Cale Western: Definitely steer clear of this employer. I was a fantastic employee for 5 months, but was being harassed by an employee that was worried I was going to be promoted before her. I made a harassment complaint with my direct supervisor and was fired the next day. They also held a meeting the week I was fired about a company restructure and told us everyone's jobs were ok. A ton of other people got fired that same week because they wanted to restructure and make more money even though they were bringing in millions from their contracts with GM and other companies. The absolute definition of corporate snakes.

Kristina Warden: This company pulls the usual bait and switch once they hire you. They lie in their job listings, and are always retooling the pay structure in order to pay their drivers the least amount possible for a route. Read on:Drivers be informed. They haul primarily automotive freight. If you read one of their job listings and saw "Dependable dedicated schedule," you were told a lie. Automotive freight is always volatile. If the plants are shut down, you don't' work either. In the past year, plants have been shutting down like crazy. I compared notes with another driver who wanted to refer me, and we discovered many inconsistencies. He was paid $230 per day for a route that was offered to me at $250 per day. This was not his assigned route as his route was yet again not running. He didn't discover the pay rate until 2 weeks into the run. He spoke with other drivers and discovered other changes in pay rates for other routes. For instance, He inquired about another route so he could have a "dependable schedule" and discovered that the pay was changed from $220 a day to $23 an hour for that run. He learned this by comparing what he was told by other drivers and what he was told by dispatch. This change effectively lowered the weekly pay by about $180 or more.Be warned drivers. Another bait-and-switch company that likes to catfish drivers.

Jon: Almost got ran over by some fat white dude driving his lift like he though he was Earnhardt Jr, then git yelled at for being in the way when everyone was literally ignoring me as I stood there with my paperwork. Last time I delivered there it took about 1.5 hours. This time I at least got unloaded in a reasonable time. Take the good with the bad I supposed, just stay aware driver

William Harrison: Aggressive and dangerous drivers like Michael along wit a negligent staff. Unfortunately i was HIT by Michael in my small car while stopped at a stop light. Michael, one of their reckless drivers, accused me of “making up” getting hit by an 18 wheeler until I called the police.Dealing with this dishonest and dishonorable company to get my car fixed was so horrendous that I’m writing this review in hopes of making sure no one else has the opportunity to cross paths with this bush league trucking company.Dangerous drivers like Mr. Maccario speak volumes about what kind of company CLAW Logistics is, and from my experience, stay as far away as humanly possible.

caiden shafer: I drove for claw for 73 days, and got a ticket from the MSP and was told everything would be fine by Jay Rice at the Stevensvile Claw. 3 days later I was terminated by Paul the safety coordinator for getting a ticket before 90 days. The low review is for the way Management, especially Jay Rice, and Paul, went about the termination and never gave me a chance to explain the ticket, which is already in the process of being overturned. I was begged, and bargained with to come work for Claw, and feel like Paul made an extremely uninformed decision, based on 0 factual evidence. This company is extremely unorganized, and the drivers pay the price in more ways than 1.

markus 0385: Worst company I ever worked for. I worked as a logistic coordinator for 2 months and once i started i noticed there operations was not structured. There is no training your shadowing with someone who could careless if you learn the job. Beware of falisha fowler she is a horrible person to work with. All she did was complain and trash talk the company. She talked behind everyone's back. I hated everyday that I had to work with her. She talked down to me and was not a nice person. I couldn't believe they had her training people. Its a reason no one can last at this company. The management didn't even know how to work there own computer system. All they did was sit back and micro manage and call shots. They have the wrong people in management. It looks good and the pay was good but there is a few poison apples that can spoil it for everyone working there. Bad attitudes and poor managers. They need to get a better structured environment including people who want to train and wants to see the company grow.

Mike Thompson: Revolving door policy when it comes to their employee's. Truck driver beware! This company doesn't give two seconds of loyalty to the driver. Newer equipment is the only positive here. The management (Melony) is the other positive they have. If your hoping to settle here for convenience or local driver benefit I suggest you apply elsewhere. Pay scale is low in comparison to other local driving opportunities. It's been 4 yrs since i worked for this outfit and I have had multiple interactions with drivers that have worked for this firm. All have repeated my opinion. I give One star because it would'nt allow me to give less.
