Peter Welmerink: This is my second stint working with Lear Corporation. My first stint (20 yrs ago), I felt I worked FOR them... just a number. On this second stint (NOW), I definitely am a true team member from my plant to the corporate campus. The mentality has changed for the better. We WORK TOGETHER as a TEAM. This is my home now. Love it!
