I was concerned about finding a reputable company out in this rural area to do the job but they service three county's not too mention the reviews I read about them. Mr. Burg and his employee got right to work and finished up three rooms in about an hour. Everything they did looks great and smells nice and fresh. Brian Bedford: I purchased a pre-owned double wide that I needed to do the purchasing from a different state so other than virtual tours and realtor pictures I hadn't seen in person. Based off of the home inspection report it was recommended to have the carpets cleaned. Cleaning Services by Brian came up in my google searches as a service provider with 5 star reviews so I contacted them. Brian was great to work with, very down to earth and very flexible in terms of the tight time lines I had before taking ownership. He went out the next day and started the service. Upon showing up he noticed that quite a bit of junk was still in the property so took the initiative to move all the junk into a non-carpeted location so he could complete the work. His rates were amazing compared to the other local competitors. He went above and beyond for this carpet service. Rick Miller: It's rare these days to find an honest business owner who is willing to lose a little bit of money but truly put the customer first. We had Brian come out and look at repairing the vinyl on our van driver's seat. He did a thorough inspection before starting his repair and called me out to talk about some things. Turns out what we were looking at was cosmetic and the big problem was on the other side of the seat that would have caused us to have to replace the seat. With his honesty, he walked me through steps to get a replacement cover that will last a lot longer then what is there. I compensated him for his time and advice and thanked him for shooting me straight. Said if I get into the weeds trying to figure out the repair myself that he would come back out and take the amount I already gave him off the total at the end.Because Brian was honest with his professional opinion, he will be my first call and recommendations to friends for all things upholstery. Kelly Dreske: A piece of painters tape took off the color on a new leather chair from Pottery Barn. I made the matter worse by adding baby oil to the aniline leather.
