almost shuts off completely when blade is engaged. I gave them a call to talk to the gentlemen that gave me my mower back, the lady sounded very annoyed, and said he would call me back when he finishes with the customer, and I never got a call back. at least they did the repair I guess but the other concern of the RPM wasn’t addressed which kinda defeats the purpose of wasting my time bringing it for MAINTENANCE.
CL Jackson EL: Bids is great if they don't have what you need they will go out the way to get it for you, staff is very respectful with its customers and their prices are reasonable.
Jeffrey Caloni: Had the right parts, can't ask for more than that!
Darryl & Sheri Brownbey: Went to get snowblower ready for winter, they told me it couldn’t be so buy a new one. Well, took snowblower put it on curb and a guy down the street grabbed it which he work’s at Ryan shop on 9 mile and Ryan. He fixed the snowblower with carburetor and tune up run’s like new and see him using it every year . They are rip off artists and very rude to customers unless they know you. So basically a lot of people giving them 4 and 5 stars are lying and not honest at all and maybe even related to the worker’s . They charge over $100 for a tuneup and the board read’s something different. The price change every year before this Covid-19 and the board has the same price. That’s deep. They lie and say they called but they don’t call wow.
Matthew Colangelo: Bids is the best place for lawn mower parts they are completely professional and their prices are absolutely reasonable I would recommend Bids to everybody
Ray Roberts: Sold me the wrong belt for my snowblower. If you by parts make sure it’s the right part!

Jeanette Woods: (WARNING DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUPMENT HERE FOR REPAIR!!) Okay so here's what's going on. I believe this man that runs this business is a serious con artist, you see what he does is he holds onto your equipment for months, uses your trust and manipulates you! he held onto mine for 8 months until I sold it to him. An 850 dollar machine for 100 bucks. What hes doing is wrong and immoral. He waits until people get tired of waiting. Makes me sick to my stomach!
Charles Tucker: Pick up an delivery. Very reasonably priced excellent work.Mower work was done very well mowers run an work great.
Rick Petro: Doug was a huge help....I needed a part for my generator and he took the time to talk to me on the phone and explain to me what I could do to make it work....after hanging up shortly after he took the time to call me back and actually found a part that would work for me!!! I went to his place of business and he handed me the part with a smile and said here you go buddy and would not take any money for the part....i thanked him for his time and generosity... I got to say I have been in sales most of my life...and this guy is top notch!!! He has my future business hands down..... and I encourage others to do the same....from experience these business owners are hard to find!!! Thanks again Doug!!!
Anna Roberson: Terrible customer service!! After FIVE missed appointments (no call/no show) over the span of a week to fix my lawnmower, he stopped answering my calls completely. My lawn is embarrassingly long and there’s nothing I can do until I get my mower fixed. He just wasted a week of my time. Will never contact them again. Learn how to schedule your appointments or at least call your customers back!!
Scott Alan Blanchard: Good for getting some small work done.Really helped us out.
Jas Korajac: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueVery helpful and quick. No bs. And fairly priced!

KSA Repairs (The Motor Medics): what do users think?
Maryann Bernardi: I highly recommend this shop, my lawnmower was picked up and then dropped off. I had spring maintenance done for a very reasonable price. When it was returned it was running top- notch and cleaned up really well. I definitely will be bringing in my snowblower.
Mark Isabell: Bad attitude
Lee Taylor: Wonderful service and quick turnaround. I would recommend KSA to my family and friends
James Kaiser: Great mechanic, this guy is one of those guys who can fix anything. Great prices, extremely fair and prompt.
Doug Thornton: Bob is a great guy he fixed my power washer last year..1 pull started this year and afew others .. Thank you Bob
Ken Traub: Very good work.Had him look at my edger because it ran bad got back like brand new.Very Happy!!!
AtlGirl R: The guy who answers the phone is not to good with wanting new business. I called last week and asked if he serviced pressure washer pumps and he said yes. I asked how much to change out the oil in one and he said "I don't know ma'am it depends how much oil it takes" (his voice sounded as if he was irritated with answering me). I then verified with him that he closes at 5 as it says on here and he said no, he closes at 4. Due to him not having a price I looked up how much oil residential pressure washers take and it says from 2 to 5.5fl ozs. Then I looked up how much the non-detergent oil is for pressure washers and for 16 fl ozs its 6.50. Now come on. Who cares how much it takes when the oil is so cheap. Lost a new customer as I youtubed how to change the oil and its very simple. Could of just gave me a price of 25/30 bucks and he would have had a repeat customer but now seeing how simple it is I'll buy 16fl ozs of oil which will last me a few oil changes and do it myself.
Kelly Mcnichol: Just go there. Phone questions bother employees.
Ho nest: Positive:Quality,ValueDefinitely not the most professional person I’ve ever worked with, but he will have your mower/snowblower/etc. fixed quickly and at a fair price. If you can handle someone being a little short with you, I highly recommend this place.
Rob Daugherty: Ace didn’t have the part I needed. Stopped in and ask the owner if he had the steel dowel I needed. He found one in 30 seconds. Gave to me for free. Gave me a hammer and used his grinder to make sure I could fit it in. What a great guy. I had to buy him lunch. If you need anything fixed. Go see him. Thanks
Paul Weihs: Bob does a great job and knows his stuff. Highly recommended.
Josef Rehs: Had me in and out in a small repair!
Ronald Hill: Bob was quick to service my mower and edger picked them up 2nd day reasonable prices
Jack Jenkins: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueStopped in at ksa repairs , Bob took care of me. I told him what snowblower was doing he told me what he thought and price. Two hours later done . Just what he thought. Great feeling. Highly recommend
Mike Flynn: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI’ve been buying parts for a few years .Very knowledgeable, excellent prices too !
funtimes today: Critical:ProfessionalismGuy that answered the phone was very rude
Allen Bergel: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Fred Farkel: Positive:Quality,ValueBob is a great guy. He knows his stuff. He is very good and is fair with his pricing.
Brian Christian: Bob is a great and honest guy..
Tim Orzechowski: Bob is the best
T T: The guy does good work and prices seem to be fair. Quick turnaround as well. But seems to be rather rude and short with me the three times i have dealt with him. A little personability would go a long way.

Dantech Outdoor Power Equipment LLC: what do users think?
Ralph Dunsmore: Great service. Dan was a big help. Would highly recommend getting your work done here.
ray zampich: I took a chainsaw here and 2 other places tried to fix it. Dantech repaired it , reasonably priced and reasonable repair time.It seems as they are quality ,customer friendly company.
Michael Boatman: Very reasonable prices they know what they are talking about l would have to them many times love going there
Rudy Menchaca: Dantech is reliable and will tell you what you need to fix your lawnmower. In my case a Craftsman riding mower. Gets it fixed on time, and within the estimate. Thank you for the hard work you put in!
Safeword Blueberry: Very helpful. Friendly. Would recommend.
Michael Mitchell: Very good experience.
Billy B.: Did some minor work on a small power saw. Took longer than it should but not his fault. Supply chain stuff. Definitely recommend them.
Dennis Tomczak: I should have listened to the reviews, the guy told me over the phone yesterday that price for a ex mark PTO was $32, I looked at my receipt when I got in my truck and realized he charged me $57. I asked why he Changed me $25 more and he told me “inflation”.I looked up the part online and you can get one from the manufacture for $12.99. This guy is a complete and total rip off.
Tylor Shrum: Dude over phone told me basically to waste gas coming up there to see if he has a part instead of taking model numbers over phone. I'll never go here again don't advise anyone coming here
robert seigneurie: I brought 2 generators in and informed him one had old gas. When I picked them up it still had the old gas and wouldn't start, he told me I had to drain the gas. Apparently he did not run the generator after servicing and my house smells like gasoline. THATS WHAT I PAID HIM TO DO!
valon Dedvukaj: Honest and great service. Definitely recommend.
Kristine Myers: My husband and I have been there twice. He seems super busy but extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He gives fantastic advice and doesn't oversell. My husband fixed our mower with this guy's help.
Alicia Morley: Critical:ProfessionalismHorrible experience. Don't even waste your time going. My husband walked in and walked right back out. He's not a friendly guy and not professional at all. Take your business somewhere else.
Roger Morgan: Was just there... horrible service. The guy wasn't nice. High prices. I got a pull rope and simply asked how to wind it properly and he said look up YouTube. But yet he knows how to do it. He's not very helpful. Dont recommend this place.
Sue Lipscomb: Went in for a drive belt on the lawn mower and he did several other fixes to the mower never called for us to authorize the work to be done the bill was 3 times the amount we expected and not friendly ....Worst!!
Steve Messina: Bought a ball joint from this guy , it broke after using it twice. Took it back he would not give me a replacement . He said it was from the other side even though it was obviously brand new . A real jerk , should have listened to the reviews .
Slater: Fair and honest work. Does't sell you parts you don't need. And yeah, he WAS doing you a favor by servicing your equipment. Anyone else will try to rip you off. And to the other fella. Maybe he talks to you like you are "a completely idiot" because you are.
Chris Curcio: Prices are way out of whack. Owner was difficult and lofty like he was doing me a favor by serving me.
Wayne Whisman: Took my weed wacker in. Fixed it while I waited. Not cheap but fixed right away.
John Donnellon: Good place for basic parts. They have decent stock and can get what they don't have pretty quick.
Robert Holmes: Never has the parts I need and talks to me like I'm a completely idiot. Others are correct in saying terrible customer service.

Hellebuyck's Power Equipment Center: what do users think?
Michael Maupin: Very helpful and keep to people
Phil Cummings: Staff is friendly and helpful. In and out in 5 minutes with everything I needed.
Darren Southerland: Good service friendly people
Ryan Beck: I get all my major lawn care products here. Great commercial quality machines at an affordable enough price for a homeowner. Helpful staff.
michael Gravlin: Had trouble finding the right parts, ended up going down to 10 mile and Hoover to find parts.
scaletopia: Even thought they didn't have what I was looking for, they sent me to who had it in stock. That says a lot about them. I will be going here from now on
Jeff Smolen: This is my goto place to fix all those gas powered tools that sometimes won't start. They also have a great selection of new gas and electric tools fo you to buy when the old ones finally take their last octane soaked breath.
Dory Goldberger: Visit today was good, the salesman was helpful.Looking forward to making a purchase very soon.
Lorie Rogers: Prejudice
Lisa Coulter: This place is so unprofessional, especially DAVE at the Warren location. Bought a 34 inch commercial gravely with a loaner program. Paid it off in 3 months. Started having issues with it and they NEVER had a loaner at that size for me. Everything was my fault even though the part that was broken was defective on that size mowers. One of the service techs at the shelby location told me that. They have ZERO honor, especially Dave. The turn around time to get anything fixed is about 3 weeks if not longer. I would recommend Weingartz for all commercial needs.
Doug Osmak: Only place to go for excellent equipment. Sales help is great too. You can't go wrong here.
Doug Baker: Good place, knowledgeable, fair prices
ladonna neal: Went there for our riding lawn mower needs. Got great customer service here. The team was patient and helpful.
N Mickhail: Had the parts I needed
Timothy Johnson: Had an issue with an old tire. I went to four or five other places and called a few more. I got dismissive and uninterested responses from all of them. Went into hellebuycks and they took care of me in ten minutes and refused my money. They are as classy as it gets
Geri Fielder: Ordered part and it came in faster than expected.
Ronald Bish: Very helpful young lady at the parts counter 👍
Lynn Lesch: Had to pay the restocking charge on a part they ordered even though it was the wrong part
Dennis Zaluski: Best to call first. Helpful employees
Z Man: This place had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and very informed about their products.

Pro-Mower & Snow Equipment: what do users think?
Alj Property Service's: I love this place. They have had and helped me fix my old plow multiple times. Parts were cheap as well, other places wanted 5x the price OR MORE. Highly recommend these guys. Alj Property Services
Dennis Dobrasko: Great guys to deal with
Frank Guastella: Horrible service, doors were locked at 10 am, sign on the door says call 1st, no one answered the phone. I will never return for anything.
Darryl Martin: Mike was exceptional
Hubert Warf: Positive:ProfessionalismHelp with small to big problems on my lawn mowers. And chain saws. Thank you wally...
David Deason: Mike the owner is a good guy
Mr.Superior Superior: That's my number one place to bring all of my equipment and buy all of my lawn care needs very helpful very nice very respectable place I recommend everyone to do business with them and they'll be happy forever after
Steve Tani: Great place to do business. Very helpful and propmt!
Michael Miller: Friendly service
K P: I called May 10 219 to order an item. I gave them my cc info and was told the item will be in in 3 business days. I called a week later after multiple attempts of calling and finally talked to someone who told me it was not in yet. I called back that Monday. Once again multiple attempts of calling before I talked to someone who told me she would look into it and call me back. Still waiting for the call. I then called the manufacturer of the item who went above and beyond and they contacted the supplier. The supplier never received the order from pro mower. I have now wasted almost 3 weeks waiting for what I thought was a good company to deal with. I will not be doing business with them ever again. I’d cancel my order but it was never placed what a joke.
Joe Kelly: Had an issue with a salt spreader after buying there.. Excellent customer service, addressed and fixed the issue, and called me a couple days later to follow up. Thanks, Joe Kelly, First Cut Lawn LLC.
Jack Daniel: Brought my truck in to get the plow repaired. They tried to pull some slick bs about needing a $1000 wiring harnesses. I look them up on my phone real quick and what do I find the Repair ends for $120. Total cons here and when I called him out on it mechanic tells me thats a bs repair and he hopes my truck catches on fire. Well three snows later $880 in my pocket still and no fire. True scum bags at this place.
Steve Farrell: This place is a joke. As they fix 1 part they break another and charge you outrageous prices. These people are crooks I wouldn't refer them to no body. Mike and his wife and scammers. It will all catch up to them or the right persons gunna catch up to them
Brian katterson: Poor customer service. Wanted to buy new weed whips called to get price said would call back never did. There has been other times had issues as well!
Alexander M: I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Brought in a truck for a plow kit. When I got it back they left a dent in my front bumper. When I asked about it they denied any responsibility for the damages they did. If I had any hard proof I would take legal action!!
Brian Allor: Crooks, with pathetic customer service!I spent ten's of thousands of dollars with Pro Mower and then they blatantly attempt to steal $1000+ from me!A few years ago I purchased a few zero turn lawn mowers from Pro Mower, which was mistake # 1. These machines were consistently in for repairs over the 2 years while I owned them. All I ever hear was excuses from the owner Mike as to why they were always breaking...even had one machine catch on fire because of poor electrical repairs made by this sub-par company. At the time of my company purchasing these 2 machines, Mike, being the slick salesman that he is, sells me on keeping one of his "tool cabinets" here at my shop. The sales tactic behind this "tool cabinet" was that he would keep the cabinet stocked with all necessary parts and maintenance supplies needed to keep my 2 new machines running correctly. He assured me that he would stock this cabinet with all necessary items twice a month. All of this "great" service was offered to me if I placed a "deposit" down on the cabinet.Of course after Mike took my deposit, he showed up ONE time in 2 years to "stock" this cabinet. A far cry from the 2x per month that was promised! The last straw for me, was when I brought a machine in for service/repairs. I was quoted a price of $1800 for repairs, which I agreed too. A few days later I received a call saying they made a mistake and it would be an additional $900 to complete the repairs!Upon receiving the machine back, I looked over the supposed "repairs" that were made for the additional $900. I could not see ANY evidence that the repairs were made. I attempted to contact the owner Mike numerous times on numerous different days...every time being told "he isn't here right now, I can take a message".It has been about 5 months and I have yet to receive a call back from Mike or Pro Mower!BUYER BEWARE! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND HORRIBLE SERVICEIf you need sales or service in the metro Detroit area, go to Weingartz Lawn and Snow
Marc Murphy: Excellent experience. Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Pro-Mower over other service shops, especially Angelo's in Wixom.
