They came back out when I discovered a broken line due to tree roots. Bypassed the broken pipe and replaced a few of the really old sprinkler heads that went rouge after a months use. Office staff has great customer service skills, technicians who worked on system were kind and thorough. Fees are extremely reasonable. Rarely have I worked with a company that's as wonderful as Blue Line Irrigation.

I had a new sprinkler system quoted and installed, brand new, the house had never had one before, so there was nothing in place. The pre-installation consultation was prompt and professional, answering all of my questions about what I was looking for, with helpful suggestions, but no aggressive up-selling. There was one delay in the schedule due to rain, but the new installation day started right on time. The crew was courteous and efficient, respecting my home and my lawn. They even took the time to give my dog pats and skritches when he snuck out the back door to see what was going on.The system worked perfectly as designed and laid out, with no post-install adjustments necessary. Bill even took my phone and set up my Rachio controller for me. One of the biggest things I noticed was how the crew was not just working like a well-oiled machine, but joking with each other as they did; that is a sure sign of a well-run business, and happy employees. For the amount of damage that a lawn sustains during such an installation, when they left, it was almost like they were never there. Brett Johnston: This is the first somewhat negative review I’ve ever posted.. for the record, we’ve used Blueline religiously at 2 different houses for the past 14 years, and I can honestly say that they’ve always been great for any sprinkler maintenance needs-never have had any problems whatsoever. We’ve actually recommended their services to family and friends. As fellow business owners ourselves, we wholeheartedly understand that it probably goes without saying that they’re extremely busy, as well as understaffed. That being said I can’t think of any good possible reason to excuse how we were treated last Monday June 7th -had a timeframe window of 11am-2pm for the technician to come turn on our sprinklers, and after 2 o’clock rolled by and no one had shown up, called the office 2 or 3 times with no answer. We were extremely caught off guard by this not knowing whether or not they were only running late-or weren’t coming altogether. Then, it was almost 5:00 and we got an email and a text that the technician was on his way.. so we were pleased that they were still coming, but really really thought a simple phone call to inform us of the delay was in order. After all of this(and missing a day of work), that wasn’t the end of the ordeal.... Nobody ever showed up at all lol!I must say, I still cannot believe that a reputable business like I believed Blueline to be-would ever have that kind of complete disregard for one of its long-standing customers. Now the issue is, no one ever showed up for the service and no one ever called to inform me. Being in Hospitality I fully understand the effects COVID19 has had on the workforce and the lack of it exacerbated by unemployment offering more than most workers were being paid. This is a business and if you can not make a scheduled appointment then the least that should occur is a phone call to the client so they are aware and not waiting around needlessly. Wilcox irrigation wanted $90.00 to turn on the sprinklers, but Wilcox could not do the start up until June 10th. Blue Line was able to start up the sprinklers on May 27th.I recommend Blue Irrigation 100%.

After calling the office and being told that my account would be credited and I’d have nothing to worry about. So fast forward to last week I received a letter from a collection company for the service that ruined my lawn. I’ve gotta say this is a pretty lousy business practice.
